Nicholas Karrandjas is a dedicated Project Consultant and Partner at the Design and Build firm Ottawa General Contractors. At age 38 he has over 16 years of experience in residential construction through 1,000s of successful projects in land acquisition, low rise investment buildings, new home construction, infill development, coach home building, and residential renovations. Terrill Leclair is a licensed electrician by trade and owner of one of the largest individually owned and operated security installation and monitoring companies in the Eastern Ontario area, and more importantly, he is father to two accomplished young people. Alliance Security is a bonifide multi-generational family business, first started by his father, Leo, and which now also includes his Terrill’s son, Dylan. It also has a A+ rating at the Better Business Bureau.
Terrill is also Founder of Bikers Against Child Abuse and has been the Ottawa area President for the past 10 years. He has also travelled extensively around Canada and the US on a motorcycle, making the circling journey three times accompanied by a variety of colourful characters.

Jeremy is the Group Manager of the Building Science service team at Cambium. He has over 12 years experience in completing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Reserve Fund Studies (RFS) and Performance Audits (PAs) across Canada.
Jeremy has reviewed hundreds of buildings in his career, including commercial, multi-unit residential, industrial, institutional, recreational, and educational, as well as building sizes ranging from single-family homes to multi-building Class A commercial office properties.
He has a strong understanding of major building systems and components, their failure mechanisms, and repair and replacement strategies and costs, including structural framing, building envelope and roofing, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire and life safety, vertical transportation, and fire and life safety systems.

Jeremy Taylor, P.Eng. (he/him)
Jeremy is the Group Manager of the Building Science service team at Cambium. He has over 12 years experience in completing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Reserve Fund Studies (RFS) and Performance Audits (PAs) across Canada.
Jeremy is a civil engineer with a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Waterloo (2007). The first four years of his career began in structural engineering where he carried out analysis and design of new and existing buildings.
Mr. Taylor has reviewed hundreds of buildings in his career, including commercial, multi-unit residential, industrial, institutional, recreational, and educational, as well as building sizes ranging from single-family homes to multi-building Class A commercial office properties.

Kurt Frommann grew up in the Niagara Region, and moved to the Ottawa area in 2013. He is married to his wonderful wife Alyssa, has a beautiful 2 ½ year old daughter named Serena, and resides in the Stittsville area. Kurt began his career as a Project Technologist with Pinchin soon after arriving in the big city in 2013, getting his hands dirty in the field, and has worked his way up to a Project Manager role. He has completed over 1,200 Phase I ESAs himself over his 8-year career in the industry, and has been involved in various additional environmental projects (such as Phase II ESAs, groundwater monitoring programs, etc.).
