No, We're not talking specifically about your intestines, blood & stuff, we're talking about what exists beyond the physical... the metaphysical if you wish. So, this is NOT An Inner You Episode, but we decided to add some bonus material! Our co-host, and CEO of The Eisenberg Leadership Academy (a Passion-Based™ Business) had the pleasure of being a guest on Passion Break, a Linked In Live that has riveting guests and conversations every Wednesday surrounding Passion. Kira and Hal get into it, and the conversation is truly groundbreaking... and the start of the future of education.

In the words of Kira Day: "We get taught a LOT of things in our journey through Education. What to learn, how to learn, why to learn, etc. And mostly it is so that we can learn all the different things to make us effective producers in society. In that respect we have created a highly effective Knowledge society. What we DON'T learn is...about ourselves. That's just left up to us to figure out. One of the main reasons why almost every person in society today struggles with how to identify their passion and make it practical. And also one of the reasons almost every person in society today struggles with adequate 'self' understanding. Join myself and Tracy Borreson as we introduce Hal Eisenberg to this weeks Passion Break. A tenured award winning social worker who has been working inside the Education system for well over 2 decades. We will explore Passion and Education. You're not going to want missing being a part of this conversation!"

There is some shaky sound but this is worth sticking with it! Enjoy!

In our ever-changing world, one constant remains the same: educators will always rise to the occasion and support the youth of our world. Educators from all corners of the world are bringing their poise, grace, knowledge, passion, and persistence to  schools, where the next generation of leaders are preparing to embark on  their own respective journeys. One of those educators, who has had years of experience supporting, enlightening, and encouraging youth to be the best versions of themselves, is Camille Eterno. Batman and Robin could not hold a candle to the passion burning within Louie Cruz and Jamy Joy-Cruz. Their respective efforts towards informing others about mental health resources and creating Acclimatic Restorative Coaching.

Louie Cruz is a veteran of the United States Air Force who was deployed to the Middle East in the 1990s. While there, he witnessed a Middle Eastern nation weaponizing information against its own people, and saw the negative impact it had on society.

After military service, Cruz enjoyed a profitable career in TV news where he remained for 23 years. But his career ended when he unwittingly landed at a station that weaponized information to boost ratings. Upon receiving a diagnosis of PTSD, Cruz fought behind the scenes to make the content safer for viewers, he dove headfirst into the field of mental health, quit TV news, and then created Acclimatic Restorative Coaching.

Hs recent book: Acclimatic Restorative Coaching: Solving Media Overload: A Guide for Therapists, Coaches, Peer Specialists, and Everyone Else! will give you a healthy head start on what it means to be a 21st Century healer. You'll learn about how the brain works, how information is commonly structured by media outlets, clinical techniques every helping professional should know, and finally how Acclimatic Restorative Coaching is designed to help others.
