The Nurture Network's purpose is to inspire people to realise their self-worth, value, and to feel empowered enough to start that thing they have always wanted to, and to take the opportunities they have shied away from in the past due to fear of judgement and lack of self-belief.
Starting the podcast this year has been awesome. It’s also been tough. If there’s anything I’ve learned, it’s that I have so much respect for people who are pursuing their passions and projects on top of all the other things you manage in life like jobs and relationships.
Regardless, I’m learning many lessons along the way…
Cultural curiosity is something that I feel very passionate about. Why? Connection, knowledge, relationships and experiences.
This episodes describes some of the benefits of being culturally curious as well as what you can do to become more culturally curious whether it be music, languages or travelling...
Amardeep Parmar became the second fastest writer to gain 50,000 followers on Medium.com behind only Barack Obama! In addition, he became the co-editor of the Entrepreneur's Handbook publication with over a million views per month. He's interviewed Ev Williams and Marc Randolph (Co-Founders of Twitter and Netflix), and launched The BAE HQ - a community aimed at inspiring, connecting and guiding British Asian Entrepreneurs.
It's fair to say that this episode shares a ton of value!
Caroline Maloney's story is genuinely one of the most interesting I have heard. From being an actress, to breaking into tech and becoming a LinkedIn thought leader, it is fair to say that she made some pretty big career changes. That can be a scary thing...
But this episode covers key steps required to make these type of changes, build a personal brand on platforms like LinkedIn, as well as taking ownership of quitting bad habits that prevent you from growing in that journey.
In this episode, I share my story about facing a fear that I have always had whilst I was on holiday in Mauritius... heights!
But with some internal grit, motivation and a push (literally), I did it and I am very very grateful for it...

Yanesh Seambur is one of the top influencers on the gorgeous island of Mauritius and has built his audience primarily though comedy videos on TikTok. This passion has turned into his full time job!
Despite this, Yanesh wasn’t always the outgoing influencer you see on camera. Social anxiety and bullying were things that he had to overcome.
TikTok, hard work and time were his key success factors and I’m so excited for you to hear his journey to help inspire you to take your next step🙏🏽

Neha Shetty is a South Indian content creator, dancer and model, and as well as her creative side, she also has a background of working in tech sales.

In this episode, Neha shares how dance has helped her grow into who she is today, and how being consistent with her content and goals as a South Indian creator has, and is continuing to open windows of opportunity....

In this Nurture Nugget, we talk about the concept of time and pressure, and how these unwritten rules about where we should be in our lives at certain times can be a heavy weight on our shoulders. I will share a perspective that I hope helps you deal with pressure to hopefully ease that journey slightly!
