In this episode, I talk about how to build a superhero body. The superhero look is really what most of us want and what women love too. Just having muscle or being strong doesn't necessarily mean you will look great on the beach or in your clothes. In fact, most of the people you see at the gym look bulky and average. They have a belly and muscles in the wrong place. Here are my best tips to avoid that and build an impressive physique instead.

In this episode, I talk about ways to improve testosterone levels naturally. Low testosterone has many negative effects on men, but also on women. Both men and women need testosterone, just in different levels. Low testosterone causes, hair loss, higher body fat, less muscle mass, low libido and erectile dysfunction. There are many reasons to take this hormone seriously. It goes down naturally as we age and starts declining slowly as early as when we turn 20. I can understand why some take steroids to deal with low testosterone but it's always better and less complicated to do it the natural way, which I plan to constinue doing instead of taking steroids. So here are my best steps to get higher testosterone levels totally naturally.

In this episode. I talk about the benefits of cheat meals and how to do them right. If you are on a low calorie diet and try to lose fat you need to spike your metabolism every now and then with a high-calorie cheat meal. Otherwise your body is gong to go into starvation mode and start storing more fat, because it thinks there's a shortage of food. So your metabolism slows down if you continually follow a long calorie diet and the key to preventing that is having high day where you have a very high calorie meal or even a couple of meals if you have really been training and dieting hard. Cheat meals are also important for recovering from your workouts given that you really work so hard at the gym that you deserve them. Most people are not professional athletes and a cheat day every week isn't necessarily optimal. You need to really work out hard for a cheat meal every week to make sense.

In the previous episodes we've talked about protein, carbs, and fat and now it is time to put those numbers together and construct a diet plan. I give percentages that work for most people to lose fat. I use an example calorie amount to then show how that actually works in grams of protein, carbs and fat and what a meal could look like then.

This episode is all about carbs. Carbs are the one subject there is a lot of different opions on. But if you look at the healthiest and fittest people in the world they all eat carbs. Carbs keep you young, help you recover from workouts, and give both your body and brain energy. There are many different sources of carbs though and not all of them are created equal. Also your goal greatly determines how much carbs you should be consuming. There are also slow and fast carbs which are important to understand and leverage the right way. All of these things we cover in this episode.

You just need to understand your body and do the right things to get in your dream shape.
