Welcome to my new podcast, Inside and Out! In my past few years as an international fashion model, attending Ivy League Universities, and growing a social media presence, I have become fascinated with the way that we as people present ourselves to the world. In this show we’re going to unpack it all: school, modeling, social media, health, society, and more; all from the inside out. 💖 Connect with me on IG (@theinsideandoutpodcast) and Twitter (@insideandoutpod) for a chance to be featured in an episode!
For the season finale of the podcast, I wanted to leave off with a fun, lighthearted episode where we talk about some of YOUR most humbling experiences.

This week we are talking about cosmetic enhancements... plastic surgery, filler, botox and the like. My question is: do they actually improve your life? Short answer - I don't think so. But I'll let you choose for yourself! I'd like to make it very clear here that these are JUST my opinions. Feel free to agree, disagree, somewhat agree... what I say is not fact. Please take everything with a grain of salt and let's all have grace for these emerging conversations. I love you, have a beautiful week <3

Can eating a restrictive diet go hand-in-hand with having a healthy relationship with food and total freedom? This is the question we are attempting to answer today as I unpack my current relationship with food as a fashion model and person in today's world. This is a topic I have personally struggled with for months, as I recover more deeply and truly. I would like to credit Kelsey Buchalter of "The Human Theatre" podcast for today's prompting question. She is a beautiful person, and one of the leaders in the program I mentioned in this video. Feel free check out her podcast! It's a great one.

When I was younger, I thought that living in the Big Apple was a telltale sign that someone had "made it". For the past few years I have grappled with the question of whether or not living in NYC is really all it's cracked up to be. This episode discusses the ins and outs of calling NYC home: whether or not it is worth the money, the stress, and altogether, the hype.

Losing a pet is incredibly difficult. Just 3 weeks ago I lost my beloved kitty, Simba. In this episode we discuss what it's like to lose a pet, what it all means, and how to cope with living without them anymore.
We talk about Simba, the effect he had on me and what it felt like to have him pass, the best way to send your pet off, how to make sense of what is happening when they leave us, and moving on with life without their physical body here with us.
This episode gets even a little spiritual at times, so take it or leave it, whatever gives you the most peace in your time of loss.
At the end I answer 3 Q&A questions. Will I get another cat? Should you put away their things immediately? Is it better not to have a pet at all since it always ends in pain?
Hope you enjoy, love you :) talk you next week.

I'm finally telling the WHOLE story of how I lost all of my hair during New York Fashion Week. This story is a long time coming, the initial incident happened in September of 2021 (over a year ago!). I discuss the whole story, how it happened, who was at fault, legal threats, emotional changes, and my new perspectives that came from having short hair.
This is the first episode that is also available with VIDEO! I highly recommend you watch on youtube, as there will be many photos for you to follow along with. Otherwise, sit back, and enjoy the sound of my voice. I love ya. See you next week <3
In this episode I discuss my perfectionist tendencies and how they really stem from a deeper fear inside of me. In particular, I discuss my difficulties in starting this podcast, and how I've struggled to let go of the perfectionism that I feel is now only holding me back.
At the end of the episode, I ask you to come up with a challenge/goal for yourself to do along with me in the next couple of weeks! For me, this challenge is to film and upload my first podcast with video. For you, try to come up with something that takes you a little bit out of your comfort zone. Maybe you want to join a club, or try a new sport. Maybe you want to try a new place to eat or study. Maybe you want to shoot your shot with someone you have a crush on. Whatever you decide, please DM me or leave me a comment on instagram @theinsideandoutpodcast. Our community is small but mighty, so I will get the chance to see everyones, which is so exciting! I can't wait for us to exchange goals and support each other throughout. <3 ILY. See you next week.
In this episode we are discussing if modeling is a good career and why. We will talk about the positives, negatives, and neutral aspects of a modeling career. The fashion industry is very complex and vast, and the products of it reach almost the entire population of the world, so considering the impact that it has on humanity is crucial. In this episode we discuss those effects, plus many more.

In this episode I discuss what it was like to get into an Ivy League school, high school bullies, getting scouted by a modeling agency, and the course of my life after becoming a fashion model. In many aspects of my life, I have focused all of my energy on doing things to become 'successful'. However, I quickly came to realize that those things didn't give me the ultimate happiness that I thought they would. Since coming to this realization, I talk about how I have shifted my view of the world and changed many things about my life!
