Auction Drafts, also known as Salary Cap Drafts, give a manager more control as to exactly how to build a team. Two popular options are to spend big on some big performers, and then build around them the best you can, or to avoid the stud players and get solid performing players at every position. I  discuss the risks/rewards of both options in this episode, as well as some other information.

If you're playoff bound, it's good to plan ahead so that you know when your playoffs are and which players you have now won't be playing as many games in the playoffs. Portland is a possible problem so consider trading anyone on Portland fair game for a trade.

When I traded for Kemba Walker, I had higher expectations for him than the performance he's been giving me. Am I deluding myself into thinking he's a better player than he is? Is Kemba washed?
