Well, maybe we're back. We'll see. Now how many people got that title reference? Shoutout to Kenny. Anyways, we've been really busy but we're back with another episode, and you can probably tell that I was a little out of sorts but we made it through, rambling about who knows what. This episode was recorded in between two 45-minute discussions that will never be documented but were quite enriching so hopefully there were some residual bright spots in this episode. We're just trying to get to be more casual and not force ourselves to talk about stuff. And hey, nobody's really listening anyways. Or reading this. We start with some college news as "Coach K" of Duke has decided to step down after decades of dominance. There has also been 4 NBA coaching firings since we last recorded: Boston, Portland, Orlando, and Indy. Ben and I cover the specifics in why these teams fired their coaches and the future of their organizations.

Ben and I break down all 4 matchups in the eastern conference, as well as recapping the NBA Play-In tournament and finalizing our thoughts on the MI and 6MOY awards.
The regular season is over! And Ben isn't here to celebrate it-I'm here with Nick to talk about the specific matchups that are now set.
With recent people such as LeBron James, Luka Doncic, and Mark Cuban stating that they are against the Play-In, Nick and Aaron discuss the pros of the new addition to the playoffs.
The first episode this week featuring Nick, we focus today on the top teams in each conference, and then finish up with talking about Russell Westbrook's incredible run and the recent Pacers coaching news.
So, like I say in the recording, the next couple weeks are just going to be more fun stuff/tier lists-and even past then we're probably going to post one of these once a week or so. We've already done 3 tier lists already, and they were episodes we really had fun recording. Not as eventful as expected, actually kinda boring. We may try to start focusing on some non-NBA topics coming up soon as the league is at a bit of a standstill.

The March Madness bracket was released last night, so I went back and created a bonus double episode with our Big 10 and ACC conference previews. Listen to hear all the things we got wrong, me making stuff up, and an occasional right take or two. Thanks for listening.
Please don't listen to this it was a filler episode. We look at the current standings (i.e. Bucks are 3rd right now) and decide whether we think each team will finish higher or lower than their current position.

Probably our longest episode yet, we talk the past week in the NBA, our thought on the All-Star events, and then end with a Utah Jazz/Rudy Gobert debate with former producer y amigo Nicholas.
So usually before we start recording we talk for a while-today Ben started singing and I decided I would make a cut of everything that happened at the start of the episode. Sooooo you get some Frank Sinatra and some Taco Tuesday. I might try to record our pre-episode chatter some more in the future because this was quite entertaining. Thanks for listening.
The All-Star teams have been completely announced; we cover our thoughts and they predict how the draft will go down.
We kept messing the episode numbers up. Enjoy this episode-we recorded it pretty late so things got a little crazy at some points.
This is an episode we'll probably update throughout the season, but this is where Ben and I stand currently.

With not too much news happening, and having run out of nearly all of the possible debate lists, Aaron came up with a list of all of the most debatable players from the podcast's history. Duncan Robinson, Kris Nunn, and Juiceif Nurkic are among the debates today.
Ok-we didn't actually talk about any of those players but if anyone is actually reading this description please let me know and I will be thoroughly impressed.
Usually one of the craziest segments of the show is back again this week with not quite as many terrible takes. Spjut and Hicks work together to rank one of the most top-heavy draft classes in recent memory, 2015.
Incredibly, the NBA preseason started this week after the shortest down-time in any of the major American sports. Hicks and Spjut lead the discussion on the Opening and Christmas Day games, along with talk about James Harden and his questionable actions. Giannis resigned his contract yesterday, so they open with that as well.
