Exciting times with CryptoRaiders as you can now use Minor Health Potions in game.
Each potion gives you an additional 70 HP although be warned that you can still take damage in whatever round you choose to take it!
Personally I think the best way to use them is to pick a dungeon you can just about clear usually and then use the potion towards the end - you get a feeling for when it's hopeless even with one, as is the case with this example.
But I was just YOLOING so there you go!

Just more grinding with the Raiders - in this video I take one up to Level 8 and make a trip through the new act two dungeon, which was easier than excepted, got some nice gear too!

In this video I compare my agility and stregth crypto raider builds.
They are both Level 8 (gen 1) raiders and have similar stats...
- RAIDER 1 = 42 in strength and then 7 in intelligence
- RAIDER 2 = 42 in agility and then 7 in intelligence.
They have similar gear which boosts mainly the two main stats above giving them both a 75-25 ration in AGI or STR and INT respectively.
I think it's pretty conclusive that the second run featuring the AGI build wins!

There was a stats reset this week in CryptoRaiders which necessitates reallocating one's points to a new combination of stats.

Just grinding with the Cartel's New Recruit... when you start off with a level 1 Raider your only option is to go through the base dungeons with no monsters to pick up some basic clothing and a weapon...
And of coruse some experience points. You need to raid these dungeons around 20 times to get up to L3 to be able to take on the monster dungeons!

I took the @oneupcartel's raider out for his first full spin yesterday, here's a first look at a couple of dungeons.
I'll be doing a more in-depth static post later on today or early tomorrow from the Cartel account, and I'll be referring to this so it had to go up now!
It also gives you an insight into what raiding is like, it is a bit of a grind, but it's still early dayz!

I've been consolidating my Splinterlands collection recently, selling off some lower levelled inferior cards and buying back better quality cards.
The general plan is to swap, for example, 30 BCX worth of varied rare untatmed cards for 30 BCX of ONE rare untamed card, and make sure that 30 BCX is on top of another 85 I've already got , so I could max that if required.
However, it's still a hassle listing, I find I've got to use BOTH Peakmonsters and the Splinterlands front end to double check I'm putting the cards on at a decent price!

I think this counts as one of my better 100 pack openings.... 8 legendaries in one session, and some of them pretty decent too.
I also take some time out to have a closer look at some of these cards!

Rather than a pack opening video, I thought I'd video myself going through what I do AFTER I've openend my Chaos Packs.
Basically I level up anything i think is decent by combining the cards I've got, and if I'm feeling impatient I might by one or more additional cards to take that card up to the next level, if the new buffs are worth it.
Anything I can't see myself using I sell, checking the market prices first.
My medium term strategy is to use as little DEC as possible now to buy cards, I want to try and save that for later on, after the general sale as there will then be more cards floating around and the prices should come down.
And I'm planning on buying sufficient packs to be able to have maxies of most things anyway, so buying individual cards now makes little sense!
