Sheleana Aiyana is the founder of Rising Woman, a growing community of more than 4 million empowered individuals. Her training and immersion in couples facilitation, inherited family trauma, family systems, conscious relationships, somatic healing, and plant medicines inform her holistic approach to seeing relationships as a spiritual path.

In this episode, we discuss her book “Becoming the One: Heal Your Past, Transform Your Relationship Patterns and Come Home to Yourself.” Sheleana shares the wisdom she has gained along her journey, providing us with the tools to face and heal our own past traumas, find our inner strength, and ultimately step into our greatest expression. When we break the unhealthy patterns of our past and heal our hurts, we can show up in our relationships as a whole person, rather than seeking the healing and wholeness from our partners. This is the foundation of a conscious relationship. Sheleana’s path has been deeply influenced by the shadows of childhood trauma, which she faced with unwavering determination and courage. From a rather young age and as a result of an earth-shattering heartbreak, she was forced to confront the pain of her past, refusing to be defined by it and repeat it. Instead, she embarked on a transformative journey of healing, using her experiences to fuel her pursuit of personal growth and self-empowerment. Through her own struggles and triumphs, she found solace and liberation in the realms of spirituality and self-expression.

Her story and learnings serve as a bright beacon of hope, illustrating that even in the face of the most challenging circumstances, we can emerge as our most beautiful expression, relating to ourselves and the world around us in a conscious, loving way.

In this extraordinary episode of The HEAL Podcast, we bring you a story that will touch your heart and inspire your soul. Join us as we delve into the remarkable life of 95-year-old Dr. Edith Eva Eger, a survivor of Auschwitz, distinguished clinical psychologist, and bestselling author. Edith's life's journey is a testament to the incredible power of resilience, healing, and the unwavering human spirit. At just 16 years old, she and her family were transported to the infamous Auschwitz concentration camp where she would barely survive the horrors of the Holocaust. After being liberated and immigrating to the United States, she embarked on her own healing journey which led to a career in psychology and a deep desire to help others break free from victimhood and become a survivor.

Accompanied by her grandson Jordan, who helps her navigate the tech and sometimes awkward world of ZOOM, Edie shares her insights on how we can all harness the power within us to overcome trauma and transform our lives. In this episode, we touch on Dr. Eger's most recent book, The Gift: 12 Lessons to Save Your Life. These 12 lessons shed enormous light on the transformative power of choice. She reminds us that even in the face of unimaginable trauma, the power to choose how we respond remains within our grasp, igniting the path towards healing and living a fulfilling life.

Dr. Eger leaves us with a message of hope, encouraging us to embrace our wounds as gifts that unlock our very potential, so we can lead a life of courage, empowerment, and purpose. I truly believe if Edie can survive the unfathomable evil of Auschwitz, and then go onto thrive in all areas of life, we can overcome ANYTHING.

A long overdue solo episode is finally here! In this episode, I talk about two important events that occurred in my life during the last 9 months. First, I discuss my explant surgery! I dive into my entire journey from what drove me to get implants in the first place and why I decided to get them removed last October. I cover how the surgery went, some secrets I utilized to heal faster, and how I feel now as a result. Breast Implant Illness is a real issue affecting millions of women, so whether you have implants, are considering implants, know women with implants AND a mystery or chronic illness, or are just curious to hear my story, this is a good episode to catch.

Second, I cover my profound experience at the recent Advance Weeklong Meditation Retreat with Dr. Joe Dispenza. In the 7 years since I met and worked with Joe, he’s been trying to get me to come to a weeklong. Well, I am beyond grateful I finally did because it was nothing short of LIFE-CHANGING. I share my firsthand experience of the retreat, some of the deep transformation that occurred, and some of the side effects of committing to this intense and beautiful program. Including, but not limited to, a total upgrade of your nervous system and biology, deep healing, release of trauma and stuck emotions, miracles, synchronicities, mystical moments, happy tears, connection with SOURCE, and a connection to a beautiful community whose hearts and minds are changing the world through coherence. If you have ever been curious about attending one of Dr. Joe’s retreats this episode is a must listen.

And lastly, after many of you reached out on Instagram about my favorite manifestation tools, I share one powerful example of how gratitude journaling helped manifest my current relationship (my husband). If you want to learn how to feel into the future you desire and draw it to you like a magnet, this episode is for you! I hope you enjoy and thank you all for being loyal and loving listeners of The HEAL Podcast.

In 2009, she studied at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and then went on to graduate from the AADP certified Natural Healing Institute of Naturopathy where she studied the medical sciences, holistic nutrition, and clinical herbalism. She is currently studying at the School of Evolutionary Herbalism where she is learning to implement vitalist herbalism, herbal alchemy and medical astrology. She bridges the best of scientific lab diagnostics to the metaphysical realm of spirit and has created a truly holistic approach to establishing the balance and alignment of mind, body, and soul.

In this episode of The HEAL Podcast, Caitlin and I embark on a profound journey of self-discovery and empowerment. We delve into the world of parasite cleansing, uncovering the potential physical, emotional and spiritual benefits it can bring to our overall health. Caitlin guides us through the intricate relationship between our bodies and parasites, shedding light on the importance of addressing these often-overlooked stealthy buggers. We discuss the frequency of parasites and how removing them from our body can have fascinating ripple effects in our outer world, as well as uncover suppressed emotions and trauma! I myself did her parasite cleansing protocol a few months ago and the positive effects (and what I released!) BLEW MY MIND. I feel like everyone needs to do a parasite cleanse once a year as a vital reset or to kickoff or deepen your healing journey (if your doctor approves, of course). Oh, and you need to start Caitlin's recommended 3 week cleanse on a full moon so if this intrigues you at all, be sure to listen to/watch the episode now so you have time to order the herbs!

Embarking on a parasite cleanse can be a proactive step towards optimizing your health and well-being. While there are various approaches to parasite cleansing, starting the process before a full moon is believed by some to enhance its effectiveness. To learn more about Caitlin and to experience a parasite cleanse for yourself visit www.VertiasBotanica.com and use the coupon code HEAL to save $15 OFF on your kit!

I am excited to introduce you to the brilliant work of Richard Schwartz Ph.D., the founder of Internal Family Systems therapy or IFS. Dr. Schwartz has been developing and refining the IFS model for over 40 years and has helped thousands of individuals achieve deep healing and greater fwell-being. During our conversation, Dr. Shwartz actually guides me through an IFS process and connects me with a deeply wounded part of myself, also known as an exile. I get vulnerable with the hopes of helping you see how powerful and transformative this work can be.

In this episode, we talk about Dick’s new book, You Are the One You’ve Been Waiting For: Applying Internal Family Systems to Intimate Relationships. We discuss the societal and cultural obstacles to intimacy and how IFS can lead to the healing and wholeness necessary to experience true intimacy. Rather than place the pressure on our partner to be the healers and caretakers of our wounded selves, we learn to become our own caretakers and therefore show up as a whole, integrated human in our relationships. IFS therapy is based on the premise that each person has a "system" of different internal parts, each with its own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. These parts can be healthy and adaptive, or they can be wounded, hurt, and problematic. The goal of IFS therapy is to help clients develop a healthy relationship with these different parts, cultivate compassion and empathy for them, and integrate them into a more cohesive, harmonious whole. IFS helps people achieve greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and emotional balance, leading to greater resilience, improved relationships, and an overall sense of wholeness and well-being. IFS therapy has been used to successfully treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Have a listen and learn how to heal and hold your exiled parts, while embracing and calming your managers and protectors.

In this bonus episode, I sit down with one of my teachers, Danielle LaPorte. She is a member of Oprah's Super Soul 100 and is the creator of The Desire Map which had a profound effect on my life. Forbes named her website one of the top 100 websites for women as over 5 million people visit it a month and her podcast With Love, Danielle ranks in the iTunes TOP 10 for Wellness. Our mutual friend Marianne Williamson has referred to her as a bright light in the modern priestesshood and I would absolutely agree. Danielle’s most recent book How To Be Loving: As Your Heart is Breaking Open and Our World is Waking Up is exactly what the world needs right now, as the heat is rising (figuratively and literally) and so much shadow is coming to the surface to be healed. We break open the heart and take a look at the power of self compassion, shadow work, and divine guidance. We learn how to tap into the genius of the heart in order to understand our infinite nature and become the change we wish to see in the world.

As much as I have LOVED continuing the conversations with the incredible experts we’ve had on the podcast, truth be told, the last 8 months have taken a toll on my mental and physical health. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is an American environmental lawyer and best-selling author. He is the chairman of the board and chief legal counsel for Children’s Health Defense, counsel to Morgan and Morgan, and founder of Waterkeeper Alliance. His reputation as a resolute defender of the environment and children’s health stems from a litany of successful legal actions. Mr. Kennedy was named one of Time magazine’s “Heroes for the Planet” for helping lead the fight to restore the Hudson River and he also received recognition for his role in the landmark victory against Monsanto.

In this episode we discuss his latest book, The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health. This book blew my mind, broke my heart, and filled in the missing pieces of the pandemic puzzle for me. Heavily cited and referenced, this book shines a light on why the last two years have unfolded with so much fear, confusion, and trauma and why it did not have to. In this episode, we touch upon some of the key issues covered in Kennedy's 450-page book, which I recommend to anyone who is searching for a deeper understanding of the dynamics of public health, big pharma, the pandemic, and the powers that be. While I understand this content may be triggering for some people, I think it is massively important right now to stay open, curious, and compassionate towards ALL sides of the conversation. Our health, our children’s health, and our freedoms are at stake, and as far as I am concerned, there is nothing more important than protecting those. To protect them we need to have constructive, honest debate and dialogue, about all viewpoints and interpretations of the issues and solutions at hand. Regardless of where you stand on these issues, I wish all of you peace, prosperity, and great health in 2022! We are, after all, one global human family, all deserving of good health, happiness, and freedom. Dr. Mark Emerson, a world-renowned chronic disease reversal expert specializes in nutrition-based lifestyle medicine for patients of all ages. His approach supports the body's innate ability to protect and heal itself by promoting healthy lifestyle choices with a focus on evidence-based optimal nutrition, stress management, sleep, and physical activity to treat the underlying lifestyle-related causes of disease. Today I sit with Dr. Emerson to discuss his book The Healing Protocols and why more and more doctors are shifting their practices to lifestyle and functional medicine. We discuss why our current allopathic medical model is not allowing for the promotion of health and vitality, but rather chooses to focus on managing symptoms and disease. We also explore why exponentially more people, (and younger and younger people!) are getting diagnosed with chronic illnesses like cancer, diabetes, and mental health disorders than just a mere 20 years ago. Dr. Emerson reminds us that we have more control over our health than we have been led to believe, and so much more is possible if we understand how to support our innate and incredible capacity for healing.

Dr. Robert Malone is an American virologist, immunologist, and the inventor of the mRNA and DNA vaccine technology. Dr. Malone discovered RNA/DNA transfection and vaccination while a UCSD graduate student working at the Salk Institute in the late 1980s. His research and clinical work since have focused on mRNA technology, vaccine development, and drug repurposing. I sit down with Dr. Malone to have an honest and open conversation about the cost vs benefit of vaccinating our children against Sars-CoV-2. The Covid vaccine and the various mandates are complicated and polarizing issues. I realize that this discussion may trigger some negative teaction. With this discussion, I hope to paint a scientific and compassionate picture of the possible positive and negative consequences that come with mandating vaccination of our nation’s children. There is tremendous pressure and motivation to get back to normal life and a fully open society, and I totally empathize with the parents and people who want to do everything in their power to help speed that process along. Still, I feel compelled to share what I have learned from numerous experts like Dr. Malone who are not only qualified to speak on the matter, but whose missions are to ensure vaccine safety, transparency, and bioethics. I firmly believe everyone should have a right to do what they believe is best for them and their family. My intention has always been and continues to be sharing information that resonates with me in an effort to inform, empower, and inspire you, the listener, towards discovering what resonates with you. I believe above all that open dialogue, discussion, and debate is necessary to analyze the science and in order to debate, we need to be willing to hear all sides of the story. On this episode I sit down with Bruce Lipton, PhD. You all remember Bruce from HEAL. He is a stem cell biologist, the author of The Biology of Belief, and an internationally recognized leader in bridging science and spirituality. He was the recipient of the 2009 Goi Peace Award, he has been a guest speaker on hundreds of TV and radio shows, as well as a keynote presenter for national and international conferences

Bruce and I discuss the detrimental effect that fear, and stress have on our bodies and minds. We cover some controversial topics and say some potentially triggering things with the good intention of opening the aperture in order to see the cycle of fear, consumption, dis-ease, and destruction that we are in and how to break out of it. For instance, one way that we can consciously create a new paradigm of harmony is by changing our unique, negative subconscious programming that we downloaded as a child.

Bruce shares with us the importance of understanding that people are not inherently bad, but they can be running bad programs and therefore every human being is worthy of our love, compassion, and forgiveness. This awareness alone, is the elixir that can heal so much of the divisiveness and hatred infecting our society right now. This episode is for anyone who wants to break out of the hypnosis of fear and discover their inherent power to create peace, harmony, and vibrant health in their lives.

We all struggle with traumas and challenges of the past and present, and we all search for ways to move through the stress or pain they cause. Tapping into our breath and using it as a tool to unlock stuck emotions and let go of past traumas and limiting beliefs is one of the most powerful healing modalities I have ever experienced. We also touch on the mystical and wildly accurate way a Human Design reading can give us insight and feedback into who we are, how we operate, and what we came to this life to do. One of the most powerful parts of the HEAL documentary was following the journey of Eva Lee, a working mother of two with a mystery illness that no western doctors could figure out. After seeing every kind of specialist under the sun and receiving no answers or diagnosis, she had to resort to taking steroids daily to keep her painful rash outbreaks at bay. It was a very typical case of treating the symptom but not getting to the root cause, and then having to deal with the side effects that long term steroid use brings on top of it all. During the filming of HEAL I was determined to introduce her to different types of more natural healing modalities in hopes that she would find the answers and healing she was looking for. After the release of the film, we received an enormous influx of loving notes with more suggestions and ideas about possible diagnoses and treatments from people all over the world. Today, we catch up with Eva Lee to find out if she ever discovered the root cause, a diagnosis, or ultimate healing over the last three years. This conversation is an important one demonstrating how there is no one-size-fits-all model for healing and how addressing things like stressful lifestyles, past trauma, and other potential causes of illness may not be as easy as it sounds. Eva’s positive spirit in the face of this brutal mystery illness along with her willingness to be vulnerable to help others continues to inspire me.
