In this episode, we meet Hadar Orkibi, an Israeli-born real estate enthusiast who shares his journey from being a licensed agent in Israel to becoming a successful investor in the United States. Hadar grew up helping his father with his real estate ventures and developed a fascination for the freedom that passive income can bring. Wanting to explore real estate further, he obtained their license and gained experience in renting properties. However, Hadar soon realized that being an agent wasn't the right fit for him. He desired to be on the other side of the spectrum as property owners, reaping the benefits of passive income. Moving to New Zealand with his wife, they immersed themselves in the local market, doing manual labor and engaging with real estate investor associations.
They started trading properties as a wholesaler and built a portfolio of small multifamily units and commercial real estate. As the New Zealand market became less favorable for cash flow, Hadar set his sights on the United States. With his mother being an American citizen, he had the advantage of easy travel and access to financing.
After thorough market research and exploring different cities, Hadar began investing in the United States, starting with smaller properties. He honed his skills in wholesaling and joined a coaching program to gain knowledge and confidence. Their first major deal, a 45-unit apartment community, proved to be a turning point in Hadar's career.

After completing a seven-year journey to earn his doctorate in physical therapy, Lee Yoder ventured into the field and initially found a satisfying position as a home health physical therapist. The flexibility and convenience of scheduling allowed him to balance work and family life effectively. However, he soon realized that the job didn't provide the level of challenge and fulfillment he sought. "Meet the Inspiring Couple Creating Short-Term Housing for Pilots in Alaska and Kentucky"
On today's episode, we are excited to share the inspiring story of Anne Marie and Jeremy. This dynamic couple with six children residing in Anchorage, Alaska has achieved remarkable success in their careers.
Jeremy, a retired Air Force Colonel, currently works as a pilot for UPS, flying internationally on 747s. Anne Marie, on the other hand, is a licensed physical therapist, real estate professional, and kinesiology specialist. During the week, she works as an asset manager and is passionate about helping people heal and restore.
Their real estate investing journey began in 2000 when they purchased a single-family rental during a military move. They later shifted their focus to multi-family properties and have now become independent general partners and joint ventures in different locations across the US.
In their most recent entrepreneurship venture, Anne Marie and Jeremy converted multi-family units into short-term housing for UPS and FedEx pilots in Anchorage, Alaska, and Louisville, Kentucky. They currently provide temporary housing for over 60 pilots.
Anne Marie and Jeremy's ultimate goal is to use the proceeds from their real estate investments to purchase land and establish a healing wellness center. “Don’t discount options”
Sometimes the best-laid plans don't always work out, but that doesn't mean you can't find something even better.
Ever since he was young, Brian knew that he wanted to be an actor. After graduation, he went straight to New York to pursue acting professionally. Though the passion was still there, he knew he needed a job that can help his family to stability and that’s where he found his career in sales, coaching, and also, real estate.
Brian changed his life path and left his dream of acting with a debt of $90,000. He then began working for a high-end fitness company and found success in sales. Over time, he was promoted to oversee sales in 30 different locations and manage a team of more than 100 salespeople. Sometimes, the things you put your time, money, and energy into may not work out, but can lead to even better opportunities; Brian is a prime example of this. Through this experience, he gained a lot of knowledge which he now applies to his real estate business.

During his childhood living in Florida, Bailey Kramer would spot people with their families on boats just taking in the sun. This inspired him to believe that if they can buy their own yachts, then he could do the same. Always having a positive mindset, propelled him to be successful in his field at such an impressively young age.
Introducing our next guest Bailey Kramer, a 22-year-old real estate agent and investor who has already accomplished so much in his young career. Not only did he buy his first investment property at the age of 20, but he also founded his own co-hosting company and currently manages 30 Airbnb units in four different states. In addition to his short-term rental properties, he also has a portfolio of long-term rental properties.
