Re-Assembly 4.0 is a podcast about us! We are two high school friends who found themselves at similar career crossroads in their 40's. Over the last couple of years, we've been actively supporting each other in our pursuits to nurture and cultivate our creative selves. Our ultimate goal is to take the leap, harness our passions and reassemble our purpose as creatives. In this podcast we'll be sharing our stories, insights, struggles and lessons as we embark on our creative journeys. We'll also be talking with other creatives who inspire us and folks who are on similar journeys. We invite you to join us as we create, build community and disrupt the narrative!
In this episode, we discuss how to navigate being Black and a Creative. There are many layers to this subject - we unpack some of the surface issues of how to create a brand while staying true to your identity as well as creating your own lane.
