Racism has always been apart of American History, however in these past 4 years we’ve taken QUANTUM LEAPS backwards. The aroma of racism use to be a light smell has now become a stench!! And now as a black parent the veil of innocence has been lifted and are now being forced to have conversations with our children at early ages about what racism is.
In relationships we are always finding it difficult to truly be fully transparent with each other! Transparency requires a level of vulnerability that at times fear stops us from becoming fully transparent
