I'm Murphy Alex. I'm a Fitness and Personal Development Entrepreneur, and a Realistic Optimist.
I imagine a future in which most people feel safe and secure everywhere they are, feel inspired, resilient in the face of adversity and live a harmonious life that leads to a balanced and sustainable future.
I want to inspire people…. “to believe” in building a future which is bright, balanced, as well as sustainable. “Give them hope”
I normally travel and go all over the place talking to people about the power of humility, optimism and confidence.
The ultimate goal is to share something that can inspire people, make them believe more in themselves, believe more in the people around them, believe that to achieve a bright and sustainable future, everyone must be valued and everyone has greatness in themselves, waiting to be discovered.
Additionally to share some of the inspiring conversations I have been having with people that “inspire” me. Asking about their wonderful stories, challenges and opportunities and maybe we might all learn one or two from their journeys.

A feeling of self-assurance arising from an appreciation of one's own abilities or qualities.
Simply put, it is the trust in one's ability to step up to the plate when required, no matter what the challenge is and believe that success is almost a guaranteed outcome even though that might always be the case.

It is the freedom from pride or arrogance : the quality or state of being humble, and the feeling or attitude that you have no special importance that makes you better than others.
Simply put, it is the lack of pride that humbles a person to expect and accept all possible outcomes in a world where we can only do the best we could...with many factors, we cannot control. It is the human quality that brings out our humanity.
