www.deeperlinking.blog ;In this episode my good friend Malthe and I discussed American football and the psychology behind motivation and competition. This is more so a natural conversation than a planned out episode which is why the tangents will be more. We really enjoyed recording this episode, which is why we went on for another 30 to 45 minutes, this will be released as Part 2 next week Wednesday, as usual at 6 AM! We hope you like it, and if you do please feel free to subscribe and share this podcast.

www.deeperlinking.blog ; This episode I am particularly excited for because I get to share the story of how I went from disliking literature to looking forward to it every day. I try to approach this topic neutrally and structure this iteration around a scientific backbone. I talk about some of my favourite books and how I came to discover them and the joy within them in the first place. I also have a sneaky go at attempting to persuade you to read more. This episode also proposes sustainable approaches and habits (or deep links) to facilitate the enjoyment of reading and the need for it in your life. I hope you enjoy it and if you did please share it with friends and family.
