Are you interested in talking about Spirit with me? Or maybe about Celtic re-connecting on Turtle Island or Celtic spirituality? Would you like to invite me to chat with you on your channel about spiritual things? I’m down!
Learning to love myself as I am means trusting my natural expression of self and owning my own gifts. “Living a Life that Matters” made space for an Alter Ego event to reclaim previously repressed and denied aspects of ourselves. Loving myself as I am means loving all of me - even the ugly selfish parts
Let's create a relationship with divinity in our own way, with our own words and with ceremonies and rituals that fill us up and make us happy to be alive.
Just as we own our own Holy Sh!t, we honour the Holy Sh!t in others. We are all walking the healing path - whether we choose it consciously or are completely unconscious, we all have Holy Sh!t to heal.
Holy Sh!t is the holy work we do in this life to become aware of and shift the blocks held in the body that interfere with our ability to connect to Beloved Presence and live from the fullness of love and inclusion.
There is much beauty and wisdom about Beloved Presence to be found in the faiths of humanity. There is also much hatred and many lies and oppression.
Welcome all paths to truth, but discard anything that cannot pass the First Truth of loving and inclusive, because it's not true or real.
Most truths are subjective, personal and relative. We believe strongly in our own truths but they should be open to change if we've got stuff wrong.
The only absolute Truth that exists is the First Truth and it trumps every other truth out there. If my truths deny equality or personhood to another, my truth is false. If my truth makes one group of people more valuable than another, my truth is false. If my truth is that monogamy works best for me in my life, then that is my truth. If Edwards truth is that polyamory works best for him in his life, than that's his truth - and both those truths can exist at the same time.
The truth is the courageous path.
It takes strength and heart to learn our truth and not shy away from it. It take strength and heart to go out into the world and hold our truth out for the world. It is the path of strength.
Everything is ONE and LOVED unconditionally. Forever. This is the First Truth. Is it Loving and Inclusive? This is the only thing that is true and real. Refer back to this truth when in conflict. It will never steer you wrong.
Do you remember the actual living dreams and beliefs of your unlimited child self? They are a goldmine of truth and an ancient pathway for your spiritual adult self.
Our Body is the Barometer, Compass and the Boat
Not only is there no pre-made path for you, we're using tools that aren't even acknowledged in our education system. They're not accepted or acknowledged by those in science who claim to know what reality is.
We are using intuition, mystic and visionary senses, dreams and day dreams and wonderings.
When we're committed to walking a spiritual path, we've got to dismantle a lot of garbage myths and lies that get in the way of connecting to our own spiritual truth.
I'm still trashing residual ideas of “gifted” from my identity because it impedes actual progress and functionality. The worst thing that the "gifted" label can teach a child is that what we can do is ”natural and we are born with it”. It's the difference between growing up being praised for being "gifted" versus being praised for "working hard".
I experienced a mystical event that totally changed my life and everything that I thought was important. This is the story of why I’m building The Church of Beloved Presence.
Welcome to The Church of Beloved Presence Podcast. This is the intro that explains what we’re doing here and what you can expect to find here going forward.
