If you are feeling anxious or moving through heartbreak or grief, this meditation will bring space into the chest and calm and help to release tension around the heart and lungs.

This is a ritual we can do ANY day of the year. Every day we can begin again. Every moment of the day, we can choose differently, more wisely and in greater alignment with our true self.
So we can exhale, relax our shoulders, and we can let go of our great expectations around the New Year goals, and rest in this knowing - every day can be a ‘Happy New Day’.

In this guided meditation, we bring our awareness to the 1st chakra, The Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine. This chakra, our foundation, has an earth element and houses our basic needs for survival; our bodies, our health, security, stability, material, and monetary existence. As we connect to the pull of gravity downward, we can both shed stress and tension out of this energy center and also cultivate earth energy to feel more grounded and stable in our day to day.
