As adults we know the importance of setting goals, but why not start young? How do you help your children set goals from a very young age?
Working together with your husband or wife can sometimes be a daunting task for some couples. Others flourish. Why is this?Â
Have a listen to the principles we apply to our marriage, work, life integration and see if this will also work for you.
When I say intent for your team, I am talking about the people surrounding you, the ones routing for you, the ones with whom you share your dreams, and the ones who push you constantly out of your comfort zone. People on your left and right hand propelling you into greatness and supporting you all the way. They are waiting at the finish line. These are your parents, family members, friends, mentors, coaches, industry leaders, and colleagues. Â I usually talk and surround myself with highly motivated people, self-driven individuals. World changers, destiny shakers, and purpose-driven leaders, I wonder if I am talking to one of them right now?
Planning is like the roadmap to our desired destination. Where are you going with your finances? Without a map, how can you possibly expect to reach your destination? When there is a plan for your finances, family, and future, you have a basis on which to build your life and identify whether or not you have achieved what you have set out to do.
How can you sell something, to save something to buy something for the long run?
A healthy mind is as valuable as gold. Everything we do, whether it is good or bad, beneficial or harmful, originates from a thought. Life and all its challenges can be draining, to say the least; at times, it saps all the energy, self-worth, and motivation right out from underneath you. There is a vast wealth of knowledge now available on preserving and strengthening our bodies so that we can work and perform at our optimum levels even when we are older.
