In this episode, we talk to Sue Ludwig, owner of Crush PD Fitness. Sue shares the journey that led her to her passion for working with people who have Parkinson's disease and how important exercise really is for people with PD.  Additionally, we discuss how community resources such as her gym, are beneficial to the care continuum and can be utilized alongside formal therapy such as occupational therapy and physical therapy.
