Just a dad and his daughter talking about normal 4 year old stuff before one of them grows up and becomes too cool.
In this home we gauge time by holidays and next up is Thanksgiving. We get the jump on what we're thankful for and we talk some more about Disney princesses. But we are all excited for Grandma & Grandpa's house to be done so we can play in it.
We went to the Zoo today! Family fun outing to the Zoo plus Cheese Cake Factory, followed by a nap and a podcast. Blood is mentioned.. again.. But I think in the month of October that comes with the territory.
Big surprise for every one today. We got Anna & Else of Erindale on the podcast today. They made the trip just to throw shade at Dad and adore our little Ansley. We take sides and we goof around, maybe too much because one of us couldn't sit still long enough.
Ansley was a little too excited to dive back into her Princess phase and couldn't wait to talk all about her girls. From Jasmine to Elsa and all the way to the new Little Mermaid actress. We break barriers and even get in an argument about who are the actual good guys in these stories.
Gearin up to see Hocus Pocus 2 with Grandma & Grandpa, we talk about more Halloween things and shockingly about Ansley's plans for after Mom & Dad die. Take it how you will, dark or not it was still a fun time.
Conference halftime and to pass that time we talk about the nitty gritty things. Maybe even too gritty. From ninja moves to... blood. So much blood. We have to balance out the wonderful feeling of the spirt some how I guess.
New Pumpkin Patch! We visited a pumpkin patch today and came back to talk about the fun we had. And some of the fun we didn't have. Visiting a Haunted House may have been a little too much. There might be some yelling in this episode.
About to take family pictures and to kill the time Ansley said "Hey Dad, wanna do a podcast?" Now here we are! We talk about fun things we want to do in the fall, and then get side tracked by the length Ansley wants her hair. And there isn't any rhyme or reason for the rest. But is sure is fun!
Buckle up cuz there is a lot of nonsense here. Too many knock knock jokes to count followed by a full family Halloween costume run down. Plus mommy makes her debut, wether she likes it or not.
Kids will shine the light on gender roles in Pre-K if you just give them a mic. Not to mention the controversial topic of cheese pizza without cheese. Wild.
We talk about the coming fall season and a little bit about Halloween before the topic is changed to the service men and women within our community. Ya know, normal 4 year old convos and all.
