I was invited to speak at award ceremony recently by Global Youth Network. This was my message to all the young people who attended
This episode is about self reflection, showing up as your authentic self and non participation in negative self talk, limiting behaviours that will hinder progress.
You don’t have to compare yourself to anyone else to learn from them and take advantage of what you’ve learned from their experience.
Self-sabotaging happens when you listen to that internal critic that screams, “You can’t do it”. Have the courage to break the self-limiting behaviours and set yourself free
Wisdom nugget - The heart is the powerhouse, the centre of our being and it must be guarded diligently.
Ade speaks about her childhood experience and how it has influenced how she parents her own children
This episode is about self-acceptance. Ade shares her experience about her journey to accepting who is she. She discusses the challenges she encountered with her loved ones, particularly her mother and children, and how her silence nearly caused her mental well-being.
