I'm celebrating one year alcohol free.
There’s a lot I want to share with you, but for now, I want to introduce you to someone who inspired me along the way.
I met Nina Camille earlier this year during her 10 day “Freedom Challenge” and later enrolled in her 6 week group coaching container, Experience Freedom Foundations.
The moment I heard her story of transformation, I knew I had to work with her.
(because I could relate)
She talks about how she turned her life around after being the stereotypical “drink green juice followed by shots of whiskey at the bar” kinda gal.
She dives into how group work dissolved her shame + how she systematized radical self care, so that she could fully heal and experience true freedom.
The space + the wisdom this woman shares is palpable.
Her energy + words make you feel seen, heard + understood in ways that you haven’t before.
I’m honored to have her as a guest on the FOOD, BODY & SOUL podcast where we dive into topics on:

I’ll also be sharing more about my life story and how I got to where I am today. There’s stories that I’ve never shared before on a public platform that I want to share on this podcast. Stories around how I almost didn’t even become a Registered Dietitian. My story with substance misuse and how I found recovery from my own eating disorder. My story around codependency and breaking free from toxic relationship patterns and the plant medicine journeys I’ve been a part of and how they opened my heart to healing generational trauma.
This is a space to share insights, science and stories that inspire and uplift one another.
This common humanity we all share… is life’s greatest gift and most potent medicine.
My intention in sharing these stories is to encourage you, the listener, to keep going within. To keep peeling back the layers, to discover the authentic truth of who you are.
One of my favorite quotes is by Ram Dass… “We’re all just walking each other home.”
