I am an average woman. I am not a celebrity, a singer, a talk show host, or a politician. I am a wife, a mom, a daughter, a sister, a nurse practitioner, etc. Like you, I work hard and I work fast. I manage a crazy schedule! Years of this lifestyle have left me asking questions about who I am today and who I long to be tomorrow. You and I are not that different. Our lives include busy, very full schedules. Couple that with the pressures of following idealistic-social-media-based lifestyle trends, and your brain can explode! My question to you is this: are you truly happy? Are you deeply satisfied? Do you shoulder burdens that are getting just a bit too heavy? Are you an average woman like me? The truth is, the average American woman is ANYTHING BUT AVERAGE.
