Rev. Dr. Desjamebra J. Robinson is a Licensed and Ordained Clergy via Elim Christian Fellowship of Buffalo NY. She has a doctoral degree in Transformational Leadership with a concentration in Prophetic Preaching from Colgate R.C.D.S. She is a Myers-Briggs Certified Life Leadership Coach. She specializes in services that provide spiritual & moral assistance to the community. These services include Coordinating and designing programs that conduct outreach to promote moral and spiritual education, counseling, guidance, and leadership relative to overall wellness.
Dr. D.J. Robinson had a rough day working with the City Schools today. This must be happening in more than just my classroom. There is a force and a pressure for teachers to accommodate the negative behaviors of the students in the classrooms and subject ourselves to vicarious trauma.

I just had a quick thought on how WE... Yes "we" women attempt to micro manage our relationships because we lack trust. We micro manage our men, treat them like boys... then expect them to be Men.
We as women have to make a decision on how we are going to engage our men in relationships.
