In each episode I welcome guests on the show to share their knowledge, experience and inspirational stories. We can all learn from the secrets of their success and avoid the mistakes.
Orignally, this was going to be a private phone call between two friends, Richard Stone and myself. But then, I thought, what if we discuss things that other people also want to know the answer too. And what if we this conversation could help others in the property industry.
So, I convinced Richard to let me record this open, honest and frank conversation about answering my questions on an upcoming refurb I have.
