Emergence Health Network

”This is Wellness,” the podcast where wellness looks different for everyone.  This is Wellness is dedicated to conversations surrounding all things that contribute to, commandeer, and complicate our wellbeing.

Season Two is dedicated to all things ”real-life” wellness.

Join therapists Celeste Nevarez, LPC-S, and Sara Polk, LCSW-S, as they explore wellness and discover how to best care for all aspects of our lives – to include spiritual, emotional, social, physical and intellectual wellness.

The World Health Organization (WHO), defines mental health as a “state of well-being in which every individual realizes his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to her or his community.”

We hope you see elements of your own wellness in these conversations, whether that is in things that are going right for you or finding room to grow.

This is Wellness is a partnership between Emergence Health Network.
