This podcast talked about mental health and severe trauma. It talked about how this can effect people's lives to an extent that cant even imagine. Ebrima is doing all he can to bring awareness to mental health and how to get help thru his project the Freedom Project
This episode was with Jeff Minor. He is a specialist in mental coaching and teaching people how to get to their highest mental performance. He is also helping veterans with PTSD as well as addict beating addiction.

Leaving behind the certain and taking risks has got him to the life he has always wanted. He is a diehard F1 fan like myself so we always discussed the upcoming season! Enjoy
