Jacqui is about to take on Manhattan as the first Aussie women to join the NBA referee development program in a select group of 6 trainees looking to make it in the most visible basketball league on the planet.Jacqui takes us inside the referee’s rite of passage and how it is now a legitimate pathway to a basketball career along with her desire to stay connected to the game she loves.Her work with indigenous communities influences her approach and mindset both on and off the court as she continues her journey half way across the globe.A rare insight into the realm of the referee.
