Lord Jesus exhorted believers in Smyrna to be faithful in the face of persecution, afflictions - even to the point of death, for they will be rewarded with life as the victor's crown.
What path must the true disciples of Christ walk? We may call ourselves the disciples of Christ, but if we don't walk the path that Lord Jesus himself had said that the disciples must walk, we cannot become his true disciples. We do not wished to be fake followers of Christ. Let's learn whoever wants to be the disciples of Christ, which way they must walk. Strengthening one's inner being is the most important thing right now. As we go through a more severe pandemic, as much as you take care of your outer being (physical body), do not neglect your inner being (spiritual body), it is very important that it is being renewed and strengthen daily so that you can withstand the schemes of the devil and walk this trying times as a victorious child of God.
On the Anniversary of the Mission on 11th January 2022, Pastor Peter shared God's word from Romans 9:1-5 with the title, "A Heart (Broken) for the Lost". No one comes to the Lord on their own. It has always been through someone who has the heart for the Lost. God has the heart for the lost and we are found through someone who has the heart. We must also have this heart for the lost. When believers have this "great sorrow and unceasing anguish" for the lost like Apostle Paul, an amazing history will open, because they will go any length to save the lost.
