No, We're not talking specifically about your intestines, blood & stuff, we're talking about what exists beyond the physical... the metaphysical if you wish. This universe is filled with so many questions & we're here to address them all. What makes you a better human being? What ignites the fire within you? What makes you tick? What makes you do what you do? What makes your soul sing? What makes you, you? On The Inner You we embark on a journey to answer these questions & above all, the most important one: Who is the inner you?
So, this is NOT An Inner You Episode, but we decided to add some bonus material! Louie Cruz is a veteran of the United States Air Force who was deployed to the Middle East in the 1990s. While there, he witnessed a Middle Eastern nation weaponizing information against its own people, and saw the negative impact it had on society.
After military service, Cruz enjoyed a profitable career in TV news where he remained for 23 years. But his career ended when he unwittingly landed at a station that weaponized information to boost ratings. Upon receiving a diagnosis of PTSD, Cruz fought behind the scenes to make the content safer for viewers, he dove headfirst into the field of mental health, quit TV news, and then created Acclimatic Restorative Coaching.
