Tom Curren Companies has been a leader in home remodeling space throughout Massachusetts since 1986. They are a full-service home remodeling company, which means they can complete a wide variety of residential projects without the need to seek the help of multiple contractors. This week we sit with Alan Hyland of Highland Build. Highland Build is a high-end residential remodeling company. This week we sit with Kenny Grono of Buckminster Green. Buckminster Green is a design-build remodeling firm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and was founded in 2005 by Kenny and his wife, Bronwyn. He was teaching high school physics, and Bronwyn was a newspaper reporter when they decided to pursue what had been a side project (since 2000) full time. This week we sit with Everson Perez of Perez Construction. Perez Construction was officially founded in 2017, but it had been active for over a decade in San Francisco. Despite having opportunities to work at numerous big corporations, Everson decided to stay and support his family in construction, with the goal of eventually building Perez Construction into the top residential remodeling company in San Francisco. Perez Construction is a family-owned and run business. The team includes Everson’s father, brother, sister, and members of his Church. The company also has a close network of trusted subcontractors. Remodeling runs deeps in this week’s episode. We sit down with Steve Nash of Upscale Remodeling in Freeville, New York. Steve is a third-generation remodeling contractor, so it’s safe to say that remodeling is in his blood. Steve worked with his father throughout his childhood right through high school and then again after college. It was through these years of hard work that he birthed Upscale Remodeling’s guiding principle: “never compromise, never cut corners”. It has been more than two-and-a-half decades since Upscale Remodeling was first established and they are still just as unwilling to compromise on their quality or our construction methods as they were on day one.
