This week's guest is Mark Allen. ESPN voted Mark as the #1 Endurance Athlete of all time! Mark has won 6 IronMan world championships. He won the inaugural Olympic distance triathlon world championships in Avignon, France.  He was undefeated in 10 Nice International Championships.  In 1988 to 1990 he had a winning streak of 21 races.
He was named Triathlete of the Year six times by Triathlete magazine, dubbed The World's Fittest Man by Outside Magazine,  the #1 triathlete of all time by 220triathlon magazine, he was inducted into the Ironman Triathlon Hall of Fame, the USAT Hall of Fame and the ITU Hall of Fame. After waking up from 3-4 days of being in a coma with a cracked skull, broken shoulder, broken wrists and ribs that punctured her lungs, she realized she needed a complete life transformation.
