Society has suppressed the emotions of men. Suicide rates are higher for men than female given that a male is more likely to commit suicide 3 to 4 times more often than a female would. This is a topic that really need to be talked about men should be able to express any sad or negative emotions. IT DOES NOT MAKE THEM WEAK. They are allowed to feel and should always be able to talk about it to anyone without feeling like its a weakness. Society needs to value the emotions of men.

Sexually assault, rape and consent are topics that aren't talked a lot in society. This a serious topic that need more awareness. In this episode I share my personal experience in hopes of others getting the courage to share their stories for society to see that it's an issue that needs our attention.
