Mental health conditions lowers the self esteem of young people, limits not only their social interactions but also economic productivity and engagement. In fact during the transition stage from childhood to adulthood is when we young people are at the greatest risk of being affected by various mental health conditions
This is my environmental conservation journey as Tom Ogalo with Kisumu Environmental Champs which is a youth lead program that seeks to promote environmental conservation among young children as they engage in activism on climate change and advocacy on environmental protection policies.

Jitokeze Tupande Miti Campaign is aimed at empowering and raising awareness in society on the importance of tree planting.
The campaign targets to plant slightly over 10000 tree seedlings around Kisumu County with the help of like-minded organization such as Kisumu Youth Caucus, Rotary clubs in Kisumu, WOVOP, Better Me Kenya among other organizations.
