I often hear “I would love to meditate but i cannot not think about stuff”. What a misunderstanding about what meditation actually is. We are not supposed to not think but to become aware of what is in our minds, in our energetic field. The big difference between thinking and meditating is that when in meditation, once the thought comes, we acknowledge it, welcome it and then let it go. Is a process of becoming familiar with not what we are thinking about, but what kind of things we worry about, what kind of things we direct our attention to.
I will teach you how to observe your thoughts and meditate without being interrupted by the thoughts popping into our heads during meditation.

Many of us want to change, many of us are willing to do the work to make it happen. But few of us have the right conditions to do it: whether it's because your parents are getting old and you can't go to the other side of the world because you have to take care of them, whether it's either because you would like to do ur post grad at INSEAD, but it costs 10 thousand euros and you don't even have half in your bank account, or you would like to leave everything, become an international actor or actress but you are a mother of five children and need to take care of them, or because you want to become a top athlete at 50 but you have a knee problem and you would have to have surgery... Yes, you can know precisely what you want to change in your life, you can even be super ready psychologically to do it, even invest a little money in coaching to give yourself a boost, but there always one things which is a constant for everyone: constraints.

In this episode you will learn what Alternative therapy can actually do for you.

Most of the time, after a Reiki session, my clients and I have conversations about the behaviors and things that they can change in their lives in order to avoid recreating the same energetic blockages/imbalances. Most of them are very happy about the session and write down everything I tell them as very precious nuggets of gold. But some of them, after the initial excitement of the feedback, seem a bit down again. I ask them what’s wrong, and they say nothing but with a tiny bit of disappointment in their voices, they say… “I just wish I could get some life force back”. They expected Reiki to do that. I will explain why Reiki does not magically do that, but what it does do : helps you reconnect with your inner truth, helps you look at the things you need to fix or change in your life and find again your own power.
