Self Defense classes are garbage! They are used as a recruitment tool for schools to increase their enrollment. While every school is a business looking to make money, the way they market these classes is irresponsible and dangerous. #WakeTheMonster
Athletes are exceptional at what they do on the field, court, pitch, or rink. That doesn't mean that they are qualified to tell us how to live our lives. They should receive praise for the good, but should also be willing to accept the criticism when they're wrong.
Being an Alpha Male is one of the most overused and over-abused terms in our society today. Is has been bastardized to the point that it is viewed negatively. But is it? In this Podcast we are going to try and answer the question, "What is an Alpha Male?" We discuss who can be one, what it actually means, and ways that we can reclaim the term and give it a positive meaning.
