In a recent interview the CEO of a large retailer expresses his opinion about Employees and Laziness. The Big Dad rebuts this opinion with his own. Employees aren't lazy they are assessing the risk factors associated with their non-monetary investment and in some cases the ROI is not commensurate with their expectations so they are saying "No Thank You. I choose not to invest my labor into your venture." That is the topic today on the Big Dad Show!

The thing about working at a Thrift Store is that many people act a fool while in the store. So this week we go over a few social conventions that might help the Thrifter to NOT piss off the employees of the thrift store. If you are comfortable not looking like a good person than that is cool don't worry about it, BUT if you want to be a cool Thrifter/Reseller and maybe have access to the good stuff, here are some tips!
