Welcome to My New Series, AfroDeziak. Since y'all know my love is afro, I needed something to separate my Haus WeRK sets from my Afro-centric ones, which have an entirely different vibe. This is my personal sanctuary of sound, where deep Afro House, tribal rhythms, and global grooves melt together like sweat on skin. Haus of Pingk IX: Giving Green marked the final event of the 2024 season, and what a journey it has been! I’m genuinely proud to have been a part of every Haus of Pingk Party. Thank you to Justin and Andre for believing in me and allowing me to grow alongside you in the promoting space. I will always cherish our time together. I also want to extend my deepest gratitude to Jason Bush. You have an incredible ability to see potential in me that I often overlook. Guess what? This party was an absolute SMASHING success! 🎉 I finally got to play a b2b with DJ Anti; let me tell you, it was EVERYTHING.
The new venue, 215 Night Club in Ferndale, Michigan, exceeded all expectations with its phenomenal sound system and mind-blowing lighting. It was an electrifying atmosphere that made the Haus of Pingk Eat Cake Party unforgettable.💃🕺

Wow, can you believe it's already the first Haus WeRK Series of 2024? This is my third year doing this, and I'm pretty sure it's here to stay. Time really flies when you're having fun, right? Anyway, Haus WeRK : Ra Rising 01.21.24, I'm super excited to drop this set on you guys. It's the end of the month, and I'm coming in hot with some amazing tracks. I really hope you feel this one. I put my heart and soul into it. Gotta give a big shout-out to Andiswa Live for the opening track. Her voice is seriously amazing, and it inspired the whole setlist. When my people sing, they really bring the emotion, and it's just incredible. You can feel all the joy, pain, love, and bliss. And my last song of this set, the legendary Carl Cox and Nic Fanciulli dropped it as the last song to be played at SPACE IBIZA in 2016. I've been trying to find the proper set to end it with for a while now. I'm gonna start including a track list so y'all can discover some of the awesome artists behind the music. More DJs should do that, right? Anyway, hope you enjoy the first set of the year!"

Haus WeRK Rewind 2023 : The Nestor Effect 12.31.22
Wow, what a year. There were a lot of milestones and a lot of misery. Man, I'm glad 2023 is in the bag. I'm so ready for 2024. This set consists of many of my more popular songs from last year. It's nice to hear them again. If you don't know, I use a song only once for a set. This allows me to get all the ones I like and put them in one set, so I sit back and experience the Nestor effect. My boy Nester, the cover model, has positively affected my life this year, and I dedicate this to him.

Circuitry - The Garage Vol 1 ...Well, thank you to all who came out to celebrate the reunion of fuck the turkey party. It was an excellent old-fashioned dance house party with friends, the only type of party I wanted to attend. The house party of the past has been lost on the younger generations. If you ever went to a lit house party back in the day, you know what I'm talking about. We ended up turning my Garage into a little nightclub, and we danced and partied until about 8 am in the actual fuck the turkey fashion. So I did record a bit that night before the cops came because we had to move inside to a more soundproof location on noise violations. But in all, I was thrilled with the night overall, and you will hear more from The Garage!! I hope you enjoy this set

I really enjoyed this set a lot. The vocals of my people are incredible. In this live set, I used a lot of Bantu artists from Kenya. One such fantastic artist was Sofiya Nzau. I used three of her songs because her vocals are that mesmerizing. Wakanda is a fictional place, but the people of Central Kenya, which they call Kĩrĩnyaga, are very real. These are some of their stories. I hope you like it, so sit back, relax, turn the lights down and the volume up, and trust me, you won't be disappointed.

So I did an event at Camp Boomerang Cornhole on the Cobb weekend party this is the evening 9 pm set I did.
Time to go back to my roots and feel those drums of my people. I Love the afro house genre so much I could spin it for hours and just get lost in the vibe. Soooo do me a favor and sit back turn the volume a little bit louder and dim the lights have a drink, smoke, edible, or whatever you choose to help you just vibe with the soul of the music .....trust me you will bathe in the warmth of the of my people.

I couldn't get into the groove and the set was not flowing well or how I wanted it to. But I had a breakthrough and I think I finally got the songs to flow as a unit. I know it is a few days early for my monthly set but I couldn’t wait for my return to the Afro-house genre which is becoming my favorite type of music to play. You can play it anytime night or day in any mood it’s that beat, those rhythmic drums, and those airy vocals that take you to a place that is anything you need it to be. This is my journey and I’m so thankful you are coming with me.

So after all the amazing messages, I received about loving Gemini Pride.. I decided to drop a first-time-ever Side B. More of my favorite club tracks from the 90s which hands down was the best time for house music. I was so blessed to be able to experience it first hand. So I hope Side B continues to remind you of those amazing nights and early mornings of a 90s club kid. I suppose it is fitting that we have two live Zodiac sets this month since it is Gemini

So for pride, I was torn on this one at the last minute I changed it to make it a throwback set .. Since pride always makes me think of the time when I first started going out to the clubs and hearing the amazing music of the early 90s club scene. The Triangle, Backstreet, and Limelight nightclubs..those experiences and friends I met have helped shape me into the person I am today. I hope some of these selections bring back some of those early memories for some of you.

So Grab your afro puffs and roller skates and glitter here is my first entry in the NuDisco Genre not sure what the feedback will be but I welcome it all. In order to challenge and grow as a DJ I like to step outside of my comfort zone and even though I do like disco, this was a challenge for me to overcome the flow and feel of the set. I mean I redid this podcast 4 times to get it the way I wanted it. I hope that effort came across and you like it.

I got the pleasure of taking a tour of the Comuna 13, which is the center of the Art,Culture and has such an amazing history. And since music is such a big part of it I hope this podcast conveys the new appreciation I have for Medellin. I hope you enjoy it

For those who don't know I used to throw a thanksgiving eve party every year called Fuck the turkey, here in Detroit at this amazing club The Works. I was fortunate enough to have a ton of big names DJs come and play this event over the years. , I never got to spin one of my parties so here's a 2.5 hr Set in tribute to that event which was by far my favorite event to host
Continuing on my Haus of Handrey podcast series which are dedicated to the wonders of Colombia South America. The Serranía de Chiribiquete is the largest rainforest in the world and is bursting with life and color.
So I'm really trying something out of my comfort zone...you guys know I normally love my high-energy sound but a mentor of mine challenged me to try a different sound. I hope you enjoy this and this journey so far and who knows where it will lead.
