He seeks to help, the so-called 'Millennial Man' of today, whether they are 16 or 60 to become more equipped and effective at being real 21st century men. In these modern times of pivotal growth and change, Adrian believes that a new breed of men must arise to re-shape the narrative and reject the plight of both, toxic masculinity and toxic femininity. NB. The show embraces a Christian world view and advocates for biblical: Family, Parenting, Marriage and Economic principles. Our primary belief is that the core of society's problems stem from broken homes and poor family values.

As a result of life mistakes and missed steps most men can't seem to detach themselves from a punishment that was levied upon them. Episode NotesFive (5) things every man must start doing right now  to get back on the road  to growth and progress:

  1. Do a full audit of your life, specifically  in the key areas of: Faith, Family, Finances, Friends, Fitness and Freedom.
  2. Start mending broken fences. Reconcile differences with the people within your center of influence that are strained or broken. Clean up your act in relation to  people within your center of influence, you may have a passive aggressive relationship with.
  3. Put life back into perspective by asking the questions: "What do I want out of my life?" "Where do I want to be  in the future?". This would be a great opportunity to set a 1 year, 5 year and or a 10 year plan of how you will get there.
  4. Get accountability  in your life to keep you on track. Seeking mentorship, coaching and community significantly helps  men to garner encouragement and consistency.
  5. Be content with your current state of life. Where you are has come about as a result of days, weeks, months, years or decades, good or bad. And beginning the new way forward will take small incremental positive steps.

...The truth is, the true identity of a real man cannot be exclusively found in society. To be honest with you, I have recognized that over a very short period of time that who I am is who I was intended to be and who I was intended to be, nobody knows that except my creator. And so as a Christian, I believe that as God created us in His image, in order for me to find out who I am, I have to first find out who He is. And so when we begin to have the manhood discussion from that perspective, it now comes down to a practical discussion where we now can also talk about equality.
If God created all of us equally, then doesn’t that not mean that we have a responsibility to each other. Whether men are women? Isn’t it is our responsibility to co-exist in such a way that allows us to live in harmony with each other. And that brings me to the point of, the history of men and the abuses that men have been guilty of. I mean, it's very clear and very obvious that over the many decades and centuries men have led societies into Wars, men have led and caused the abuse of women to become mainstream. It is men who have led slavery and so many more human atrocities across the world...
