Clients come to bootcamp to exercise but they stick around for years and years because of the side effects. In this episode we talk about what happens when two of those side effects combine: 1) Creating a space for people to be themselves. 2) Gathering together like people who are experiencing similar life challenges. Before the pandemic getting members of the Bootcamp Ideas community to jump on a video call with me was often challenging. But one positive side effect of pandemic is that everyone now knows how to Zoom.

I took advantage of this and tried to spend time meeting and speaking with readers through out 2020 and 2021.

I was humbled by these conversations. So many people were challenged with new experiences. Experiences that were also universal. Isolation was a common thread. Also change in many forms.

These conversations of how trainers have survived, thrived and pivoted through the pandemic would make a great starting point for a new podcast.

Please welcome Everything Bootcamp.
