I had to learn that running away from my problems was never going to change my situation. It’s very easy to think ghosting will solve everything but confronting the situation instead of running always leads to growth. It’s not easy but it’s worth it in the end. This episode is all about what I’ve learnt and how I’ve grown when it comes to accepting the truth. I hope you take something from this episode. Happy growing :)
Are you part of a community that is building you up or bringing you down? In this episode I talk about the importance of finding a community that welcomes you as you are instead of a community that judges you and makes you feel alone. Find a community that works for you and also be the change that people are looking for. Don’t be afraid to step out and show love.

Gratitude is important and once you realize you’ll be able to face life with a better attitude. They say if life gives you lemons make lemonade. I hope this episode encourages you to look on the bright side even when it’s hard.
Fear can paralyze us and stop us from achieving certain things and it stops us from growing. I’ve been thinking about this podcast but I was afraid and worried about how it would go. However I guess I decided to throw that out the window and start. I hope you are encouraged to get things going when you listen to this. x
