In the town of Whitmen Falls, resident Clara Holland is found dead in the woods. Desperate to help her best friend through the loss of her mom, sixteen-year-old Charlotte Miller calls the sheriff's daughter to look into the case, but the more they look into it, the deeper the case gets.
Good morning Whitmen falls, I come to you this morning right at the scene of the crime.
Emma talks Parker through a way to get better. Margo deals with the news about Bradey. Bradey tries to keep a promise.
Sheriff York brings Parker with him to question Dr. Mast, but Parker ends up running into someone else.
Margo shares what she translated of the chant with the others. Charlotte talks to Christian. Dr. Mast gets a call from a stranger.
Charlotte approaches Parker about what happened on Souza Hill. Margo struggles to complete her work on the chant. The York family enjoys their dinner.
Parker, Charlotte, Margo, and Bradey debrief on what Parker found in Father James's house and what it could mean for his position in the cult. Bradey attempts to make peace with Parker.
Parker dreads the consequences of her actions on Souza Hill. Charlotte goes to a new source for a possible lead on what happened to Vanessa York. The sheriff department searches Father James's house.
Margo struggles with lying to her father about looking into the case again. Parker is irritated with the company Margo has decided to invite to case work. Charlotte, Margo, Parker, and Bradey search Pastor James's house.
It's debrief time for Charlotte, Margo, and Parker. Parker meets up with a new acquaintance again.
Parker visits Nawala in search of more information on the facility. Margo goes on a date.
Margo, Charlotte, and Parker stake out the church in hopes to find some more clues towards the case. Parker struggles to understand her standings with Charlotte and Margo learns what Parker and Charlotte saw the night Michelle Turner was killed.
Margo reveals her struggles with the secrets her mom kept from her and asks Parker about the history between her and Bradey. After confronting Parker about the information she got from the sheriff station, Charlotte and Margo join the case again.
Margo tries to get Charlotte to open up about what's bothering her. Parker pays a visit to her dad for an update on the case. Christian asks Charlotte to promise him something.
It's been two weeks since Vanessa York was declared dead and Whitmen Falls has been confirmed to have a killer on the loose. Parker is attempting to get back into her friendship with Margo and Charlotte while Charlotte deals with the events of Michelle's murder.

Charlotte ventures into the woods to find Michelle. Margo and Parker chase after her, hoping they can find her before the killer does.
Sheriff York takes the evidence to the sheriff station and Margo, Charlotte, and Parker wait to hear the results of their findings.
The one week anniversary of her mothers death hits Margo. Charlotte finishes her time in Nawala with new information and a new theory.
Charlotte, Margo, and Parker drive to the rehab facility. Margo and Parker search for their mother's files while Charlotte tries to admit herself into the rehab program.
Charlotte and Margo catch Parker up on their lead. Parker informs Charlotte and Margo that her dad now knows they're following the case. The girls decide what their next step is going to be.
Sheriff York gets a call that someones been tampering with the Holland file. Margo and Charlotte look for evidence of more victims.
Parker gets caught by her sister while working on the case. Charlotte starts to get Margo on her side.
Charlotte tries to save her friendship with Margo. Meanwhile, Margo tries to get Parker to stop working on the case.
Parker starts looking into Mrs. Hollands case for an unknown reasons. The Hollands feel the loss harder the second day, but Margo is starting to open up to Charlotte.
The Holland family grieves the loss of Clara while Charlotte struggles to find a way to comfort her friend. Desperate to learn about Mrs. Holland's death, Charlotte calls an old acquaintance. New information comes to light about Mrs. Holland that might just change the case
