Today Gemma shares her learned experiences of what not to do in treatments. After all, sometimes the smallest changes to a session can make a big difference.

All Practitioners have moments when they don't know how to progress forward with a client. Trying to be 'Everything to Everyone', often means you end up supporting no one as people don't understand when and why they would need your services. A successful business sends out a message that is directed at their ideal customer and their unique needs and wants. This is often focused on supporting and solving a problem that particular customer has.
A clear message like this comes from pinpointing a Niche for your business. This is a specialty within your industry you work within or a unquie way you present your offering which sets you apart.
Today Gemma explains why a Niche is so important and highlights the different ways you can find yours. Here are some of the methods she suggests:
- Consider supporting people who are going through something you or a loved one have gone through.
- Consider supporting the 'you' from 5 to 10 years ago.
- Research what competitors in your industry are doing and see if you can offer something different.

Gemma also suggested exploring the following methods to develop your Niche:
- Could your branding offer something unique and different?
- Could you group a few offerings together?
- Perhaps you could offer something known but in a new way.

When choosing to connect to your Intuition there are a variety of different energies we can converse with. In this episode, Gemma explores all the options, what kind of messages they might offer and when you might seek their guidance.
She starts by exploring how different areas of our bodies can offer us useful teachings. This includes the more familiar 'Gut Inctincts', as well as the Heart Space, Womb and Third Eye. What to do first: Brainstorm all the words relevant to your business idea and industry as well as words you like and want to potentially use in the name. This gives you a list of words to play with.
Key factors to remember when picking a business name:
- It needs to be easy to spell and remember
- Don't add any symbols, characters or numbers that could confuse people
- Keep the character and word count to a minimal
- Don't include any geographical names
- Make sure the name is still relevant if you scale the business
- Include at least one keyword in the name
Before committing to a name, make sure you can get the following in that name:
- The .com domain name
- It's available with Company House (this is UK information only - please follow your local guidance)
- There are no relevant Trademarks with that name
- You can have the Social Media for that name in all channels

Let's start 2022 by exploring the crystals that would best support your goals in the year ahead. In today's episode, Gemma works through the different Chakra Colours and their correlating crystal colours to help you better understand your current crystal needs. At the start of a New Year many people create a vision board depicting what they want to achieve that year. This dynamic action activates the Law of Attraction and Law of Intention.
