The G-dly feelings of our heart need to find practical expression in our actions of Torah & Mitzvos and our actions need to be imbued and powered by a real heartfelt relationship with Hashem.
Every Jew has an inner calling for something spiritual beyond the material world we live in. Chapter 3 gives the formula to experience our Neshoma with mind & heart.
