The world is in such a crazy place and even though people our age love to socialize – they just cannot hang. That’s why I made this podcast – to make listeners feel like they are hanging with their closest friends and learning about new and different perspectives. Isolation can bring loneliness and I want to create a community that can’t hang, together. And this is not to be mistaken that my guests “can’t hang” – they totally can.
This week on Can’t Hang, it is our SEASON ONE FINALE and I hang with Gina Osborn who held maybe the coolest job ever - FBI Special Agent. Since retiring from this incredible career, Gina is now a professional speaker, business coach and fellow podcaster. We speak about all things FBI, her training, the television vs reality of her job and more. Gina is such a boss and has the best stories - you will LOVE it.
This week on Can’t Hang, I hang with Dr Sandy Skotnicki of the Bay Dermatology Centre in Toronto who specializes in Dermatology but specifically is an expert in Allergic Skin Disease. She is regarded as the “go to” Canadian Dermatologist for ingredient reactions and safety, providing her expertise to medical journals, media outlets and is the author of Beyond Soap. I learned so much this episode and I think you will too.
This week on Can’t Hang, I hang with Charissa Skinner, an aura psychic who works with clients to connect to and visualize their aura through watercolour. I love all things spiritual so this episode left me ~almost~ speechless. Charissa and I chat about full moon rituals, mediumship, and some of her wild client stories.
This week on Can’t Hang, I hang with Keisha Greaves, an entrepreneur from the Boston area who was diagnosed in her 20s with Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy.
Keisha and I chat about the verbiage around disability, the ways her life and mindset have changed, and her new line of adaptive swimwear coming this spring. I loved hanging with Keisha because she has so much valuable information to share and she is so gracious in the way she educates others, specifically able-bodied people about things they may not realize.

This week on Can’t Hang, I hang with Ali Kriegsman, female entrepreneur from New York City, who runs the online marketplace, Bulletin. Ali got her start in entrepreneurship at the young age of 24 and has only grown from there, being on the Forbes 30 under 30 list and growing her tech startup with funding from Silicon Valley. Ali’s first book, How to Build a Goddamn Empire comes out in April.

This week on Can’t Hang, I hang with Brandi Leifso, founder of Evio Beauty - a Canadian brand that is changing the game with their clean AND luxurious products, some of which are made with Hemp. Brandi originated her beauty brand while living in a shelter in BC and it has grown from there. We speak about domestic violence, getting her start and the still-taboo cannabis industry.
This week on Can’t Hang, I hang with Jared Lipscomb, a makeup artist in the Los Angeles area who has honed his skills and worked with incredible people such as stars from the Bravo network and more! Jared is also in remission from his battle with cancer and speaks about his role as an ambassador for Be the Match. Though he claims he isn’t a positive person, I would beg to differ - Jared was such a joy to hang with and such a kind soul.
This week on Can’t Hang, I hang with Craig Ramsay, a man of many talents, with Canadian origin, but living in my dream home of Palm Springs, California. We chat about tackling fitness in the pandemic, how he has progressed through his career from broadway to reality television to fitness books, and how those of us working from home can stretch our bodies for good. Also, perhaps my favourite part of Craig is that he encourages drinking wine & exercising - amazing!
This week on Can’t Hang, I hang with Samantha Schaub, host of Watch Her Go podcast who is an expert in all things relationships! We speak about the importance of gratitude, the power of manifesting and how to set priorities in your own life. We also chat about the key to keeping promises to yourself and not forgetting about yourself as you make promises to others. This week on Can’t Hang, I hang with Emily O’Brien, a former convict who has taken her creativity and entrepreneurial nature and shifted it towards her social enterprise, Comeback Snacks. We speak about how she landed in prison in 2018, the power of family in tough situations and how she is using her company to help those in need of a second chance. With such an incredible story, it was such a treat to speak with Emily and hear about all the good she is doing.

Nicole and I speak about the benefits of coaching for individuals, the ways that her clients have transformed and how she herself has grown within the self-development world. Nicole is such a pleasure to speak with and I’m so excited to share this conversation.

Pooja and I speak about her journey into broadcasting, the hustle goes into being in broadcasting, her wild schedule and some of her career highlights. We also get into the ways that COVID-19 has effected our lives and how difficult it is to have foresight during a pandemic.
This week on Can’t Hang, I hang with Kristi Soomer, the founder and CEO of sustainable and Canadian-made clothing company, Encircled. After working in many different fields and travelling a lot for work, Kristi discovered a way in which she could streamline women’s clothing to make it more efficient and stylish, especially for those who are travelling. She then began her company, but I will let her tell the rest of the story.
This week on Can’t Hang, I speak to Pattie Lovett-Reid, the Chief Financial Commentator for CTV News. We speak about setting financial goals for the new year, the importance of credit ratings and she challenges me to ask more questions in financial situations. You will notice in this episode, we do not get around to the rapid fire question round at the end. Due to the nature of Pattie’s work, she was called to be on air and thus we wrapped up quickly.
This week on Can’t Hang, I speak with Cassandra and Stefanie Lepp, known on Instagram as The TuLepps - which is so cool on its own but even cooler because they are farmers! The TuLepps are smashing our expectations of what a farmer is supposed to look like and their Instagram is one of the most amazing accounts I follow!
