Ladies Who Lead Pod is a senior project by Victoria Zdunkiewicz (Drexel University, Entertainment and Arts Management).
In a field dominated by white men, it is important to hear from the female leaders in the theatre industry about their personal experiences, how far the industry has come, work that still needs to be done, and their opinions on current happenings in the industry. As a woman who wants to work in the theatre industry, I look forward to wise words from powerful women in this industry.
