Our objective is to help businesses acquire & retain talent. It's been a wonderful journey and we hope you'll enjoy hearing our story as much as we enjoy talking about the fantastic business of relocation.

Moving to Electric Cars for our international relocation business has not all been a bed of roses. It's been a journey of UPs and DOWNs.
This episode is about the acquisition of the 5th electric car, and 2nd Tesla.
So, what do electric cars have to do with relocating talent internationally? Well, the answer is, probably not a lot – directly anyway.
But this purchase experience from the best electric car-maker in the world, and the impression it made on us as customers, made us think about what an international relocatee goes through.
Once the employer extends an offer to a candidate, the candidate’s impression of the employer goes one of two ways. EVERY interaction with the new employer either REINFORCES or UNDERMINES the candidate's impression of the employer's brand.

Our international relocation firm has committed to going as green as possible. We recently acquired our 5th electric car and our 2nd Tesla. As you'll learn in this episode, it hasn't all been a bed of roses!
This episode is about the acquisition of the 5th electric car, and 2nd Tesla, for our international relocation business. Our business helps employers ACQUIRE & RETAIN talent by providing tailored, VIP international relocation support services.
So, what do electric cars have to do with relocating talent internationally? Well, the answer is, probably not a lot – directly anyway.
But this purchase experience from the best electric car-maker in the world, and the impression it made on us as a customer, made us think about a candidate’s journey once they've been selected by an employer.
Once the employer extends an offer to a candidate, the candidate’s impression of the employer can only go in one of two ways.
EVERY interaction with the new employer, can only be either REINFORCED or UNDERMINED. There's no middle-ground.
Obviously, you as an employer, want to have many more REINFORCE points than you do UNDERMINE points. That’s the way you RETAIN candidates, right? And it’s the way ALL brands RETAIN (or LOSE candidates) - and, indeed customers.
Our latest electric car purchase experience brought the vital importance of that REINFORCE vs UNDERMINE equation into sharp focus for us. You’ll get the flavour of that as you listen to the episode – quite apart from learning about our EV experiences over the past 5 years, which may help you if you’re thinking of going electric.

An executive search team came over from Montreal tasked with headhunting engineers for a major aerospace corporation. But at that time the UK housing market was TERRIBLE! The engineers wanted to take the jobs in Canada but how would they sell their houses? Robert's old school friend, Robert, asked Tony to come up with a solution.
