The translation of the first verses to friends from different parts of the world trying to bring the taste of the Arabic into the sometimes difficult translations to the everyday English. What life lesson can you take from this sura? The power of questions in your life open you up to new things. The importance of faith that everyone will be given payback for what they do in their life, be it good or bad. What name is used for God in this sura? This sura is about the day of Judgment and a description of how it starts. For anyone that asks about why is this happening to me? this is not fair ? Don’t worry have faith it is in His Hands. God a translation of Allah ; He is Lord of the Great Throne and The Lord of All Worlds. This is the day where you will get it all back. So have good intentions, be a good human to everyone and everything in this world . Remember all your actions are recorded , and payback will happen. Dear listeners, we are in sura82 Alinfitar الانفطار it can be translated as the splitting or the breaking. The theme of the sura is the day of judgment. A visual picture of the splitting / breaking of the sky ,earth , seas. Now every soul will take responsibility for their lifetime. The good and the bad. All command will belong to God. What names of God are used here? ربكم الكريم Rabikm Alkareem, translated as Your Generous Lord , لله Allah translated as God. So what life lesson will you take today from this sura? It’s a reminder that everything you do is recorded by noble recorders , a reminder to fix your daily intention before you do something , why am I doing it and for who? Rab alalameen رب العالمين translated as The Lord of the worlds. Through the verses in the Quran and also through looking at ourselves as well as the universe. What beauty do you see in this sura , the style of verses, the argument being said , the way it starts and ends are all so beautiful. We are in sura 93 AlDuha translated as the morning brightness , but to be more specific it’s the first light of the day. That first hour of peace and tranquility.The name Rabik ربك is translated as your Lord. Repeated 3 times , with three points for you to remember; -relationships ( orphan/ shelter ), -lost/ guidance , -need/ satisfies your needs. So what beautiful life lesson do we take from our reflection on these verses. Dear listeners , we are at the end of Sura 2 AlBakarah The Cow البقره. Verses 285-286. Two powerful verses that are filled with so much and are enough for you if you read them in any situations in your daily lives. They are part of the sleep routine as well and the morning and evening thikir. It is filled with Duaa submission to God , asking for forgiveness. 💝 Lord of All the worlds forgive us, have mercy on us and do not burden us with more than we can bear🤲. Ameen.

A verse that is said daily , a verse of protection, a verse said before sleep as well as when you are afraid of anything, it is said as part of the morning and evening thikir. It shows us The Majesty The Knowledge The Power of Allah. This verse is a blessing for us. It contains Allah’s names and attributes . 🤲May Allah bless us with the knowledge love and reflection in the use of His 99 Names and Attributes in our daily lives. 💗Ameen .
Dear listeners, verse 186 in sura 2 is so special 💝keep it in your heart💜remember it on the Down days. When your lost, confused ,sad. when everything is wrong , when ur not sure anymore about what is you life purpose, when you feel alone or misunderstood, when you don’t want to talk to anyone. Then Remember this verse. God loves You, Turn to Him ( just talk to Him in your heart ) remember you don’t need any appointment or a special place or a specific time or specific words. He is Near. And He promised to reply to those that call on Him. Dear listeners, we are in verses 183-185 sura 2 Albakarah The Cow البقره . This is the longest sura in the Quran. There are lots of hadeeth on the importance and rewards for reading /listening to it. Todays verses is about Ramadan which is in 18 days ( countdown) So these verses remind us of the benefits of fasting : - To be mindful of God, Fasting is good for your body and soul ( if only you knew) - those that are ill or traveling can compensate on other days - those that can’t fast can give food to the needy . -Glorify God, -Be Thankful. The Quran was revealed in Ramadan. The Quran is a Guidance to All ManKind- Your life manual , to distinguish between right and wrong. 💐have a peaceful day.

We do things, we plan, we dream but the ending, the reaching point , the great achievement we think we will get , is all in Allah’s hands. Your journey is in the process, the small steps you do everyday and the inspiration that ; All I do is for Allah with love. 💐 I do not know who is reading these lines or listening to my podcast but my intention is to show all humanity an easy path to love Allah and love His words and be inspired to be the best version of yourself, for here and there. 💐I ask Allah this duaa verse 127 ( Allah accept this from us You are the All Hearing the All Knowing). The signs that there is only One God are all around you! in the universe , in yourself and in the Quran sent by God to the last prophet Mohammed. God gives you His words within the Quran as a guide for All people. You always have the choice to believe or not. The Quran has both good news and warnings. God is the creator of the sky and earth , why would He need a son! when He says BE it becomes. So glorify God your creator , to Him we will return.💐
Dear listeners, we are in sura 2 Albakarah البقره The Cow. Verses 30-33. What life lessons can you take from these verses? -We were created to make this world a better place for all. So praise God throughout your day and Do the best you can in your work , art , studies , writings , research and parenting. Remember God defended you with love and gave you a beautiful brain filled with so much potential , so use it! When your stuck on something repeat ( May you be Glorified, we have knowledge only of what You have taught us). Dear listeners, we are in sura 2 verses 21-24 Albakarah The cow البقره. What life lessons can you see in these verses? Mindfulness of God, the Nobel words of the Quran , the signs in this world created by God. Worship your creator is an order for all people. And in submitting to God you will be mindful of Him. How can you be mindful of God in your day? Look at the sky and reflect on its beauty, its color , shape , size, can you see any pillars holding it ? yet we take it for granted. So today aim to be grateful and mindful💐. Have a peaceful day.
Dear listeners , we are in sura 2 Albakarah, The cow, البقره verses 1-5. A reminder for a healthy living for here and there; the Quran is a guidance for those that are mindful of God, + who believe in the unseen ,+ who keep up the prayers, + who give charity, + who believe in this Quran , + and believe in all past prophets + and who believe in judgment day= these people follow Gods’ guidance and they will prosper ( that is a promise).

You who believe ( a loving note to you for success in your life from your creator ) - be patient- be steadfast - be mindful of God = To prosper 💝🤝
Dear listeners, we are in sura 3 Alumran ال عمران the family of Jesus and Mary. verses 26-27. God controls everything , has power over everything; from the night and day , from the living and dying, gives control to whoever He wills and removes control from whoever He wills and gives abundantly to whoever He wills. These verses remind us to go back to Allah when we are messed up, when feeling down. Words of comfort , remember that Allah is in control not people. So fix ur intention , give charity , be mindful of God through your day and it’s ok. Cry it out , put ur hands up and ask Allah for what u need , or put your head down in sujud and ask your creator to Help you. 🥲 life and death , my grandad past way a few days ago Alhamdulilah we believe in Allah , that there is life after death and that we will all be gathered together. May Allah give him mercy and to all the loved ones under this earth.💐 We belong to Allah, and to Him we shall return. There is no power or strength except with Allah. 💕

Dear listeners, we are in sura 4 Alnisaa Women verse 1. What a beautiful sura it stars by reminding us that we all come from one man and woman. It also reminds us to be mindful of God in everything we do. So let this year be the year of mindfulness of God . My intention today is to go about my life with the intention that everything I do is for the love of God. sleeping , eating , walking going about my daily chores even the sitting on the sofa or watching the sky from the window , all in the name of God. I try to do good, I have my mistakes and my forgetfulness. I am aware that God is always watching over me with love. That He is near that He listens to my Duaa and that everything is in His hands. The story of Jesus and the Feast and the Future conversation between God and Jesus. 💐Truthfulness is a moral lesson we learn from these verses as well as a beautiful Duaa. (God provide for us : You are the best provider.) what is the supreme triumph ? ( God is pleased with them and they with Him: that is the supreme triumph ). It has Stories of different generations before us some believed and others didn’t. what is important is the deeds you do on this earth. Whatever you do is recorded and it will be weighed on the appointed day. So fix your daily intention to do good on this earth to be from those that are always grateful. So give charity ( it is a form of cleansing yourself). God is the All Knowing All Wise. So our life lessons for today is very simple but it must come from your heart ❤️ intentions النيه to say istagfir Allah استغفر الله Repent for your mistakes and to give charity ( something small but good that you have). Have a reminder on your phone for ten minutes a day. Where you sit in a place and be mindful of God , take a few deep breaths and relax. This is the only sura that does not start with bismillah بسم الله . so I started it with ; I seek refuge with Allah from satan the outcast ( as God told us to do before we read the Quran - see sura16 verse98) a beautiful life lesson to remember when you feel lonely scared or afraid ( don’t worry for Allah is certainty with us) لا تحزن ان الله معنا and God will send down His serenity. Dear listeners, we are in sura 9 Repentance التوبه Altawbah. This is the only sura that does not start with bismillah بسم الله in the name of God the lord of mercy the giver of mercy. Verses 71-72. Believes are all one heart. No matter where you come from or how far you are. Every Muslim makes Duaa for all the Muslims in the world men and women , young and old . God promised His mercy for those that ; support each other , order what is right and forbid what is wrong , keep the five daily prayers , give zakah / money to the poor/ needy. and obey Allah and his messenger. 🤝 May Allah guide us 💐

Our life lessons are; Prayer is a form of discipline for us as well as goodness that drives bad things away. When you see something corrupt on earth it is your duty as a believer to speak out. If God had willed he could have made all human beings one community but He chose to make them different. Ask Allah for His Mercy - for He created us for it. The stories in the Quran make your heart firm in belief as well as lessons and reminders. All Authority belongs to the One and only God , everything goes back to Him. God is so Merciful and so Powerful. He does not need us to do anything for Him. He is complete. Everything we do ; the good or bad is for us. These verses are challenging those that don’t believe in God to create 10 sura’s like the Quran. and then call whoever besides God. And when they can’t , it is reason enough that This Quran is Knowledge from God ! Wawooo , so powerful. As for the non-believers, who do good in this world they will get their reward only in this world and then the Fire awaits them in the hereafter. He is known for his Knowledge and prisoners ask him for the meanings of their dreams. Joseph says His knowledge and wisdom are from God. The Oneness of God is the true faith and he is grateful for everything God has blessed him. An important life lesson for us to take from these beautiful verses. Dear listeners, we are in sura 12 Joseph Yousif يوسف verses 22- 35. This section starts with God telling us an important life lesson ; = those that do good : are rewarded with good judgment ,wisdom + knowledge. Joseph has reached manhood and he is very good looking. He is being tested in his honor . The wife of the finance minister is trying to seduce him and she has power, riches, high status and people who support her in her wrongdoing. On the other hand Joseph is alone , mature ,poor / a slave , and locked in a room with her. but he still refuses her. His heart is filled with God’s love , he runs to the door. And guess what the shirt is a symbol that shows his innocences , it’s torn from the back a sign that he was running away from her and did not try to rape her. But she tries again this time with all the gossiping women supporting her. After they are surprised by his good looks , they cut their hands instead of the fruit in their hands and don’t blame her. She orders him to listen to her or he will be degraded and put in prison. Joseph can’t take it anymore, living in her house is agony and prays that God puts him in jail. and guess what; they know he is innocent but for things to settle down they put him in jail and forget him for a long time. However, this seems like another ( deep well) deep problem Joseph is in and God removes him to another part for him to learn. And saved him from their treachery . So maybe when your in a deep problem and it gets even worse maybe that change is another lesson to teach you something . Remember; God is the All Hearing the All Knowing. Sometimes looking at your problems from a different perspective, asking different questions can give you a clear answer. 💖have a great day 💐
Today we are in sura 12 Joseph يوسف verses 19-21. The story of young Joseph , he is now sold in Egypt. The finance minister tells his wife we can adopt him or make use of him. But within this part of the story God tells us 2 important points. God is well aware of what is happening / what they did. And it was God’s way of getting Joseph into that land and to learn the skills he needs for his future. 🎁 So believers how can we feel lonely when our creator is with us guiding us along the way. Remember God has a plan and His plans always prevails in His purpose. But most people don’t realize it. 👍💖 Allah bless us guide us with this amazing Quran to be our light & strength in this life. Dear listeners, we are in verses 15- 18 from sura 12 Joseph يوسف . Our life lesson for today is to be Patient and have faith that God sees /hears YOU. Sometimes we find ourselves in deep problems/ situations ( deep wells ) and the only way is to turn inwards to our inner self . Just as Joseph did in the well. and with faith he heard the voice of God inspire him. ( they will get back what they did to you). So be patient and have 100% that you are seen and heard by The Creator , He has you guided, even though your in the middle of a big problem / the deep well . Repeat the verse ( from God alone I seek help). Have faith , enjoy the verses of the Quran let them inspire you to be strong internally no matter what pains and sorrows you see / hear. And remember Allah Kabar الله اكبر means God is greater than everything you see hear feel have. 💐

Then you are given a reminder that there are life lessons for you to learn through this story. The story starts as we enter into the middle of a secret conversation. Joseph a young boy has a dream( 11 stars , the sun , moon bow down to Joseph in his dream ), and his father warns him not to tell even the closest. His brothers / envy/ jealousy are satins way. Dear listeners, today we are in Sura 13 Thunder AlRaed الرعد. It was sent down to the prophet Mohammed in Madenah سوره مدنيه . Which means , it goes into details of the way of life of believers. Our life lessons from these verses are truly a Muslim’s way of living. - Is seeing equal to blindness? no, So that is the case with faith/ belief in Allah. Your life is totally different from non believers. Because you See , you have God as your intentions in everything you do ( God accept this podcast as a good deed for all Muslims). You believe in the maker of the sky and earth even when you don’t see Him , you believe in All the prophet from Adam , Abraham , Noah , Moses , Jesus and Mohammed ( peace be upon them All) you believe in the unseen angles around you doing God’s commands. Be kind to your parents, make Duaa for them ( Allah have mercy on them , just as they cared for me when I was little). Give charity to your relatives, the needy, travelers. Do not waste your wealth. And speak kindly to those you turn down. And remember that Allah gives abundantly to whoeverHe wills. There is a beautiful structure within these verses. Kindness to your parents + charity + don’t waste your wealth + be kind when you turn people down = Your Lord knows you thoroughly and He gives abundantly or sparingly to whoever He wills. Subhan Allah , have good intentions and be at peace with what you have or don’t have. Work and try and in your heart say it’s All in God’s hands. They can’t even retrieve anything a fly takes ! Let a lone create one! This reminds me of what is goin on now with ; robots , artificial intelligence- and Chat Gpt. Yes humans can make computers and robots but they will never create as God’s creations. So be with God , the One and only. We will never know God’s true measure, He is the All mighty the Strong and He is on your side. Dear listeners , we are at the end of sura 23 The believers Almouminoon المؤمنون. Verses 99-118. A conversation by the non believers on the day of judgment. A detailed dialogue of their ending. It’s scary , it takes you to a future time of non believers. But it is also a warning for us all! The sura ends with two points for us to do now. Repeat ; ( - exalted be God , the true king there is no god but Him Lord of the Glorious Throne. ) And also Repeat : (- Lord forgive and have mercy: You are the most merciful.) Ameen
Dear listeners, verses 78-97 from sura 23 The believers Almouminoon المؤمنون informs the non believers that they actually believe in God! That using your mind how can a God have a child, and if there is more than one God then each God will take his creations and fight the other gods. The section ends with; repel evil with good and say : وَقُل رَّبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنۡ هَمَزَ ٰتِ ٱلشَّیَـٰطِینِ﴿ ٩٧ ﴾ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ رَبِّ أَن یَحۡضُرُونِ﴿ ٩٨ ﴾
• Dr. Mustafa Khattab: And say, “My Lord! I seek refuge in You from the temptations of the devils. And I seek refuge in You, my Lord, that they ˹even˺ come near me.”

Did you know that All people on earth are asked to read the Quran and put their questions to it as well as contemplate on the words. The Quran is the miracle of prophet Mohammed . The words of God give you inner comfort , inner peace, support in your life. What amazing life lessons it is! One of my favorite Duaa , is the Duaa prophet Noah used while asking Allah for the best place to start over again. وَقُل رَّبِّ أَنزِلۡنِی مُنزَلࣰا مُّبَارَكࣰا وَأَنتَ خَیۡرُ ٱلۡمُنزِلِینَ﴿ ٢٩ ﴾ • Fadel Soliman: And say, ‘My Lord, land me at a blessed landing-place, for You are the best of those who bring(people) to land.’” From sura Al-Mu'minun 23 المؤمنون The Believers verses 28-29. Use this verse and repeat it when you want to start again/ or when your looking for a new place/ be it a house/ a new job/ project anything in life. Your asking in this Duaa Allah to guide you with the choices and put blessings in your way. The Quran is your powerful words/ verses/ affirmations/ Duaa. So use it to ask God using His Words. Ya Allah bless us with the best places/ spaces /locations / travels /house/ friends / Hajj / you are the best provider. 🤲Ameen. So as you pray also do your research and in your heart your intention is that God is guiding you. Now that dear listeners is a good blessing of both worlds. 💐
Glory be to our Creator , the creator of the seven skies above us and the creator of our bodies , souls, the creator of life and death and the creator of the last day of judgment. These verses dear listeners are 12-17 from sura 23 The Believers Almouminoon المؤمنون . I am lost with words ; our creator is telling us how He Created us because some do not believe either in His existence , because they can’t see Him or because life is not fair. And yet in these verses He tells us , He is never unmindful of all His creations. He points to the stages of the creation of human and then He says there will be a day that all will get their payback on the day of judgment. So if you feel cheated by someone, or something was stolen or someone took something by force. There is a day that all will be paid back for everything they did. The good and bad. 🥰God Creator of everything I feel lost, sad and insignificant today please bless me , guide me, protect me with your light wisdom and blessings. I don’t have much but I have you Allah and you are definitely more than enough for me. 💐
Who are the successful believers? Allah has given us the answers in sura 23 The Believers Almominoon المؤمنون in verses 1-11. The successful believers are 1- those that pray mindfully( concentrate / deep breathing till you relax In every prayer movement ) 2- stay away from bad/ ill talk 3- pay the zakat ( 2.5% of your yearly income to the poor) 4- guard your chastity expect with your spouse. 5- Be faithful in your trusts and pledges 6- keep up the prayer ( the five daily prayers / in their allocated times: which is with the movement of the sun/ moon. = those are given Paradise. What a wonderful religion! 🥰 to be a good human on earth , to be in touch with nature , to do mindfulness daily practices in your prayers and to keep your word when you give it and to be loyal with your spouse 🤗Ya Allah help us and guide bless us to do these things with ease for our intention is for you to be happy with us. Ya Allah you blessed us with your words and you blessed us with your light in our lives so bless us to do these 6 things from sura almominoon and forgive us for all our past sins. God has made a promise for those that believe in Him. And do Good deeds. Sura AlNour verses 55-57. As well as Security to replace your fear. So Dear listeners ; what is your part ; Your part of the promise is to always strive to do good deeds ; 1- believe in God the One and only and that prophet Mohammed was the last messenger and a servant of God, Pray the five daily prayers in their allocated times , give 2.5% zakah /charity from your yearly income to the poor/ needy. Fast the month of Ramadan , and if you can go on a pilgrimage to Makkah for Hajj. ( it starts in 30 days) 💐Believers as you try to do the 5 pillars of Islam ask God to help you , guide you. And while your doing them enjoy his promise of success in your life and , security replacing your fears. ❤️ Allah bless us with the spiritual journey of Hajj , bless us to perform all the 5 pillars of Islam with ease and happiness, to do good deeds , replace our worries and fears with security and open victories and success for us in all our lives. Dear listeners, Allah is the Most Merciful. He shows us signs all around us. These verses 41-46- are from sura 24 AlNour The Light النور. Everything in this world Glorifies Allah. Look around you , the clouds, rain, sky, thunder and lightning, even the changing of night and day is a sign that there is a creator behind it all. God has power over everything, even the problems you are in. So turn to Him, speak to Him, ask Him , go to Him with All your worries. If He has control/ power of everything , don’t you think it’s time you turned to him. 🥰 ya Allah , you are the most Merciful help us and guide us through all the life lessons we are going through , let our faith in you be stronger than the fear and worries we have. Are you ready to forgive those that hurt you? Those that took from you unfairly? Well dear listeners verses 21-22 in sura The light AlNoor reminds us that all the blessings we are in are from Allah , so don’t stop your charity to the people around you , people in need. Even if they wronged you, forgive them and continue giving them and you are promised Allahs forgiveness in return. ( Do you not wish God to forgive you ? God is most forgiving and merciful) what better intention to have in your heart when you give charity than to ask God to forgive you everything ; past present and future sins . He is the most forgiving most Merciful. Ya Allah you are the All seeing All hearing , you know what we are going through bless us with your forgiveness and bless us with your grace bounty and plenty and make us from those that give charity with good intentions. Dear listeners, we are in sura 24 AlNoor, The light verse 35-38. Q- Who guides you in life? What gives you meaning and purpose in life? Your faith in Allah is your light in life. With it, life makes sense. God guides whoever wills to His light/ knowledge / wisdom/ mercy/ blessings. These verses remind me of the light Duaa The prophet would say on his way to prayers: O Allah, place within my heart light, and upon my tongue light, and within my ears light, and within my eyes light, and place behind me light, and in front of me light, and above me light, and beneath me light. O Allah, bestow upon me light. اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ فِي قَلْبِي نُورًا ، وَفِي لِسَانِي نُورًا ، وَاجْعَلْ فِي سَمْعِي نُورًا ، وَاجْعَلْ فِي بَصَرِي نُورًا ، وَاجْعَلْ مِنْ خَلْفِي نُورًا ، وَمِنْ أَمَامِي نُورًا ، وَاجْعَلْ مِنْ فَوْقِي نُورًا ، وَمِنْ تَحْتِي نُورًا ، اللَّهُمَّ أَعْطِنِي نُورًا Ameen. 💐
Dear Listeners the ending of sura Alfurkan The differentiator is a description of the servants of the lord of Mercy. They Walk humbly , reply with peace to aggressive people, repent when they do mistakes, do good deeds, do not give false testimony, pass by with dignity and ask Allah Duaa ( Allah give us joy with our spouses and children and make us good examples to those who are aware of you. ) 🥰 May Allah accept us as those that succeed in both worlds, May He bless us and our loved ones with Hajj, health , wisdom and wealth. 💐Ameen
How many different excuses have you given , when really it was something totally different that was the real reason. Well dear listeners, we are in sura 25 The differentiator, AlFurqan الفرقان verses 4-11. Allah teaches us the human psyche and how He knows everything. The non believers are acting arrogant as well as spreading rumors that the prophet and the Quran are not true. They question why the prophet is a human that eats and goes shopping as well as not being wealthy and that he’s just saying ancient fables , that someone magically gives him mornings and evenings. While Allah is telling the prophet, He also gives answers within the sura. All messengers eat and walk about in the marketplace. And other generations said the same to their prophets. Allah could easily give the prophet gardens, rivers and palaces but this is a test for all. The structure of this section is amazing because after Allah tells us what they said and what power He has. He ends this section with the real reason they are saying all of this : well actually what they are rejecting is the day of judgment The Hour / And the punishment for those that don’t believe in God and the day of judgment is the blazing fire. So dear listeners it’s easy to live your life knowing that what you do has no consequences as long as you get away with it. But then that would not be fair for the rest. But to know that everything that you do will be measured good as good deeds and bad as bad deeds regardless of who sees you, or who you are, makes this world better. 🤲💐Allah you are the Most Merciful The All Forgiving, bless us , guide us, forgive us, give us wisdom to know how to act , what to say and how to think. Bless us with Hajj which is next month . Remove all the worries and sadness in our hearts and replace them with happiness and light from the Quran. Ameen ❤️
Dear listeners, who sees you now? Look around you. What do they know about you? Do they know what’s in your heart? We are in the last verses 217-227 of sura The Poet 26 AlShuaara. The context of the sura is the non believes of Makkah telling the prophet that this Quran is only poetry and it was from the jinn/ devils. And God tells the prophet not to worry he is not responsible for those that refuse to believe. So Put your trust in God The powerful The mighty, The Merciful The kind. He sees you when you are up and when you worship Him. He is The All Hearing The All Knowing. poets that use their words to lie or do evil are lost in error. Except the poets that use their poetry in goodness or in defending themselves, who believe in God , do good in the world and remember God often. This Quran has been sent down for us, to make our lives better. So use it, repeat the verses that you need , have trust in Allah and know that He Hears you and Sees you and have comfort in that feeling. The sky is your limit so go for your goals , dreams, read, write, give charity , be good to all and have a great day/ life. 💐🤲
What is the main thing in your heart ? Devotion to ; Wealth, Children, women, love , music , work? Well in sura 26 Alshuaraa The poet - verses 78-89. Allah teaches us through the story of Prophet Abraham a young man questioning everything his people did and he refused to pray to Idols as they did. He devoted his heart to Allah, who created us, who guides us, who gives us food and drink ,who cures us when we are ill, who gives life , death and resurrection . 🤲🥰 todays life lesson is a Duaa said by prophet Abraham ❤️Allah forgive us our sins, bless us with wisdom , join us with righteous people, give us a good name/ place in both worlds and bless us with the garden of bliss, forgive our parents , family , children , friends for all their sins, and bless us with the best of hearts filled with devotion to you Allah the one and only God of All the Worlds. 💐Ameen
Dear listeners, we are in sura 26 The Poet الشعراء . Verses 61-67. There are so many lessons from the story of Moses in the Quran that we can learn from and use in our daily lives. Moses started his life with fear throughout his early life but God teaches us that with confidence in Him you will be fine. Moses and his people are stuck between the sea and the soldiers of pharaoh yet Moses is now not afraid he has so much confidence in God and Moses replies back to his people ; no, we are not stuck - my lord is with me, He will guide me. - كلا ان مع ربي سيهدي And he is saved with his people while pharaoh is drowned with his soldiers. Allah tells us there is a sign in this for those that believe. REMEMBER God is The Almighty The Merciful. 🤲 Ya Allah we ask you with your names The Almighty The Merciful to bless us with confidence and trust in You, ان مع ربي سيهدين Ina maee rabi sayahdeen. So repeat this verse throughout your day, work, life. P.s. Nature changed for Moses he was a prophet! For us having guidance and trust in God throughout our lives is more than enough🥰( My lord is with me : He will guide me.) Ameen 💐
Fear! How many times do we run away from fear? How many times do we wish it did not exist ? Today’s sura 26 is The Poet Alshuaraa الشعراء . These verses 12-15 are about prophet Moses as he is ordered by God to go to pharaoh and save the people of Israel. And we learn a lesson of human emotions ;Fear , the repetition of fear ,either from ; someone stronger / powerful or in authority, fear from; a mistake that you did in the past , fear of no one believing you and calling you a liar , fear of speaking in front of others , fear of making mistakes , fear of getting muddled up , in speech , in defending yourself . Then God comforts Moses with a solution : I am With You listening. انا معكم مستمعون- if God is in your heart ❤️ what power do you need! Moses story teaches us to trust in God throughout everything in our lives. Remembering that Allah sees you and hears you. The story of Moses is also a lesson for us . it’s ok to have these feelings may Allah turn them to trust in Him. 💐🤲Ameen

Today dear listeners we are in verse 53 in sura 27 The ants Alnamil النمل (وانجينا الذين امنوا وكانوا يتقون / wa anjayna alathena amano wa Kano yataqoon/ we saved those that believed in God and were mindful of Him. So today our life coaching lesson is to have the intention that Allah is your savior, that He is always with you as your support and guidance ; with love. Imagine you are about to slip and then you find your hand grabbing a strong metal side and it supports you straight up again. Now think of all the incidents in life you were about to slip but then you got support and got up again , you find out after a while that you were protected from a bigger fall. (a group of men plotting and killing The camel in the story of prophet Salih) Allah tells us as they were plotting to do evil , Allah also had a plot for them that they were unaware. So live your life with Trust in God. That He is always with you, that He sees you ,hears you. So when you have that feeling , that something isn’t right with some people around you ex: bad vibes , bad crowd , plotting. Repeat this verse; • Abdul Haleem:( Quran English translation) So they devised their evil plan, but We too made a plan of which they were unaware.)And trust in Allah. Make Sadakah / give charity. As well as Duaa / talk to Allah in your everyday language , from your heart. And be happy that He has your back. If Allah is with you who else do you need on ur side . Remember God does not need our thanks or anything from us. He is the Self sufficient the Most Generous. It is for our own good. Verse14 is about the Soul everything that has a soul knows it’s maker , something like a blueprint in us that has the truth in it even those that refuse to believe out of arrogance or ignorance all have the same blue print. ( even though their souls acknowledge them as true). So Choose what you want in life and remember ( see how those who spread corruption met their end). 🤲 May Allah bless us to our true callings purpose in doing good in this life for the earth , nature, animals and for a better future for all humanity. Happy Eid to you all. Today and for the next three days we all celebrate a new beginning of a new version of ourselves. We had a month of spiritual blessings. We fasted from dawn to dusk, we read Quran , we prayed taraweeh 9pm and then the last ten days we prayed Qiyam after mid night, we stayed up till dawn hoping for the power night on the last 10 nights , we did tasbeeh glorifying God, we made lots of Duaa for all our loved ones as well as for the ummah , we gave charity / alms , All in the name of God. I hope we can continue to do these things all year. Now This is the time of gratitude and celebrations and blessings. It’s also a good time for writing your goals dreams. Blessings to all, today we are at the ending of sura 28 The story Alkassas القصص verses 83-88. After God tells us part of the story of Moses as well as Corah the rich arrogant non believers in Moses time. The sura ends with God talking to prophet Mohammed . So what is the rule for a happy ending in life , be mindful of God. So our life lesson dear listeners: What you do in this life matters , you are important. So a life equation that is sent by God to us : verse 84: you will all come before God one day, those with good deeds will receive better rewards and those with bad deeds will be punished for what they have done. This Quran is our guide and follow it , it will bring you back home safely. The sura ends with power regardless of what others believe, what arguments they have , everything in this world will perish expect God, He will judge us and we will all be returned to Him. May Allah bless us and guide us always to the straight path. 🤲Alhamdulilah for this lovely spiritual month , it reminds us we are not only body and mind but also a beautiful soul in each of us. Blessings to all, today we are in sura 28 The Story Alkassas القصص. verses 29-35 .Moses is on his way going back to Egypt with his family. He sees a light near a tree between the mountains and as he goes to check it out , God talks to him. And gives him to signs to show pharaoh and his chiefs. A snake changes from his staff and light coming out of his hands. In this conversation between Moses and God we see Moses repeating the words fear/ afraid. And God tells him I am with you don’t be afraid of pharaoh. What better life lesson for us than the lesson on fear. Remember God is with you always. in your heart/ mind exchange the feelings of fear and replace it with the love of God. God is with me. Don’t be afraid of any human.so you won’t be controlled by them. Moses story is amazing full of emotions that we go through in our lives and the process God teaches Moses step by step ; love of god : trust in Him. and then when Moses is put in the most difficult situation : the climax of the story: he knows what to do! 🤲May God bless us with wisdom to know what to do and say in situations, May He remove our fears and fill our hearts with Love and Trust in God. Moses left the city (action) and does Duaa ( trust in Allah) verse 22 God guide me to the right way. - He then reaches the village of Madian and sees a water well He sees 2 women needing assistance in watering their animals, so he helps them ( charity ) and then sat ( submitted/ asked Allah) Duaa no.2 verse 25 -My Lord , I am in great need of what good things you send me. ( believe the All Hearing All seeing is with you). Then his Duaa was accepted, he got an invitation to visit the father of the women And Moses ends up marrying on of them and staying 10 years in Madian. Subhan Allah, God is teaching us how to make Duaa through this story. 1- take action 2- make Duaa 3- Give charity 4- keep on with Duaa 5- submit to Allah and accept what He has given you 6- be open to receiving a different plan 7- sometimes things don’t make sense but you have trust that God is guiding you 😇. Moses has reached maturity and as he was in the city a man from his own people was fighting and asked Moses to help him out , one blow from Moses fist and the other guy was dead. Moses asked Allah for forgiveness. Next morning a man came running to tell Moses to leave the city fast , their was a plot to kill him. Sometimes bad things happen in life , but later on we find out it was a good thing that happened to us. Have trust in Allah. Dear listeners, verses 7- 13 from sura 28 The story Alkassas القصص - shows us a glimpse of a mothers fear and worry as soldiers in town are ordered to kill all the babies born that year that were from a certain tribe/ race. But her belief, trust and love for God saved her and her baby from the wrongdoers. A life lesson : sometimes life will feel against you and you might feel alone or someone is being a tyrant , remember that Allah is with you . And in your heart keep the trust and love for Allah. Be patient and develop yourself and find different solutions. Don’t give up or say it’s in the hands of God I will go back to sleep. Even when Moses mother was promised by God that her baby will be back , she still took action and sent his sister to follow him anonymously. Pharaoh was a tyrant as well as Haman : They spread corruption and divided people. God saved the oppressed and made them leaders. This is the introduction of the sura told to the prophet Mohammed. Allah only sends goodness, if something bad happens , it’s from something you have done (karma) so say a lot of istagfir Allah استغفر الله العظيم واتوب اليه ( ask Allah for forgiveness) and give Sadakah charity صدقه. And remember Allah is not in need of anything you give. This is to purify yourself. (Allah gives abundantly to whoever Hi will.) so if you want Allah to give you follow the next verse by giving charity to Your near relatives, then to the needy , then to travelers. Dear believers, sura Luqman 31 لقمان ( the name of a wise man) verses 8-11. Remind us that Doing your work is held high with belief, as long as you put the intention that it is for Allah’s sake! ( those who believe and Do righteous deeds) they have a promise of goodness in both worlds. Another important point is being mindful of things around you. look at the sky and think/ask: how is it held high? Who is holding it? Verse 10 ( He created the sky without any visible support) verse 10 on water , how lucky are you with your drinking water! Verse 11 ( all this is God’s creation). Subhan Allah , sometimes we live on autopilot and we forget to be grateful for the things around us. Which leads us to forget all the blessings we have and easily compare or complain about the unfairness in life. When in fact we are unfair to ourselves by not being grateful! So let us start our gratitude journal with all the things we have and all the things around us. May Allah bless us with the best Ramadan, our spiritual month , for our souls truly need it. Amen 💐
Dear believers; we are in sura 31 Luqman لقمان. (The name of a wise man. ) verses 1-6. The Quran is full of wisdom and the month of the Quran is next week . So make sure you read and be mindful of Allah. One of the best things to do in preparation for Ramadan is to say استغفر الله Istagfir Allah repent to Allah as much as you can. Have an intention in your heart that this will be the best Ramadan, you will pray , read Quran, give charity pay your prescribed alms zakah زكاه. And be happy since Allah says in verse 6 those that do verse 3-5 are rightly guided by Him. 💝May Allah bless us to be part of the believers of Ramadan, that fast for Him and pray traweeh ( night prayer in Ramadan) to be good to our parents and family , to give charity and pay our zakah and make Duaa for all the things we want and need. It was an economical disaster for them. If people are so strong internally and they don’t need to buy things how are they controlled , how do others gain money through them! The Best provider is From Allah’s 99 names. These verses 34-39 from sura 34 sabaa/ Shebaa. Discuss wealth and provision , in this context the non believers boast that they have more wealth and children and we will not be punished. Allah replies He is the Provider for all His creations. And your money and children will not stop you from being punished. Expect those that believe and have good deeds will be rewarded here and there. Verse 39 repeats that Allah gives in abundance to whoever He wills . Although verse 36 it ends with (but people do not understand) in verse 39 there is an equation for us to understand, that if you give out from what you need it will be replaced here and there, the verse ends with Allah’s name for provision Alrazik the best provider. 🤲ya Allah ya razak provide for us from your abundance of Rizq ( wealth in all things in our life) you are the best provider. 💚 Ameen.
Salam. Todays verses 6-9 are from sura 34 Saaba, Sheba. I am so grateful to Allah for blessings us with His words. They truly are motivational lessons for us filled with barakah/ blessings. A guide that make this life a good one! Alhamdulilah. So todays verses Allah confirms that these words sent down to prophet Mohammed are the Truth! And he tells us that these words lead to Him/ Allah. The verse ends with two of Allahs names : The All Mighty , The Worthy of All Praise ( Alaziz , Alhamed) العزيز الحميد. 🤲ya Allah Ya Aziz Ya Hameed, you are the All Mighty , you are the Worthy of All Praise bless us with the Quran in our bodies, minds, hearts in our life. May it be a light that guides us and fills us with blessings barakah and all the meanings of your names , the ones we know and the ones we do not know. Allah there are Muslims in the world that are suffering right now. As for the ones you have taken they are your guests and you are the Best protector, but the ones that are suffering now, the ones in pain now , ya Allah bless them with your light your barakah , give them comfort in their bodies and hearts , Allah we stand in our Duaa for them and we believe in you and in your promises. So thank you Allah for accepting. Ameen 💐 verses 7-8 shows the non believers mocking the prophet and mocking the day of judgment , mocking that we will be brought back / made again into our bodies/ for a day for all to be judged for what they have done! ( Alhamdulilah we believe in it, because it makes this world worth it, that anyone that gets away with anything will be judged by the All Mighty ) . Verse 9 reminds us that everything in the sky or earth is a sign , it’s movements as well as it’s position. So repent to Allah استغفر الله العظيم /and have faith in Him. Use Allah’s names in your Duaa trust in the One and only. 💚🤲
Dear Quran readers, sura 34 Sheba سباء Sabaa verses 1-3. The sura starts with Alhamdulilah, praising Allah , He owns everything in the sky and earth and everything between them. Praising Him in both worlds here and there and praising His names Alhakeem , Alkhabeer. The All Wise and All knowing. Even though He knows everything, and everything belongs to Him. verse 3 ends with His names The Merciful The Forgiving! Subhan Allah , the structure of the words within the Quran give us hope, that it’s ok, try again, do istigfaar ( istagfir Allah alatheem) God all mighty I ask for your forgiveness in all the things I did in the past , present and future. I believe you are the One and Only God, I believe your words but I sometimes forget and mess up. 💐May Allah forgive us All our sins the small and large the unseen and the seen. May our Hearts be filled with His love , to ask for forgiveness even when we do wrong and to always know that He loves us and is happy with our Duaa when we ask for forgiveness as well as for His blessings. 💚Ameen
Dear Quran listeners, these are the last verses from sura fatir فاطر the creator. Verses 41-45. Have you ever thought about : how the sky is held up? Or the earth is orbiting? Who holds them in their fixed places? If Allah chooses to let them go, can someone hold them?! Verse 41 gets you to think about nature , which we sometimes take for granted. Arrogance is also a theme that verse 42 warns. People promise they will believe if the right thing happens yet when it does they become even more arrogant. This really shows you how their intentions/heart was from the beginning. In this contex it was : if a messenger came. Verse 43 when you travel around remember there were people before you 100s of years ago, those that were arrogant , those that chose not to believe in the one and only God , do not exist anymore, so don’t be arrogant in this life. You will never be as the hight of the sky! Verse 45 ends the sura with: if God were to punish people on the spot when they did wrong - there would not be a single soul on earth now! But He is giving you a chance till your set time! So remember Allah is watching💝 May Allah be happy with us, here and there💐🙏

Allah gives us in his creations as signs to remember Him. The sky and earth. He reminds us that He also creates things we can not see. ( angles and number of wings) This reminds us that He has power of everything. verse 2 gives us hope that what He has written for you will never be stopped by anyone. A verse you can repeat while trusting توكل Allah (as well as working/ studying of course ) ما يفتح الله للناس من رحمه فلا ممسك لها ) so don’t worry that someone stronger than you or higher than you in rank will stop what is yours. So you can use verse 2 as a Duaa. اللهم افتح لنا من رحمتك يا عزيز يا حكيم verse 3 tells us to remember Allahs blessings on us يأايها الناس اذكروا نعمه الله عليكم a repetition to thank Allah to be grateful for what you have and appreciate it all. The verse ends with there is no God but Him لا اله الا هو. 🎁 Can you see the beauty of the Quran , God’s words. They help you in becoming a decent person. Dear reader, what sura or verse do you love ? A sura/ verse that you feel gives you power ? Love ? Strength? Tranquility? Sura ya seen يس 36 verses 77-83. I love these verses. Look at the logical argument that is happening , look at Allahs power, these verses make me fall in love with Allah. A man is asking the prophet sarcastically can these ashes of bones be brought back to life? And Allah answers above the question. ( introduction ) Did human forget that he was made from a drop of fluid, and man disputes openly, producing arguments against us, and forgetting his own creation. ( then a specific answer to the question 1) The one who created it the first time , will give them life again, He has full knowledge of All creations. ( another answer above the question ) now You can feel Allahs power in this answer and He goes above the question ( it is He who produces fire for you from green trees.( so now not only is it about the ashes the re creation but also the creator of the fire which was the cause of the ash your asking about , as well as the creator of the green trees that give you the fire-( now another logical step deeper into the first question) ( Allah asks) the creation of the earth and sky! Is He who created the sky and earth not able to create the likes of these people? ( His answer) Of course He is. He is the Creator all knowing. ( now the ending to the question) His command when He wills something is to say (BE) and it is! ( wawoo , he took us through different answers then as God, he didn’t need to He simply says BE! But he replied to the argument the man was asking for and gave an answer above and beyond it. ) Subhan Allah. Then the final verse He teaches us how to glorify Him. So glory be to Him in whose Hand lies control over All Things. It is to Him you will be All brought back. ( I hope I was able in these lines to show you how amazing this section is, I simple fall in love with Allahs words, power , strength and love for His creation. Sura yaseen 36 verses 20-32. This sura is the heart of the Quran. the story of the believer who came running to support the messengers as we as to help his community see clearly. His heart was with Allah. And his reward and story is with us today. No matter how young or small you feel, Allah in your heart is enough for you. Loving Him, believing in Him is the best thing in this world. He is your wakeel. So tawakal /trust Allah توكل علي الله . in your heart. 💐 Allah I believe in you, you are my protector , I will live the best life I can and be a good human, do a good job in your name. The story of the prophet Jonah (peace be upon him) when he left his people upset that they didn’t listen to him and didn’t follow God’s order. He went on a ship and fled, but his punishment came in the form of a overloaded ship and he was throne overboard, and a whale swallowed him. Allah says ( if he had not been one of those who glorified God) he would have stayed forever. So the power of Tasbeeh, gets you out even from the depths of the sea/ of your troubles. Your daily motivation is to Glorify Allah by doing Tasbeeh. Do you believe HE made you and put you in this world to bless you , for you to ask Him Duaa. Do you expect goodness from HIM? Health, wealth, wisdom….. Repeat this verse and think the best amazing thoughts about Allah. فما ظنكم برب العالمين- the word thun ظن in Arabic carries much more than it’s translated word in English : (Opinion/ thinking/ expect / trust ) but the closest explanation would be: as you think/ expect / trust/ Allah is to you, that is what you will get from Him. Your inner thoughts reflect your outer living. 🤲May Allah bless us with the best expectations/ trust / opinion of Him . Dear listeners this is surah 38 Saad ص verse 54. This section of the verse is about the believers in the gardens of Heaven with everything that they’ve been promised. The section ends with Allahs provision for you will never end. repeat this verse as a Duaa and ask Allah for everything from your heart. Since true Duaa is from the heart. Duaa starts with saying Alhamdulilah, glorifying Allah from His 99 names. ( depending on what you want) for example if you want to ask Allah for peace , use His name Alsalam repeat it , then ask specifically then end it with Alhamdulilah. Did you know that Allah wants us to ask Him! Yep! And did you know verse 186 in sura 2 says Allah is so near to us that when you ask Him Duaa HE answers. Keep this verse in your heart ( God is enough for me ) verse38 and repeat it throughout your day. When you are worried, or upset or something didn’t go as planned, simply repeat : God is enough for me. I trust in Allah. In Arabic the word is hasbi Allah aleh ya tawakal Al mutawakiloon. قل حسبي الله عليه يتوكل المتوكلون- last part of verse 38. Dear listeners, the importance of Duaa as a life line for believers is in verse 60 from sura 40 Ghafir غافر The Forgiver. So what does Duaa mean, and why is it so important? Duaa means having a plan in your life , knowing what you want , having the intention for it. And asking God to guide you to it, to give you the strength to achieve it and work on it, while your hearts intention is for Allah. Then if it works great then go to your next goals. and if it doesn’t work , that’s ok too, Allah knows better, it’s the process that counts for Him. And then go to your other goals. Duaa comes with action , it never means only sitting and asking for things to happen to you! The laws of action are important in this world. So get out your notes. Write down everything you want for next year. How do you plan to achieve them, what Goals are achievable and what seem impossible? Keep them all. What is your purpose in life? What are you doing for your body, mind, soul ? What are you doing for your parents? What book do you plan to read this year? What charity work do you plan to give your time / money? Dear listeners , this is from sura 40 Ghafir غافر the forgiver . It is part of the story of Moses , while Pharaoh and his people refused to believe in his message , he said this Duaa. Verse 44-45 ( I commit my case to God; God is well aware of His servants.) Although Moses tried (action), but they didn’t accept him, he submitted to Allah (faith) and had strong belief In his heart ( intention) . Keep your intentions pure for Allah , everything you do has the intention of your morning and night. Subhan Allah , glorify Allah your Maker, Creator. Sura 57 Iron / Alhadeed الحديد is full of power. It starts with tasbeeh/ glorify God , everything in the earth and in the sky glorifies Him. Tasbeeh is repeated in the Quran so it is important. What does it mean to do tasbeeh, look at the sky look at earth and ask yourself who made it, how amazing is this image in front of you , the colors , the plants, trees, animals , even the small ants. And glorify Him for everything that He has created for you. The sounds you hear, the wind that blows on your skin, all your senses are touched by life. But sometimes we forget or we are too busy to be still and live in the moment. This for me means tasbeeh. The mindfulness of being in the moment before and after every prayer could be a starting point for you. Or with the beautiful colors of the sun in the sky at dawn and dusk. Verses 1-6. Shows Allahs power, knowledge, control and Glory. It has a powerful verse for Duaa from His 99 names. Allah You are the First and Last the Outer and Inner, bless us , help us, guide us protect us. Glory be to you Allah the One and Only God , the first before everything and the last after everything, you are the inner and outer. Allah we ask you with the best of your names to accept us, give us happiness here and there blessings and joy ,Health ,wealth and wisdom to live the best lives possible. Sura 57 Iron Alhadeed/ الحديد /verses 7-10 has two main themes. Believe in God, and Give charity. The theme of giving to the needy, people that are less fortunate than you is very high in Islam. It comes after the belief of God in this verse. The first verse from sura58 The Dispute / Almugadalah/ المجادله / is a verse about voicing your complains and worries to Allah. God is All Hearing All Seeing. Duaa in the Quran teachers me to ask Allah for more for both worlds, to ask for the best things, and not be embarrassed so much that my deeds don’t reach the height of other believers . But I try. Sometimes it’s a good day other days I forget, but then I remember again and say istagfir Allah, I will try today, to be better than myself yesterday. To give charity, to feed stray cats, or put water for birds. Something simple that I can do, something near me that i can do it often. Now the cats eyes in the park stare at me and I imagine them saying , so where is our food today, and I find myself replying to them sorry I forgot but Inshallah next time i come down. So this verse dear listener is from sura 66 verse 8. It requests / orders the believers to repent to god ( say asigfir Allah استغفر الله) , and you are promised the canceling of your bad deeds, admission to gardens with flowing streams and not be disgraced on the great day. Writing is power. Qalam/ قلم / the pen / is the title of this sura. It reminds me of the first sura that was sent (اقراء. Iqraa. Read.) Allah through his words in the Quran wants people to read and write. Knowledge/ learning/ asking questions/ looking for answers / يتفكرون / يتدبرون/. The style in this sura is beautiful : each verse ends with either a letter N or M. 52 verses that have a pattern , style , tone. God swears by the pen in this sura and what is written. That the prophet is not a mad man as his tribe called him -out of jealousy. ( they questioned why was Mohammed the orphan chosen and not one of them, his cousins.) God tells the prophet not to worry what they say( they will come to know the truth ) the prophet is blessed with never ending rewards and that he has strong character. So dear readers/ listeners : How do we read the Quran and link it into our daily lives? The Pen and the message to the prophet. )Well when it talks to the prophet it also talks to us , all his followers and even the non followers. -A message for all people -verse 52 (Since God’s words have meaning and power beyond time and space.)Did you know the first thing God created was the pen! First it was the written then it was created . So writing is held high in the Quran as well as reading. So Today take 10 minutes of your time to write to yourself and make it a daily activity. Write about your past or your present or write about your future. Jot down your thoughts. In sura 71 The inevitable hour / alhaaqa/ verses 48-52 remind us that the Quran is sent to All from God. It is the Truth even if some disbelieve refuse it- they will regret it later. So believers you are commanded in the last verse of this sura to Glorify the Name of God the Almighty. Sura 73 enfolded / Almuzamil. verses 1-12 The power of reading the Quran , and night prayer lightens the burden of life/ any difficult tasks. Allah asks the prophet and his followers to pray night prayers and at the end of the sura Allah lightens the burden on the prophet and his companions. verse 20 ( he knows you will not be able to keep up) so he asks us to ( recite as much of the Quran as is easy for you) (keep up the prayer) ( do sadakah) and the sura ends with an order for us to ask Allah for His forgiveness. Ya Allah forgive us our past and future sins. God send us your mercy in different forms and make our lives blessed , easy ,happy, you are the most forgiving the most merciful. Ameen 💐 p.s. so what is the life coaching lesson from these verses?when ur burdens by anything put ur alarm on a few minutes before fajir prayer, pray two rakhaa and read a few verses from the Quran while you contemplate on the words and their meanings. After the prophet Mohammed ( peace be upon him) first met the angle Gabriel in the cave of Hira ( where he used to sit and meditate) he ran trembling back to his wife Khadijah asking her to rap him in his cloak. ( ( which is the title of the sura 74 rapped in his cloak) These verses 1-7 were revealed. Subhan Allah a story for us about the beginning of Islam. Repeat Allah Akbar ( which means God is greater than everything, all your worries and fears, all the pains, all your impossible situations) Allah is great repeat these words today in ur heart. and enjoy the best day of your life . So today for a few minutes stop what your doing , take a deep breath and look at the sky. And remember these verses. He created you and the sky, and blessed you with night and day, water and plants. This beautiful verse from sura46. Verse 15 gives us steps in what to say on your birthday and how to say it. ( verse is specific for 40s) 🥰First Ask Allah his blessings in thanking him/ gratitude. For everything he has blessed you and your parents with. Ask Him to guide you to do good that is accepted by Him. Ask Him for blessings on your children. Then repent ( istagfir Allah) on all your past deeds and live in Islam / peace.
Verses 8-16 from sura 88 has a description of the luxury of living for the believers in heaven. The equation from these verses is = do good in this world , Labour/ study / strive for success. Allah has 99 names, each name is like a door that opens up abundance of things from the name. Sura 87 starts by ordering us to glorify the name of God (The Most High) in Arabic الاعلي / Alaalaa. So you can use his name by doing tasbeeh ( سبحان ربي الاعلي) glory to Allah The Most High) as well as asking Him - Duaa- Allah you are The Most High accept us from the people of the most high in ranks and blessings in this world and the next . Think about His name and look around you, Subhan Allah the most high, look at the sky, clouds , sun, day, moon, night, stars, mountains , trees or even the buildings around you. Glory be to Allah the most high that created this world , this universe in order and determined the destinies and always guides us. Verse 7-8 from sura 99. Reminds me of the word karma. Whatever you do you will get it back in this world before the next. Even if it’s as small as the size of an atom. So cleansing your body and soul by repeating the word ( istagfir Allah) استغفر الله repentance by doing good , giving charity, feeding animals or planting a tree is a form of goodness. Dear listeners , whenever you have a heavy burden on your chest/ heart. when you feel this is getting too much , repeat sura 94 with the intention that the hardship will be replaced by ease. Take a deep breath. And keep on repeating Allahs words and with every breath remember his words are true and feel the uplift of your hardship and have (tawakul )faith that He has your back. Today is a special day in the Hijri/ Islamic calendar. 9/12/1443. The day of Arafa, the day the pilgrims go to mountain Arafa and make Duaa. Asking Allah for All the dreams, wishes, goals to come true, to forgive them their sins, to move away any hardships in their lives, to give them from His blessings. And accept them on their spiritual journey and a new beginning. It starts at dawn ( after fajir/ the morning prayer) and ends at dusk / magrib prayer as the sun goes down. All Muslims around he world take part in this day by Asking God ( making Duaa) May Allah give us the best of both worlds : here and there. The best words the prophets used to say on this day is ; la ilah ila Allah wahdahu laa shareek lah , lahu almulk, luh alhamd, yahee wa yameet wa huwa alaa kul shay gadeer ( there is no God except God/Allah alone, He has no partner, everything belongs to Him, to Him we praise, He gives life and takes life, He has the power over everything). In these ten days of Hajj these words are repeated as mantra/ affirmations. God is great , God is great. There is no God except Allah. Praise to God, thank you God. It’s the opening of the Quran , it is repeated by Muslims daily in prayers with a total of 17 times during day/ night. 2 times with fajir prayer( at dawn), then 4 times with duhur prayer (12 noon) , 4 times with aser prayer ( 4pm), 3 times with magrib prayer (at dusk) then 4 times with Ishaa prayer ( at night ). So the repetition of this sura is very important in a Muslims life. It contains the main theme / outline of the Quran. It starts with thanking and praising God. This is the longest sura in the Quran. 286 verses. It was sent down to the prophet in the city of Madenah. It is a great sura, full of stories , verses with peace and power. It starts with five strong verses that are the introduction of the whole concept of the Quran. It contains The greatest verse in the Quran verse 255 and it ends with the last two verses285-286 which are used daily as affirmations for protection. This Madena sura is named after the family of Jesus ( peace be upon him) The story of Zachariah , Mary’s mother, Mary and Jesus. The main point is the devotion to God the One and Only. Verse 20 ( Do you too devote yourselves to Him alone?) The main point for Muslims is verse 84 ( We Muslims believe in God and in what has been sent down to us and to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, alasbaat, we believe In What has been given to Moses, Jesus and the prophets from their Lord. As for the life lessons / affirmations I use daily ; God is close to true believers verse68). All grace is in God’s hands: He grants it to whoever He will- He is all embracing, all knowing- and He singles out for His mercy whoever He will. His grace is infinite.) (verse 73-74).God loves those who put their trust in Him . Verse 159. As well as verse 174. God is enough for us: He is the best protector). What better way to live your life while using Quran as your daily affirmations. Being a good human to yourself, your family to your surroundings the earth and animals and plants. This sura is Madaniya. Which means it was sent down to prophet Mohammed by Gabriel in the city of Madenia. The title relates to prophet Jesus ( essa) and the feast he had with his disciples. The sura is divided into many themes. Rules that believers should follow. Believe that there is only One God and that Jesus like Mohammed are messengers from God. Jesus and his mother marry peace be upon them where mortals ( they eat food like other humans) God asks Jesus in verse 116 ( did you say to people ((take me and my mother as two gods alongside God?)) and Jesus replies ( I would never say what I had no right to say). The last verse of this sura is a reminder to all human beings that God has ownership of the heavens / sky and earth and everything between them belongs to him. He has power over everything. May God bless us in these days and in the month or Ramadan which is coming in six days. May Allah protect us, give us health, wealth and happiness in this world. This Makkah sura has 165 verses. It starts with gratitude to God who created the heavens and earth and who created darkness and light. The theme of darkness and light is throughout the sura. What a powerful sura. It repeats the oneness of God, and gives examples of His creation, His power, His knowledge. Verse 162 is a verse I live by as an affirmation ( My prayers and devotions , my living and my dying are all for God, Lord of all the worlds.). May God guide us to live the best life and reward us the best rewards. Ameen
This Makkah sura : 206 verses. It’s main theme is the oneness of God. Mohammed is a messenger like other prophets before him. The Quran is the scripture just like the Gospel and the Torah. Dialogues between people in heaven and hell and the in between, the sura names them the heights. A verse that helps me in life is verse 42 ( and We do not burden any soul with more than it can bear ). Remember Everyone has a direct line with God. No one needs to go through any one . Verse 196 (my protector is God: He has revealed the Scripture, and it is He who protects the righteous.) The last verses of this sura points ; this Quran brings you insight from God, guidance and mercy. So remember your lord inwardly mornings and evenings and glorify him. We are in Madena with this sura, it’s the battle of Badr. The first battle between the Muslims and the non believers of Makkah. The Muslims are few in number but their Hearts are filled with the love of God. They win the battle with Gods’ help. And they gain bounties. Well dear listeners/ readers We also get bounties from this sura. It’s filled with Muslim life coaching lessons for us. Verse 2-4. How do you know ur a believer , when God is mentioned your heart is filled with love for Him , when u hear the verses , it gives you more faith, and you trust God as you go along in life. Also ,Those that pray and give to the needy. They are the true believers. And what do you get? High ranks with God and forgiveness as well as great things in life. And verse 29 also to the believers : when God is always on your mind/ heart , when ur doing things in life. Wanting to do good for Him, to be the best version of yourself, the best at work, studies, to be a good human , for Him. He will give you signs that help you along the way , what is right from wrong, He will remove your bad deeds and forgive you, and bless you with His great favor. Remember God is enough for you. Verse 65 ( God is enough for you , and for the believers who follow you). So remember , have goals , plans, dreams. Read, listen, work . Achieve the best things you can in life , all of this with God in your Heart! He promised . Verse74 true believers ( they will have forgiveness and generous provision.) A sura sent down in Madena with 129 verses. It’s the only sura that does not start with bismilah/ In the name if God. It’s theme is the treaty between Muslims and idolaters. The story of the expedition to Tabuk and what happened to the hypocrites. Verse 124 mentions the strong positive effect of a sura on believers ( it certainly does strengthen the faith of those who believe) as well as joy and happiness (and they rejoice). It’s so soothing to use the Quran in our daily life’s and not only as a history book of past prophets and their people . The life lesson that I take is verse 129 ( God is enough for me: there is no god but Him ; I put my trust in Him; He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne.) So what verse from the Quran will you use in ur daily lives as an affirmation/ that moves your heart/ your emotions/ something to repeat every day or even a title for this years goals. We are in December the last month of the year 2021 and it’s time to reflect on the past year and to look forward to the coming year. What title will you give for this new year ? What goals, projects, dreams do you have? Write them down and how can the lessons/ verses/ affirmations /from the Quran help you in your journey? What a beautiful sura,filled with mercy. This is a Makkan sura with 109 verses. A verse that has changed my life and I use it as a life lesson verses 62-64. ( But for those who are on God’s side there is no fear, nor shall they grieve. For those who believe and are conscious of God, for them there is good news in this life and in the Hereafter- there is no changing the word of God- that is truly the supreme triumph.) So remember any fear or worries you have , just repeat this verse to yourself. Remember it’s a promise from God, and be happy Allah is with you! And expect Good News in this Life as well as the next! A makkan sura with 123 verses. An amazing sura that starts with a challenge! Ask forgiveness daily from God, for everything that you have done or not happy about . The reward Verse 3 ( grant you wholesome enjoyment in this world ) and also grace. So Our new challenge is 30/30. For 30 days say specific istagfir Allah for past mistakes. Just as we did the Alhamdulilah/ gratitude journal 🥰. This sura gives us stories of past prophets, so our hearts can be firm. It gives us truth, lessons and reminders. So our goal is to worship God the One and only, to Trust in Him. And with these points live the best life and the best version of ourselves. May Allah Bless us to know Him more through the miracles of these verses. To trust Him as He is worthy of our Trust, to have faith in Him in the Good times and not so good, to be sure of our acceptance when we make Duaa and to ask Him from what He has in abundance. Subhan Allah, Alhamdulilah, la illah ila Allah, Allah Akbar. God is greater than our worries, our problems, our fears. To Him alone we trust, we have faith, we worship, and to Him we will all return.
A makkan sura of 111 verses. The story of Joseph, that soothes the heart of the listener. The first three verses are an introduction- the scripture makes things clear - sent down in Arabic language so the people will understand- it portrays the best of stories/ of past history of people you didn’t know. The storytelling structure is amazing. It starts with a secret between father and young son: a dream. Then a conspiracy plotted by envy by his brothers. Joseph as a young boy faces many obstacles but he grows to become a knowledgeable and wise adult and always remembers God. Lost from family , then sold as a slave in Egypt , then conspiracy by women , then sent to prison. But by a kings dream he is saved, and his innocence is revealed , becomes a governor , his brothers apologize and regret their past actions, all the family are brought to Egypt. Then the dream is fulfilled and the story ends with Joseph thanking God for all the blessings. The ending of the sura goes back to prophet Mohammed and the similarities between other prophets and their people. There are lessons in these truthful stories / not fiction / to all people. These stories are guide and blessings to the believers. May God bless us with wisdom knowledge and gratitude. Ameen. 💐
This sura was sent down in Madina. It has 43 verses. It starts with 4 letters / sounds A L M R. The main theme is the Oneness of God and He sent down his scripture as sign to people to think. Verse 11 is a life lesson if you want to change anything it all starts with you internally, you decide , you put the action ( God does not change the condition of people unless they change themselves). Remember God is merciful and forgiving. Verse 26 ( God gives abundantly to whoever He wills). Remember to be grateful before you ask Him. Verse 27 ( God guides to Himself those who turn to Him, those who have faith and whose hearts find peace in the remembrance of God). This sura was sent down in Makkah and has 52 verses. It starts with 3 sounds/ letters (like the last sura ) A L R . The main theme in the Makkah sura’s is the Ones of God . The story of Moses and Abraham both mention the Ones of God and his blessings on us. (And given you some of everything you asked Him for: if you tried to count God’s favours you could never calculate them)verse34. The power of words and how it is used with different forms. The Good word is like a good tree and the bad / evil word is like a rotten tree. You will only get what you sew, from goodness or badness in this world and the next. Then the sura shows The dialogue that will happen in the future between the people in hell as well as Satin. How they both used rotten/ evil words. However, From the verses with Abraham we learn how to use words to ask God for his blessings. ( Lord make this town safe) (Lord grant that I and my offspring may keep up the prayer) verses 35-41. Whatever you choose there is surely judgment day and all will be given their reward. Verse 50/ The last verse is so strong and has 4 points. This Quran / message Is for ALL people , it is a warning , God is the One and Only God, those with minds pay attention! Wawoo it’s a strong sura direct and to the point . Do you remember the gratitude journal. Well verse 34 reminds me of gratitude and how life becomes beautiful for those that see with eyes of gratitude. So I have a challenge 30/30. To write down 30 blessings/ gratitudes for 30 days. You must not repeat any point. You can be very specific as thank God for the eyesight blood cells hormones in your body as well as thanking God for the beautiful sky above us. May God bless us All. 💐ameen
A Maccan sura with 99 verses. It starts with three letters / sounds. A L R. The Quran was sent down by God to make things clear for us and it is protected by Him. The creation of everything around us is for our benefit, the sky and its beauty , the earth and mountains. Sustenance is provided for us and for all the creatures. God created man from clay, and warned us of our enemy Satin/ iblis. ( God said, Devotion is a strait path to me) verse 41. And also ( tell my servants that I am the Forgiving the Merciful ) we then have stories / lessons from the past ; Ibrahim and a blessing of a son, then Lot and being saved from his people. The forest dwellers also rejected their messenger and were both wiped out at sunrise. There locations are both on the highway for the people of Makkah to see, a warning and a sign. The theme of the sura is in verse 85 ( We did not create the heavens and the earth and everything between them without a true purpose). A life lesson ; If you have a sad heart then the solution is in glorifying God and being grateful to him. ( repeat : Subhan Allah, Alhamdulilah) and be among those who bow down to God. Strength and power is in the last verses. (Worship your lord , until what is certain comes to you). Wawoo. What an ending to the sura, I find it gives me strength in my day when I read/ listen to the Quran. (As if there is a light that fills my body). Remember God is enough for you against anything you are going through , have faith in him, do good in this world , make the best of the situations that you are in ;jobs or studies, be the best versions of yourself , for everything is recorded. A life lesson that I take from this sura, when I’m sad or with a heavy heart to repeat words of glory to God and gratitude it really helps. A sura sent down in Makkah with 128 verses. The creator , the One God has created many blessings for us. From the animals we use , the honey from the bees, the milk from the cows, the water sent down from the sky for the trees plants that grow colored fruits . As well as the creation of night and day, sun ,moon and stars all these are signs for us to be grateful. Verse 18 ( if you tried to count God’s blessings, you could never take them all in). Remember, those who do good in this world : will receive goodness in both this world and the hereafter. Verse30 ( There is good in the present world for those who do good). Have a gratitude journal in your notes/ or as a voice message in your phone for all the things that you are grateful for. Be Thankful ( He perfected His blessings on you, so that you may devote yourselves to Him. (verse 81). verse 97 ( To whoever, male or female, does good deed and has faith, We shall give a good life and reward them accordingly to the best of their actions). I pray that we can all live by these words. To be good humans in this world, to do good work for future generations and have trust in Our Lord. Ameen.
This is a Makkan sura with 111 verses. It points to the Miracle journey that the prophet was given by God. Going from the mosque in makkah to the mosque in Jerusalem in one night. The sura starts with glorifying God and ends with The greatness of God. And between the beginning and ending we have Storytelling , a comfort for the prophet Mohammed. The children of Israel and their scripture. Storytelling of past history of prophets and their people is a lesson for us to learn. History teaches us to be better humans and choose better outcomes from previous generations. The prophet used to read this sura every night before he went to sleep. It has repetitions of blessings , ones of God, rules for believers to follow and the glory of the words of God in the Quran. There is a beautiful verse that I use when entering any place. Verse 80( My Lord, make me go in truthfully, and come out truthfully, and grant me supporting authority from you). So remember whatever you are going through in this life , truth will always win and falsehood will always pass away. The sura starts and ends with the mention of Gods’ words and His power. There are four stories within this sura. 1- The young youth and the cave 2- Moses and the knowledgeable man.3-the ungrateful man and his fruitful gardens. 4- Dul Qarnayin and Gog and Magog. Stories teach us to understand our lives as well as other humans. Humanity can only be understood through knowing how Others feel. The story of the young men and the cave can be a lesson to us. Choose God, say the truth, he will guide you and the outcome and reward will be great in this life and the next. And yes there are times and situations when bad things happen and our hearts are broken or our minds don’t understand, why it happened ! Learn from these stories; by having strong faith; God will help us, guide us and protect us in ways we do not know. And by having this strong faith We will be protected by God and accept it all as a lesson from Him. May God protect us all with his Mercy, guide us in our lives to do what is right and to accept the lessons life teaches us and May He bless us with knowledge and wisdom. Ameen 💐🤲

It tells us the story of Mary and her son Jesus as well as Zachariah and his son John. The Oneness of God. As well as the story of Abraham. I love this sura , it’s close to my heart and I repeat it to get ease and blessings in my life. 💐 a prayer I have learnt from Mary : I seek the protection of the Lord of Mercy from everything in this life. A makkan sura with 135 verses. It’s starts and ends with a message to Us and the prophet that the Quran is a blessing for us. There are two stories the first for Moses and how he was challenged by pharaoh and how God guides him as well as all the listeners ready to be guided. The second story is about Adam and the challenge with iblis/ satin, and how God guided Adam and accepted his repentance as well as ours. This Meccan sura has 112 verses. It mentions many prophets and how they asked God for help. Which I find as the main lesson in this sura. The sura also reminds us that the prophet Mohammed was like earlier messengers before him sent by God the One and Only to people . The sura also reminds the disbelievers of the day of Judgment. Verse 88 ( We answered him and saved him from distress: this is how We save the faithful). So dear listeners remember to ask God to guide and bless you and all your loved ones. May Allah/ God bless us all and guide us to the straight path and make our lives filled with joy , health , wealth and success .Ameen

This sura is a Madani sura with 78 verses. It gives the details of Hajj the pilgrimage, when it started by our father Abraham and how to preform it. It talks about the Ones of God and His creations. The believers and their rewards in this life and the next. And the disbelievers and the conversations that they will say on Judgment day. Logic , science, nature are all used as examples to get the non believers to think about their choices. I love the Duaa in verse 24 May God guide us to ( good speech and to the path of the One Worthy of All praise). The sura ends with glorifying God. Verse 78 (keep up the prayer, give the prescribed alms, and seek refuge in God: He is your protector- an excellent protector and an excellent helper.) enjoy today and ask God from your heart for His mercy and forgiveness and His blessings and then ask for everything you want and don’t forget all your brothers and sisters in faith. May God accept all the people in pilgrimage today and May he bless us to preform hajj. Ameen
This Maccan sura has 118 verses. It’s main theme is the Ones of God and His power. The believers will succeed and the emphasis of the Resurrection. A Duaa that is amazing is verse 29. (My Lord let me land with Your blessing: You are the best one to bring us to land). The word land in Arabic manzil also means place or position. So enjoy this Duaa in your daily life. A Duaa to remove evil verse 97 ( Lord, I take refuge with You from the goadings of the evil ones; I seek refuge with You, Lord, so that they may not come near me.) and then the sura ends with verse 118 Gods forgiveness and mercy. Say this Duaa and believe that god will forgive all your sins (Lord, forgive and have mercy; You are the most merciful of all.) May Allah bless us all in these days of Hajj. May he accept the pilgrimage of our brothers and sisters. And May God bless us with hajj in the best of health , wealth and wisdom. Ameen
This sura was sent to the prophet in Madina. It discusses Muslim life lessons 101. It talks about behavior, modesty , with family and community. The point that I found interesting was repetition of (God is most forgiving and merciful) at the beginning or ending of sections within the sura. So repeat the words Istaghfur Allah every day and remember verse 10 ( Gods bounty and mercy towards you .... He accepts repentance ). Ask God in your Duaa for everything you want, write it down , and remember to be grateful. Verse 41 (All those in the heavens and earth praise God) even the birds ( praise God) ! So in these ten blessed days of haj, I hope you have a list of all your Duaa, repeat it daily and be sure He is ( All hearing All seeing). This Meccan sura is 77 verses. It’s powerful strong and to the point different in style and tone from the last sura 26 the poets. The main argument in this sura is that the Quran is Gods words sent to his messenger Mohammed as good news and as a warning to All People. The first section points to God and his Oneness. Then the disbelievers and the 4 points they say agains the messenger the Quran , but God tells us in verse 11 that the truth is ; they do not want to believe in theDay of Judgment. Well it makes sense now, for if all people believed in judgment day , the world would be a better place. Ex: No lies or stealing. being asked about every action in this life: ex: ur time, health , wealth. wouldn’t that mean you need to try to be the best version of yourself ? Since you will be judged ! This sura although strong in tone still repeats the name of God the Merciful and that those who repent will be forgiven. As long as you believe in the Ones of God His books and his messengers . The last section ends with a beautiful Duaa. Verse 74( Our Lord, give us joy in our spouses and offspring. Make us good examples to those who are aware of You.) Ameen. Happy hajj/ pilgrimage. These are the best ten days of the Hijri / Muslim calendar. So be the best versions of yourselves. Repeat Allah Akbar/ God is Great / la illah illa Allah/ there is no God except Allah/ Alhamdulilah/ thank you God / remember the strongest form of prayer is Duaa / asking God for anything and everything, repeat it these ten days and be sure HE hears You.(Allah/ God bless us all to the straight path, give us the best of this life and the best of the next. A Meccan sura with 227 verses. The title points to poetry and poets how the truthful of them are respected. However the beginning and ending of the sura clearly states that the prophet Mohammed is not a poet and these verses are not poetry but clear verses of scripture to make things clear for All the World. The prophet Mohammed was worried that people called him a liar and didn’t believe him, verse 3 but God tells him not to worry for if He wished to put a sign in heaven for all necks will stay bowed in humiliation , verse 4. What touched me was Gods kindness in sending words to the prophet to show him he is not alone and gives him other stories of other prophets that went through the same path. As Moses, Abraham, Noah, Saleh, Hud, Lot, shuaaib. The messengers were called liars by their people, that they were just men and that these ppl followed their forefathers in their beliefs. The ending paragraphs go back to the main point of the sura: that the Quran was sent down by the Lord of All Worlds, by Gabriel the trustworthy spirit , to your heart Mohammed, it brings warning and is in clear Arabic language, that it was foretold in earlier scriptures of other religions , and the proof is with the learned men of the Children of Israel. Wawoo the sentences are direct and to the point. Then a logical argument about the non believers and time ! Verses 201-209. Then repetition of the Quran and its Origin. It is not from the Jin as it’s neither in their power nor their interest. A maccan sura , which means the main focus is on the Ones of God. It’s structured around 93 verses. It’s title is from the story of the Ant in the time of the prophet Solomon. Even though Solomon had wealth and power as well as controlling of the wind. The title is Ants ; God gives us a lesson from the smallest of his creations. An ant that has language , knowledge , community and wisdom. Something to reflect on. The introduction on the sura describes the joy of the Quran to the believers. It then takes us to the stories of past prophets and their people and the challenges they went through. Moses 7-14. Solomon and the ant 15-19. Solomon and the bird 20-28. ( the hoopoe bird has language knowledge wisdom and believes in the Ones of God!) Solomon and the Queen of Sheba 29-44. Thamud and their prophet Salih 45-53. Lot and the gay community. Then we are brought back to the prophet Mohammed and what he should say 59-75. Children of Israel 79-85. Nature and the signs of day and night 86 and the ones of God, so explore nature and the world . He has given us signs; Through his creation we get to know God, through his words we also get to know him. The conclusion of the sura 93 ( Praise belongs to God: He will show you His signs so that you will recognize them Your Lord is never unmindful of what you all do). A Maccan sura of 88 verses. It tells the story of Moses and pharaoh. The story is told to the prophet Mohammed as an example of what happened to other messengers and their people. What I love about this story is the structure of storytelling. It’s simply amazing. The sura starts with the first 3 verses introduction, you will be narrated part of a story from a clear book. 1-4 the plot / summary of the sura is told in a few lines and the story starts. 4-6. Baby Moses and his mother 7-13. Then Moses at maturity 14-21 with incident in the city. He goes to the city of Madian gets married verses 22 -28 and after 10 years goes back to Egypt , on his way Moses stops near a mountain , God talks to Moses , 2 signs (snake and light in hand ) the signs to pharaoh and his people but they disbelieved. 29- 43. Then the narration is back to prophet Mohammed (verse 44) comparing both people with their message. Verse 56 (you cannot guide everyone you love to the truth; it is He who guides whoever He will: He knows best those who will follow guidance).Another character is used as an example : Qarun and his treasures verse 76-82. Even with all his wealth ( those who deny the truth will never prosper). The conclusion of this sura starts with ( the happy ending is awarded to those who are mindful of God) verse 83. And finally the last sentence of the sura is: His is the Judgment and to Him you shall be brought back. Wawoo. Subhan Allah. The lessons we have learned from the Quran, life coaching, mentored by God, how to structure arguments and use logic , we had examples; animals, science and nature, and here we learn creative writing and the structure of a story. A Meccan sura with 69 verses. It has a message for the believers, for the non believers ,for the historians and for the scientists. And a life lesson ,I love the last verse: ( We shall be sure to guide to Our ways those who strive hard for Our cause: God is with those who do good). A life equation : believe in God the One and only , do good in this world , for yourself ,for fellow humans ,and for the the land you live in. If it’s all for the sake of God , then he has promised us He will guide us and we will be Ok. May Allah bless us all to the right path, May he bless us with the knowledge and wisdom , blessings/barakah in our lives. Ameen.
A Maccan sura with 60 verses. This sura urges people to reflect on the creations in nature as well as themselves. The rain , the clouds, the sky and earth, the plants. Who made all this also has the imprints to make you easily, after your death, on the day of resurrection! Verse 31 (Turn to Him alone, all of you. Be mindful of Him: keep up the prayer). Give charity verse 39 ( in your desire for God’s approval) verse 22 on his signs is ( the diversity of your languages and colors. There truly are signs in this for those who know). Remember all these signs so ( that you may be grateful.) verse 46. Thank you God for everything you have blessed us all with. Thank you for guiding us, for blessing our lives. God we are truly grateful for everything you have created for us in the sky and earth and ever between them. May we always be in gratitude Ameen.
This sura is for these blessed ten nights of the last ten days of Ramadan. This is the most sacred night in the Islamic calendar. The night which the Quran was revealed to the prophet by the angle Gabriel. It is also the night in which God shows great Mercy to his creations. It is the night which ones fate is decreed. So Repeat this sura as many times And ask God for the blessings of this night. It is suggested to be on any of the odd numbers of Ramadan 21, 23 or 25 or 27, 29. On this night of power, glory, honor a night that is better than a thousand months and more. Make sure you stay up at night and Pray, give to the poor, read Quran, tasbeeh ( glorify God) for if you are luck and it’s thee night then the moment of enlightenment under Allah’s Light is better than thousands of months or years. Such a moment converts the night of darkness into a period of spiritual glory. Your blessings for the year to come on every task is written. Verse 4 - The angles and Gabriel come down at night and a wonderful sense of peace and security arises in the souls. May Allah bless us all in this glorifying night. ( Allah you are the most pardoning and most generous : you love to pardon , so pardon us all. A Meccan sura with 34 verses. It takes it name from the wise Luqman , who gives his son advice : a lesson for all believers really. The sura starts with guidance and mercy for people that follow the Quraan. ( who do good, keep up the prayer, pay the prescribed alms and are Certain of the Hereafter) if you do these points then , what is your reward ? verse 5 ( these are rightly guided by their Lord, and it is they who will prosper.) Repeated words through out the Quran is ( be thankful to God) remember gratitude only brings you more happiness in your life. Remember the gratitude journal we started at the beginning of this podcast;) Verse 12 ( whoever gives thanks benefits his own soul). The words give thanks to God and your parents are in the same sentence. What a high value God has given parents , so make sure you treat them well. Verse 14-15. Regardless of their religion or actions, you must be good to your parents. The only point is to not listen to them if they say not to believe in God, and even in that verse 15 ( keep their company in this life according to what is right.) so, Remember to make your heart filled with love to God. Everything you do is for him. Verse 22 ( whoever directs himself wholly to God and does good work has grasped the surest handhold, for the outcome of everything is with God.) The sura ends with Gods knowledge and power. Verse 34 ( No soul knows what it will reap tomorrow, and no soul knows in what land it will die; it is God who is all knowing and all aware.) wawoo what a sura so many other pints within it, it makes your heart squeeze with happiness and love for God. A Madena sura that has 73 verses. It starts with Trust in God. Verse 2 ( Put your trust in God: God is enough to trust). All the stories that you hear in this sura show the difference between those who have trust in God and those that disbelieve or are hypocrites. The sura ends with verse 73. ( God will punish the hypocrites and the idolaters, both men and women , and turn with mercy to the believers, both men and women: God is most forgiving , most merciful). May Allah bless us in this holly month of Ramadan and bless us with total trust in him. Ameen
A makkan sura of 54 verses. The sura starts with praise to God now and in the life to come. Repetition of The heavens and earth belong to him. as our last sura reminds us , he created the heavens and earth and everything between them. Look: What a beautiful sky we live under. Have you had the chance to contemplate on Gods creation? Look at its color , how large it is, how is it held up with nothing holding it in its place? Praise be to God creator of the heavens and earth and everything inbetween. The main point is gratitude to God which is repeated many times in this sura. Some are grateful like David and Solomon and some choose not too as the people of Sheba , who were given everything. So which of these two stories do you follow : the grateful or the ungrateful , it’s always your choice so what do you desire? Verse 13 ( for few of my servants are truly thankful.) Verse 39 ( my lord gives in abundance to whichever of His servants He will, and sparingly to whichever He will) ask God to give you in abundance health wealth and blessings. And remember to always give Him thanks for he is the most forgiving. Remember God daily , from the things that are around you that you are blessed with, from the sky and earth and nature around you. It’s a Maccan sura , 45 verses. It starts with Praise be to God and it ends with God has been watching His servants. The beautiful lessons this sura shows: verse 2. ( no one can withhold the blessing God opens up for people) use this verse with your Duaa when you ask God for anything and everything. Remember any good words you say ( rise up to Him and He lifts up the righteous deeds). So be grateful verse 12, ( seek God’s bounty and be grateful.) Sura Yasin, a Meccan sura that emphasizes the divine source of the Quran. I love this sura ; and try to read it daily , with the intention barakah / blessings of the day. It’s 83 verses. It’s also known as The Heart of the Quran. Verse 13-30 is a story about a village that was sent 3 messengers , and still they choose arrogance ,and did not believe in God. And a man from the far part of their village came running to his people, asking them to believe in the messengers before it’s to late. But when he announced that he believes in God they killed him! But the beautify and style of the Quran jumps the death seen and shows us the unseen! Verse 26 ( He was told Enter the Garden , so he said (if only my people knew how my lord has forgiven me and set me among the highly honoured) and what does this guy do the minute his soul is out of his body , he wishes his villagers would know the blessings that God has for him! ( God bless us with the right people in our lives) 🙏 see how amazing the Quran is, the flow of words sentences and scenes are amazing! And then the villagers get Gods punishment in a form of natural disaster verse 28-29( After him We did not send any army from heaven against his people, nor were We about to: there was just one blast, and they fell down lifeless.) the story ends with verse 30 ( Alas for human beings! Whenever a messenger comes to them they ridicule him) they choose a sad ending! So the lesson is Beware of your choices in life! So use ur hearts and brains and search for the truth within nature / science do not be arrogant , we will All be brought back to God! - Glorify God as Verse 36 ( Glory be to Him who created all...) the importance of peace within your heart , in this life and the next , verse 58 ( ‘Peace’ a word from the Lord of Mercy.) Remember to always give thanks verse 73( will they not give thanks?) another man at the end of this sura also boasts with arrogance on life and death. Verse 77- 78 ( who can give life back to bones after they have decade? Say He who created them in the first place will give them life again ). But humans use arrogance as a form to stop thinking about their argument, because the verse continues with the idea of fire and it’s creation verse 80 ( it is He who produces fire for you out of green trees!) and not only that but he also created the heavens and earth verse 81 , continues the argument in such a beautiful logical way. (Is He who created the heavens and earth not able to create the likes of these people? Of course He is! ) wawoo so the argument goes on from ashes to the One who made the fire that turns things to ashes, then from the second creation of humans , since He made them the first time , the second should be easer shouldn’t it! But then the sky and earth are added to the argument , He created the vast skies above us and this large land that we travel on , surely the creation of people is nothing compared to the creation of the sky and earth! ( wawoo my heart is dancing with it) Verse 82 ( when He wills something to be, He says to it “BE” and it is! The sura then ends with glory to God. Verse 83 ( so glory be to Him in whose Hand lies control over all things.) it ends beautifully regardless of what you believe , how you use your reason, ( It is to Him that you will all be brought back). This sura was sent down to the prophet in Makkah, it has 182 verses. This sura is named after the angles that are ranged in rows , each angle has its own rank : an appointed place and they All glorify God. (Verse165-166) Duaa, in verse 99 by ibraheem ( I will go to my Lord; He is sure to guide me.) A lesson we learn from verse 144. (If he had not been one of those who glorified God, he would have stayed...) so dear listeners use Gods 99 names and be sure that while you are glorifying God you are guided. Remember we have our appointed time in this world , so be the best version of yourself , read , work, study. Be 100% sure that God is listening to you right now. verse 181 -182( Lord of Glory) repeat ( Praise be to God the Lord of all worlds). May our Lord grant us peace , self love ,acceptance and wisdom to be the best versions of ourselves) Ameen 🤲
This sura starts with its name: the sound Saaaadd/ this is stronger than the sound of the letter S. It’s sound comes out from the back of your throat. Sounds have echoes that vibrate into your body and soul. This sura talks about the prophets before Mohammed, all were tested and their reward was being near to God. So what lessons do we humble beings take from this Quran. Other than it’s soothing of our soul when we listen to it. Verse 18 the importance of glorifying God / Subhan Allah/. Prophet David was famous for his constant glorification of God. Even the mountains and birds all echoed his praise! Verse 29. ( This is a blessed Scripture, which We have sent down to you, so that people may think about it’s messages and those with understanding take heed). The sura ends with truth all will come to know! So All people have a choice ? What do you choose? May Allah Bless us with the blessings of this scripture it’s barakah, teachings, it’s secrets, it’s soothing and healing abilities). Ameen.🙏💐
This Sura : Crowed Gathering another translation is Throngs the Arabic word is Alzumar. A Makkah sura with 75 verses. Did you know , when we enter heaven it’s in a large group from Verse73. Zumura! So make sure the friends around you lift you up in this world and the next! Verse 23 melts my heart (God has sent down the most beautiful of all teachings: a Scripture that is consistent and draws comparisons, that causes the skin of those in awe of their Lord to quiver. Then their skins and their hearts soften at the mention of God) this is a guidance from God, so repeat this verse day and night till your heart softens and ask Allah always for guidance. Verse 36 repeat it if you are worried about anything ( Is God not enough for his servants). And verse 38 ( God is enough for me!). Sometimes we worry about things in our lives , verse 52 (Do they not know that God provides abundantly for anyone He will and gives sparingly to anyone He will) repeat this verse. Remember to use the Quran in your daily lives, for inner peace , for asking guidance in everything you do. No matter what mistakes you have done , as long as you believe that He is the One and only. Repeat verse 53 ( My servants who have harmed yourselves by your own excess, do not despair of God’s mercy, God forgives all sins: He is truly the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.). The last Verse is so powerful, this is the ending of judgment day! (The angles surrounding the Throne, glorifying Their Lord with praise. True judgment will have been passed between them, and it will be said, ‘Praise be to God, the Lord of the Worlds’ what an amazing ending ! The end of the day of judgment Will end with gratitude ! This sura is the last of the seven sura’s that start with Haa Meem /HM letters in the English alphabet. Remember this Quran was sent down to people that were exceptional in the Arabic language as well as in poetry. So to have two letters as a first verse confused / challenged them. Also remember the Quran was first heard and not read.it was written down at the time of khalefa Omar ibn Alkharab and Othman ibn afan. Surah Ghafir is a sura that I Love with All my heart. It’s a surah I read when I feel sad, a sura I read when I feel depressed. So what’s your sura? This sura starts with the angles asking God to forgive us, making Duaa for us. Verse 7-10. Another Duaa that is amazing in everything is verse 44( I commit my case to God; God is well aware of His servants) then the reply is in the following verse 45 ( so God saved him from the harm they planned.) so when you say the Duaa believe in the reply! And remember that God wants you to ask him. Verse 60 ( your lord says,’Call on Me and I will answer you). This sura is filled with stories of messengers and their people as lessons for us to be on the right path, to use our brains think and choose correctly, it also has conversations that will happen to the disbelievers in the Hell fire, a sad outcome indeed. This is the sixth sura that starts with HM, HaaMeem. It has 54 verses. The main themes within the sura are: the truthfulness of the Quran, the truth of the day of Judgment, God is One , the arrogance of the disbelievers. The message of the prophet was sent down to other messengers before him, and disbelievers act similarly regardless of time. A life lesson from verse 46 ( Whoever does good does it for himself and whoever does evil does it against himself: your Lord is never unjust to His creatures.). A goal in my life is in verse 33 ( Who speaks better than someone who calls people to God, does what is right and says,’I am one of those devoted to God’. Another lesson we can learn from the Quran is about Good and evil , verse 34 ( Good and evil cannot be equal, repel evil with what is better and your enemy will become as close as an old and valued friend). And remember anything that stirs you from God say ( I seek refuge with God, He is the All Hearing and the All Knowing) verse 36. May God the lord of the Quran , the lord of these verses, bless us in this life to do the best that we can , to accept us as the ones that He loves and guide us to the straight path.) Ameen.
This is the fifth sura that starts with haa meem / HM letters in English but have other meanings some known others a mystery. The sura starts with reminding the listeners and the prophet that this message was revealed to other messengers before Mohammed. The verse ends with God has the power to decide. The heavens and earth belong to God. Also , A beautiful scene in verse 5 - the angles praise God and ask forgiveness for those on earth. ) Verse 5 reminds us, that indeed God is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful. A Duaa from verse 10( Such is God, my Lord.In Him I trust and to Him I turn, the Creator of the heavens and earth.) Another Duaa, (this is close to my heart, I’ve been repeating it daily), the Duaa is in verse 19 ( God is most subtle towards His creatures; He provides [bountifully] for whoever He will: He is the Powerful, the Almighty.) The sura ends with everything will return to God. May Allah allateef/most subtle/ provide us with what we need may the Powerful grant us protection from everything we fear. This sura was revealed to the prophet in Makkah. It’s 89 verses (which was a challenge in recording in one sitting. I deleted the recordings a few times to make sure there were no mistakes. This sura has the Duaa that we say while traveling. Verse 13-14.( Glory be to Him who has given us control over this; we could not have done it by ourselves.Truly it is to our Lord that we are returning.) another Duaa that is said by Abraham verse27 (I worship only Him who created me, and it is He who will guide me) say it whenever you need guidance in anything in life. Say it with all your heart and believe that these words are heard by God. Have trust in him and He will guide you. This sura repeats the theme of disbelievers wanting a better, powerful, rich man to bring the message, instead of the prophet Mohammed. History opens your eyes, people still do the same things. The stories of Moses and Jesus are revealed to the prophet and show how other people also wanted better prophets , with gold bracelets and /or angles to accompany them. People in history also repeat; (we follow only out fathers ! )The sura ends with {Peace! They will come to know}. (May God give us all Peace ; in our hearts ,minds , and souls ) amen
One of the seven sura’s that starts with Haa Meem. HM in the english letters. The name of the sura Smoke, comes from the description of one of the signs of judgment day. It also reflects on a story that happened to the prophet In Makkah with the non believers. Sometimes the strongest people against you are the closest to you. As the people in kuraish showed the prophet out of arrogance and , jealousy. : Why was it the orphan Mohammed, that was chosen, instead of them! As Verse 13-15 portrays. However, mercy also fills this sura, for those that believe. What is the biggest blessing in your life? That you believe in God and his messengers and in the day of resurrection. Verse 40 -41 reminds us of our blessings. How is your gratitude journals/ Alhamdulilah Journals getting along? May Allah bless us to be truly grateful for every blessings we have in our lives. Amen
Another sura that starts with HaaMeem. The letters H and M. This sura starts and ends with Gods Wisdom and Majesty. Verse 6 let’s reflect on this question: (if they deny God and His revelations, what message will they believe in?) that is so true? A question to reflect on! So what do you believe in ? Verse 24. (They say ‘There is only our life in this world: we die, we live, nothing but time destroys us.’ ) I see this verse as a reflection on the times we are in Now . It is God not time, it is God not nature/ not the destructing weather / nor the Viruses! So what should we do ? The answer is in verse 36 ( So Praise be to God, Lord of the heavens and earth) . Subhan Allah, Alhamdulilah, Istagfir Allah , Allah Akbar. May Allah bless us All with barakah in our lives to do the best that we can do in our jobs, studies, with our parents husbands/ wives and children. To be the best versions of ourselves , the best humans we can be. All for the sake of Allah. Amen.
This sura is one of the 7 that start with , haa meem which are Arabic letters as HM in English. There meanings are a challenge for listeners! Verse 15 has a beautiful Duaa ( Lord, help me to be truly grateful for Your favors to me and to my parents; help me to do good work that pleases You; make my offspring good. I turn to You. I am one of those who devote themselves to You. Ameen.
This sura points out issues of war as well as commands to follow. verse 6 shows Allahs mercy (He will admit them into the Garden He has already made known to them) the words Already made Known to them- warm my heart. God has even made the way of the new Garden known to them. I find this a mercy embedded within a mercy. May God bless us to be from these people. Amen. The sura starts with victory and triumph, it is God who gives you victory - the first 3 verses are beautiful for Duaa. The sura ends with a reward from God for those who believe and do righteous deeds. A lesson from this sura , sometimes you really want something and it’s close, but, you don’t get it! Remember, there are things that are unknown to you, so have faith and Trust in God , do the best you can do in life and if things don’t work out have confidence in your trust in Him, it’s all for a reason . Duaa from verse 1-3 ( May Allah open a great triumph for you, May He forgive your future and past sins , May He complete grace upon you, guide you to the straight path and help you mightily) Amen. May Allah open the triumph for all schools all around the world to have competitions for reading Quran in English on stage for All to hear. ) Amen. It would give the students a sense of inner strength, confidence and a sense of belonging to something greater than their daily problems. To build a strong character, within a setting that is not strict. But open to the students to recite and Own These Words with Passion ,Tone and Style.

There is repetition in the words -God is most forgiving and most merciful-. So let’s use these words at the start of our Duaa when asking God for anything. Verse 13 talks to All people( We created you all from a single man and single woman, and made you into races and tribes so that you should get to know one another). Is this verse not enough for us all to have conversations with respect? Most forgiving and Most Merciful bless Us all and our parents, husbands/wives/ children with forgiveness and Mercy. ( Most gracious Most Merciful grant my dad health and recovery and to all that are in hospital )Amen
The name of the sura is taken from verse 1. Qaaf is a letter in the Arabic alphabet. Similar to the letter k in English but it’s pronounced from the back of the throat. The Quran was sent down to people that were excellent in Arabic poetry and this was a challenge in their own language.( various other interpretations for the first letters of the suras that start with letters ). The lesson today from this sura. Verse 32. Turn often to God. Keep Him in mind,let your heart turn to him in devotion. Verse 37. A reminder for whoever has a heart , whoever listens attentively. Verse 39-40. Celebrate the praise of your Lord before the rising and setting of the sun, proclaim His praise in the night and at the end of every prayer. The repetition of praise your Lord emphasizes its importance. ( Subhan Allah) two simple words yet they have a powerful effect. May Allah bless us with learning from the Quran and teaching others. This sura starts with short verses and fast rhythms and sharp tone. It starts with the winds and ends with the promised day. A verse that is close to my heart is verse 22 ( In the sky is your sustenance and all that you are promised) the Arabic term is ( wa fee alsamaa rizgakum wa ma tuadoon). Remember to do the best you can do in your jobs or studies. It is Allah who blesses you with everything you have. No one can stop what HE plans to give you. So do not worry about others trying to stop your provisions. Remember HE is your provider. So have Trust in God. ( Subhan Allah) verse 15 till verse 19: is an equation to be righteous. Sleeping a little at night (night prayer, asking Allah for everything, tasbeeh) asking forgiveness by saying( astagfir Allah )at dawn. Giving money to beggars and the deprived . May Allah bless us All with the knowledge/miracles within the Quran. Amen
This sura was sent down in Makkah, which addresses many of the arguments put to the prophet by the disbelievers of Macca. It starts with mountains and ends with stars. Through nature we know the creator. Remember we are always ( under His watchful eye) so glorify Him when you rise and at night. ( subhan Allah)
This sura starts with the position of stars. It ends with Bow down to God and worship. ( May Allah help us to stay on the straight path, to do good in this world , to appreciate life, nature, and to always Read.) amen
The sura starts with the day of resurrection. And ends with security to the righteous by the All powerful Sovereign. ( We have made it easy to learn lessons from the Quran: will anyone take heed?) verse (17,22,32,40) What lesson did you learn from the Quran? ( Ya Allah, guide us to the lessons and secrets of this Quran? Help us learn and understand it. keep it in our hearts and send us blessings/ barakah) Amen
This sura starts with the Mercy of God. Mercy is one of Gods 99 names. The Sura ends with the blessings of God. We are all between the Mercy and Blessings of God. Use Gods names when you ask him for anything/everything. ( Lord of Mercy forgive us and Guide us) Amen.
The sura starts with the day of judgment. And ends with the day of judgment. Allah has 99 names that we know. Each one has different meanings, used in Duaa ( asking god). The name (Supreme) is repeated in verse 74, 96. So let’s Repeat these words throughout our day [ glorify the name of your lord The Supreme] ( Subhan Allah Alaatheem)
This sura starts with glorifying God. A verse that gives you hope in these times. Repeat verse 22( No misfortune can happen, either in earth or in yourselves, that was not set down in writing before We brought it into being,that is easy for God) Stay positive, be truthful and be the best that you can be. Verse 29 ( God’s grace is truly immense) . Good bless you All.
Repeat this verse 10 ( Let the believers put their Trust in GOD) through out your day while you study , work, and be aware that Allah is all hearing , All seeing (verse 1) Any marriage problems repeat verse 1 ( God has heard the words of the woman who disputed with you (prophet) about her husband and complained to God; God has heard what you both had to say, HE is all hearing , all seeing).
This sura starts and ends with glorifying God. (Subhan Allah). A Duaa that you can repeat is verse 10 [ Lord, forgive us our sins and the sins of our brothers who believed before us, and leave no malice in our hearts towards those who believe. Lord, You are truly compassionate and merciful]. The ending of this sura is so powerful starting from verse 18 ,life lessons for us and then the illustration of the Quran on the mountain, the miracles and power of each word we read in the Quran. ( it’s a blessing that we get to know God through his words) Then verse 22 till 24 has Allah’s names. Repeat any of the names for the help and guidance you need from Him. My word today is {Guardian over all}.
I am learning life lessons from the Quran. As I Read it and explore the power of words, that lead to the love of God. An amazing Duaa that we can repeat throughout the day. From verse 4-5. [ Lord we have put our trust in you; We turn to you; You are our final destination. Lord, do not expose us to mistreatment at the hands of the disbelievers. Forgive us, for you have the power to decide].
The sura starts with glorifying God. Repeat throughout your day ( everything in the heavens and earth glorifies God)
The Day of Congregation. Known in Arabic as Aljumaah. This sura starts with tasbeeh, (subhan allah. ) everything in the sky and earth glorifies Allah, but we do not hear or understand all languages. The sura ends with (God is the best provider.) repeat as Duaa the last ayah while you work / study.
Repeat this ayah if any misfortunes happen to you in this life.[ Misfortunes can only happen with Gods permission He will guide the heart of anyone who believes in Him: God knows all things]
This sura has beautiful Duaa you could repeat them thought your day. “God will find a way for those who are mindful of him and will provide them from an unexpected source; God will be enough for those who put their trust in Him.”
Control. The first word has more than one translation. In Arabic it’s Tabarak. Which also means blessed. This sura sure has blessings. If you repeat a certain ayah that you like hearing , it sure helps in this life. I personally repeat :(He is the lord of mercy, we believe in him, we put our trust in him).
