Hebrews 4:14-1614 Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven,[f] Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. 15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin. 16 Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
Judges 16:26-30
Now the temple was full of men and women. All the lords of the Philistines were there—about three thousand men and women on the roof watching while Samson performed. Then Samson called to the Lord, saying, “O Lord God, remember me, I pray! Strengthen me, I pray, just this once, O God, that I may with one blow take vengeance on the Philistines for my two eyes!” And Samson took hold of the two middle pillars which supported the temple, and he braced himself against them, one on his right and the other on his left. Then Samson said, “Let me die with the Philistines!” And he pushed with all his might, and the temple fell on the lords and all the people who were in it. So the dead that he killed at his death were more than he had killed in his life.
Joel 2:25-27
So I will restore to you the years qthat the swarming locust has eaten,The crawling locust,The consuming locust,And the chewing locust,My great army which I sent among you. You shall reat in plenty and be satisfied,And praise the name of the Lord your God,Who has dealt wondrously with you;And My people shall never be put to shame. Then you shall know that I am tin the midst of Israel: the Lord your God And there is no other. My people shall never be put to shame.
Exodus 14:10-16
10 And when Pharaoh drew near, the children of Israel lifted their eyes, and behold, the Egyptians marched after them. So they were very afraid, and the children of Israel cried out to the Lord. 11 Then they said to Moses, “Because there were no graves in Egypt, have you taken us away to die in the wilderness? Why have you so dealt with us, to bring us up out of Egypt? 12 Is this not the word that we told you in Egypt, saying, ‘Let us alone that we may serve the Egyptians’? For it would have been better for us to serve the Egyptians than that we should die in the wilderness.”13 And Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation[b] of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. 14 The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold[c] your peace.”15 And the Lord said to Moses, “Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward. 16 But lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it. And the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.
Mark 5:1-10
5 Then they came to the other side of the sea, to the country of the [a]Gadarenes. 2 And when He had come out of the boat, immediately there met Him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit, 3 who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no one could bind [b]him, not even with chains, 4 because he had often been bound with shackles and chains. And the chains had been pulled apart by him, and the shackles broken in pieces; neither could anyone tame him. 5 And always, night and day, he was in the mountains and in the tombs, crying out and cutting himself with stones.6 When he saw Jesus from afar, he ran and worshiped Him. 7 And he cried out with a loud voice and said, “What have I to do with You, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I implore[c] You by God that You do not torment me.”8 For He said to him, “Come out of the man, unclean spirit!” 9 Then He asked him, “What is your name?”And he answered, saying, “My name is Legion; for we are many.” 10 Also he begged Him earnestly that He would not send them out of the country.
Romans 7:15-25
I’m a mystery to myself, for I want to do what is right, but end up doing what my moral instincts condemn. And if my behavior is not in line with my desire, my conscience still confirms the excellence of the law. And now I realize that it is no longer my true self doing it, but the unwelcome intruder of sin in my humanity. For I know that nothing good lives within the flesh of my fallen humanity. The longings to do what is right are within me, but willpower is not enough to accomplish it. My lofty desires to do what is good are dashed when I do the things I want to avoid. So if my behavior contradicts my desires to do good, I must conclude that it’s not my true identity doing it, but the unwelcome intruder of sin hindering me from being who I really am. Through my experience of this principle, I discover that even when I want to do good, evil is ready to sabotage me. Truly, deep within my true identity, I love to do what pleases God. But I discern another power operating in my humanity, waging a war against the moral principles of my conscience and bringing me into captivity as a prisoner to the “law” of sin—this unwelcome intruder in my humanity. What an agonizing situation I am in! So who has the power to rescue this miserable man from the unwelcome intruder of sin and death? I give all my thanks to God, for his mighty power has finally provided a way out through our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One! So if left to myself, the flesh is aligned with the law of sin, but now my renewed mind is fixed on and submitted to God’s righteous principles.
Malachi 3:16-17
Then those who feared the LORD spoke to one another, And the LORD listened and heard them; So a book of remembrance was written before Him For those who fear the LORD And who meditate on His name.“They shall be Mine,” says the LORD of hosts, “On the day that I make them My jewels. And I will spare them As a man spares his own son who serves him.”Then you shall again discern Between the righteous and the wicked, Between one who serves God And one who does not serve Him.
Malachi 3:16
Then those who feared the Lord talked with each other, and the Lord listened and heard. A scroll of remembrance was written in his presence concerning those who feared the Lord and honored his name.
Genesis 29:14-20
14 Then Laban said to him, “You are my own flesh and blood.”
After Jacob had stayed with him for a whole month, 15 Laban said to him, “Just because you are a relative of mine, should you work for me for nothing? Tell me what your wages should be.”
16 Now Laban had two daughters; the name of the older was Leah, and the name of the younger was Rachel. 17 Leah had weak[a] eyes, but Rachel had a lovely figure and was beautiful. 18 Jacob was in love with Rachel and said, “I’ll work for you seven years in return for your younger daughter Rachel.”
19 Laban said, “It’s better that I give her to you than to some other man. Stay here with me.” 20 So Jacob served seven years to get Rachel, but they seemed like only a few days to him because of his love for her.
Revelation 3:14 -16
14 “And to the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write,‘These things says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God: 15 “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. 16 So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither [k]cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.
Isaiah 61:3 [NKJV]
To console those who mourn in Zion,To give them beauty for ashes,The oil of joy for mourning,The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness,The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.”We are clothed with the garment of praise, the garment of righteousness; the garment of Christ that is white as snow.Receive your new garment!#newbeginning
Habakkuk 3:2
A prayer of the prophet Habakkuk, with orchestra:
God, I’ve heard what our ancestors say about you,
and I’m stopped in my tracks, down on my knees.
Do among us what you did among them.
Work among us as you worked among them.
And as you bring judgment, as you surely must,
remember mercy.
'There cannot be corporate revival without personal revival.'
~Pastor Bob Wanjau
Revival is an awakening of the Spirit. God is calling us back to the secret place. Back to the place of personal time with Him. Back to the place of worship and intimacy. God loves you jealously and one of His greatest desires is to commune with you.
Take some quality time this week to love on God.
1 Kings 19:1-4 [NKJV]
And Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah had done, also how he had executed all the prophets with the sword. Then Jezebel sent a messenger to Elijah, saying, “So let the gods do to me, and more also, if I do not make your life as the life of one of them by tomorrow about this time.” And when he saw that, he arose and ran for his life, and went to Beersheba, which belongs to Judah, and left his servant there. But he himself went a day’s journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a broom tree. And he prayed that he might die, and said, “It is enough! Now, Lord, take my life, for I am no better than my fathers!”
Elijah was discouraged by WORDS. Discouragement is part of the journey of faith. One of the best ways to overcome discouragement is by countering a negative report with a positive report. Do not let people's comments to get to you. Do not allow your situation in life to discourage you to the point of giving up. Keep on confessing what you want to see in your life. Don't lose hope!
Hebrews 10:32-35 [MSG]
Remember those early days after you first saw the light? Those were the hard times! Kicked around in public, targets of every kind of abuse—some days it was you, other days your friends. If some friends went to prison, you stuck by them. If some enemies broke in and seized your goods, you let them go with a smile, knowing they couldn’t touch your real treasure. Nothing they did bothered you, nothing set you back. So don’t throw it all away now. You were sure of yourselves then. It’s still a sure thing! But you need to stick it out, staying with God’s plan so you’ll be there for the promised completion.
Psalm 119:105
Your word is a lamp to my feet
And a light to my path.
Today, the Lord impressed on our hearts to pray for clarity: clarity in our assignments, clarity in our marriages, clarity in our workplaces. God does not enjoy it when we waste time. He wants us to build effectively and efficiently. But in order for us to do that, we need to first KNOW His plan. How? Through prayer.
So take some time this week and pray for God to reveal His plan for your life to you. Ask for clarity and wisdom on how to go about things in your life. Listen to His counsel and walk in His light.
Matthew 12:36-37 [ESV]
I tell you, on the day of judgment people will give account for every careless word they speak, for by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”
Words are powerful. Your words shape your future. Be careful what you speak about yourself. Be careful what you speak about your children. Cast down and destroy every negative word spoken against you; and in its place, speak positive words concerning yourself, your family and your future.
Proverbs 18:21 [KJV]
Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
Eph. 2:14-16 [NLT]14 For Christ himself has brought peace to us. He united Jews and Gentiles into one people when, in his own body on the cross, he broke down the wall of hostility that separated us. 15 He did this by ending the system of law with its commandments and regulations. He made peace between Jews and Gentiles by creating in himself one new people from the two groups. 16 Together as one body, Christ reconciled both groups to God by means of his death on the cross, and our hostility toward each other was put to death.
1 John 3:1-2
[1]Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.
[2]Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.
The State of The Heart
Jeremiah 17:9-10 [KJV]
The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.
The Bible says that the heart of man is desperately wicked. No matter how righteous we may be in our own eyes, our righteousness is as filthy rags to God. Take time to check on your heart posture this week. Be real with God, tell Him about your mess, your struggles, your fears; anything and everything that's on your heart. And His promise is that a contrite heart, He shall not despise.
Are you in need of help from God? Do you sometimes feel unworthy of love? We are here to let you know that God loves you, just the way you are. You don't need to do anything or change anything for him to love you; He simply loves you. So come as you are! We have our services every Sunday from 9 AM at Jubilee Christian Church Kikuyu. There's a cup of hot tea waiting for you! Your life will never be the same again.
Psalm 91:1-41 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most HighShall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.”3 Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the [a]fowlerAnd from the perilous pestilence.4 He shall cover you with His feathers,And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.God has your back. God is fighting for you! He is seeing you through every challenge and hardship in your life. He has not left your side, and He never will. Continue trusting in the Lord; it is not in vain.www.jcckikuyu.co.ke
God wants you to grow. Don't settle for where you are right now. There is so much you can do in your life. God is waiting for you to SPEAK faith and ACT faith. God didn't create you so that you can live in fear and anxiety.
Jer. 29:11 [NIV]
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
God's Word says that he plans to prosper you. But He needs you to first believe in yourself. He needs you to believe in Him and His Word. And most importantly, He needs you to BUILD YOUR CAPACITY!

Luke 11:1
And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.
Prayer is not sending God on you errands, or trying to get God to rubberstamp your plans. Prayer is laying down your will for God's will. Get to learn more on the topic of Prayer with Pastor Bob Wanjau through this teaching.
Acts 1:8
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
This portion of scripture says that you shall receive power after that the Holy Ghost has come upon you. Now, as a new creation, you already have the Holy Ghost living inside of you.
1 Corinthians 6:19
know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
Therefore, this means that you ALREADY have the power of God upon you! You don't need to pray to receive power; it is already inside of you!
Decree it, "I have the power of God inside of me!"
"You don't tell God what to do. God tells you what to do."

God is always speaking, but we need to take time to listen to him. Many are the times that we begin listening to God well then we grow impatient and start to look for our own ways of doing things.
Purpose to learn God's plan for your life and to stick to it. Take time to listen to God in the secret place. Don't be in a hurry. He is always speaking and He wants to speak to you; even today.
Have a blessed week and enjoy this teaching from Pastor Bob Wanjau.

he New birth is not a change of habit! Though it will produce a change of habit!
It "produces" a New creature! The New man, born of the Spirit!
The new creature is supernaturally known, by the revelation which is found in the Word!
It's a new man, born of the Spirit. It's not a reformation of the sinner, it's the birth of a saint. It's the union of God and man, enacted by the Spirit's indwelling!
It's eternal life now given, it's God's eternal word bringing forth!
The New birth is not about a "pardoned" sinner, it's about a new creature, sins forgiven, righteousness imputed!
God now has sons, by the fact of Christ's resurrection, sons brought into glory, when Christ was born from death to life - in the resurrection.
Death has got nothing on us, because Christ being raised dieth no more, even so, because we are IN CHRIST, all of Christ's accomplishment at resurrection are now ours!
We are sons - IN CHRIST
Christ died - We died with Him
He was buried - We were buried with Him
He was raised - We were raised with Him
He is seated today and we are seated with Him!
This is the new creature!
The New creature is perfectly identified in the Saviour's work!
Christ's accomplishment at resurrection are all ours today!
He gave Him (Christ) to be head over all things to the church, which is His body!
Christ's accomplishment are towards the church - the family of the New Creature, the Father's family!
This revelation when fully seen will give rise to men who walk in victory, who walk in power and who walk in love!
Today, you and I, having believed the gospel are IN HIS WORK! Now and always ...
Blessed!
1 Timothy 2:4 KJV Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
The word KNOWLEDGE here is the Greek word is EPIGNOSIS which means accurate, precise definite knowledge... God not only wants you saved, but for you to come to the EPIGNOSIS of the truth.
What is the truth?
Greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world!

Today, we started a sermon series on The Saviour, The Saved and His Salvation. The theme of the entire Bible is Salvation through a Saviour. The Saviour is Jesus and we should see Him in all the 66 books of the Bible.Join us next Sunday as we continue to build on this teaching and learn more about our Saviour.
The moment you got born again, you stepped into a position of AUTHORITY.Ephesians 1:20-21Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:YOU are seated together with Christ in the heavenly places! Far above all principalities and rule of this world! So as a believer, you have POWER. The power of God is in you, but you need to first KNOW that you have the power of God. How do you get to know? by reading the Word of God.Ephesians 1:18The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may KNOW what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,This week, take some time and pray this scripture. May God open the eyes of your understanding as you continue to walk with Him in Jesus' name.#prayer
Acts 20:32
So now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.
GOD IS BUILDING YOU!
God is building your future, God is building your assignment, God is building your marriage, God is building your business. God is building YOU.
How does God build you:
1. Through his Word.
2. Through other people.

Exodus 3:1-3
Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian. And he led the flock to the back of the desert, and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. And the Angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush. So he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed. Then Moses said, “I will now turn aside and see this great sight, why the bush does not burn.”
The backside of the desert refers to a place of clarity of assignment, a place of hardship and a place of divine waiting. It is in the backside of the desert that Moses was called by God via the burning bush experience. It was while Jesus was in the wilderness that He conquered the temptations of the Enemy.
Do you feel like you're in a place of hardship? Do you feel like God is taking His time to answer your prayers?
Listen to this message by Pastor Cathy Wanjau and be encouraged!
Man, if you're going to be effective at finishing what God has given you to do, whatever it is. Whether it's business, whether it's raising a child, whether it's starting a company, whether it's writing a book, or whatever it is. And it's a major project. You have to be prepared, number one, to finish in phases.
You attack a big project by phases. David went down there to whip Goliath. He went down there to kill him, but he didn't start out by killing him. He had to confront him, he had to attack him, and then he had to assassinate him.
He knocked him down before he knocked him out. You have to finish in phases. It takes phases. To whom much is given, much is required. You have to finish in phases.
Somebody say, "I'm gonna finish in phases".
SELF-SABOTAGE THROUGH UNFINISHED PROJECTS
Today we learnt how unfinished projects can affect our energy, time and even spiritual walk. It is prudent to enquire with God before you begin a project. The Christian man or woman is meant to be led by God in all the spheres of life. That includes matters such as marriage, finances, business and service.
Want to know more on how to avoid self-sabotage? Watch the video of today's sermon on our Youtube channel.
THE SHACKLES OF SABOTAGE ARE BROKEN!
John 16:33 [KJV]
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but BE OF GOOD CHEER; I HAVE OVERCOME THE WORLD.
Jesus has overcome the world, and through Him, we have also overcome the world! There is no delay in our camp, no form of sabotage will prosper against us, the devices of the enemy are defeated in Jesus' name!

Sabotage is the deliberate act of obstructing someone or something from progress. Sabotage is spiritual. It doesn't just happen. The devil is always in the business of sabotaging Christians so that other people can doubt the effectiveness of the gospel.

18. O that thou hadst hearkened to my commandments! Then had thy peace been as a river, and thy righteousness as the waves of the sea:
19. Thy seed also had been as the sand, and the offspring of thy bowels like the gravel thereof; his name should not have been cut off nor destroyed from before me.

[9]Now Jabez was more honorable than his brothers, and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, “Because I bore him in pain.”
[10]And Jabez called on the God of Israel saying, “Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!” So God granted him what he requested.
What happens when the hand of God is with you?

1 Corinthians 14:2 [NKJV]
For he who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God, for no one understands him; however, in the spirit he speaks mysteries. When we pray in tongues, we speak mysteries in the Spirit. This weekend we have spent much time praying in the Spirit. It is never in vain. One day we shall reap the harvest of the time we have spent in prayer.
Romans 12:11-13 [NKJV]11not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; 12 rejoicing in hope, patient[c] in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer; 13 distributing to the needs of the saints, given[d] to hospitality.
John 14:16 [NKJV]
And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever
The word 'another' in this verse is the Greek word 'parakletos' which means 'another OF THE SAME KIND'. So Jesus and the Holy Spirit are the SAME SPIRIT; they are the SAME PERSON. The only difference is that Jesus while He was on earth, was restricted to his physical body, therefore he could only preach the Gospel in Israel. But now the Holy Spirit, since He is Spirit, is not restricted to one geographical location; He can be everywhere at the same time, and that means He can preach the Gospel to everyone everywhere!

2 Chronicles 26:14-15 [NIV]
Uzziah provided shields, spears, helmets, coats of armor, bows and slingstones for the entire army. In Jerusalem he made devices invented for use on the towers and on the corner defenses so that soldiers could shoot arrows and hurl large stones from the walls. His fame spread far and wide, for he was greatly helped until he became powerful.
We are mightily helped of God! This is our year of supernatural intervention. We decree that the hand of God is upon our lives, to make our ways prosperous, to restore what we have lost, to grant us favour, to grant us increase! We are marvelously helped of God. Our lives shall be a testimony. It shall be said of us as it was said of king Uzziah, that God greatly helped us in the year 2025 and we became POWERFUL by the hand of God.

"There is nothing like a faithful, LAZY person."
~Pastor Bob
Proverbs 10:4 [NKJV]"He who has a slack hand becomes poor, But the hand of the diligent makes rich."
The Word of God in the book of Proverbs repeatedly instructs us in the book of Proverbs to be diligent in our places of work. Laziness does not glorify God; it only leads to poverty and lack. Whereas diligence surely leads to riches.
So do you want your needs to be met? Or a job promotion? Then choose to be faithful and diligent in your place of work and you will surely see the hand of the Lord increase and multiply your finances.
Pr. 20:6 [KJV]
Most men will proclaim every one his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find?
God is looking for faithful servants. What is a servant? A servant is one that performs duties for a person or a master. God has called you to serve others; this is how He represents Himself to the world. So, any place that you are called to work is a opportunity for you to represent God.
What does it mean to be faithful? A faithful person is one who is loyal and steadfast. Faithfulness and loyalty has suffering, but in the end it bears a reward and grants us elevation.

But Abishai the son of Zeruiah came to David’s aid, and struck and killed the Philistine. Then David’s men swore to him, “You shall not go out again with us to battle, so that you do not extinguish the lamp of Israel.”
Abishai came to David's rescue when David was at his weakest point. One of the qualities of an Abishai Generation is that they are close enough to their king so that they can come to their rescue. As we serve the Lord, let us purpose to be close to our leaders and pastors.

Retaining God's Word in your heart is all about meditation. Meditation is seeing the possibility of practicability of God's Word in your life. So when we meditate on the Word of God, we release its power over our lives. Take some time this week and meditate on the Word of God. Take a scripture and ponder on it, read it over and over again until it becomes a part of you. That is how you release the power of God's Word over your life.#scripture #wordofGod #meditation
John 3:3-5 [KJV]3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.If we read this portion of scripture in the Greek lexicon, we find out that verse 5 actually says 'Except a man be born of water WHICH IS the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.' What does this mean? It means that being born again is by the Spirit of God. It is not by being baptised in water that we become born again but when we allow Jesus into our hearts, that we truly become born again. Then the Spirit of God can dwell in our bodies and we have the assurance of entering the kingdom of God.
Eph 3:14-17
14 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
15 Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;
17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith;
The Holy Spirit prepares the way for our Lord Jesus to dwell in our hearts. It is through this strength that we can contain the power of Christ in our mortal bodies.

John 14:6Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.The truth is not a statement or confession. The truth is Jesus Christ.
John 1:17For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.Ephesians 4:13-14Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceiveSpiritual growth comes by KNOWLEDGE; knowledge of what? Knowledge of the truth. From the above scriptures, we've proven that Jesus is the truth. Therefore, we can say that when you grow in the knowledge of Jesus and what He did for you, you can no longer be tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine.

'If you do no renew your mind, you will think God is not for you.'
~Pst. Bob
You need to continuously renew your mind for your walk with God to be effective. In today's sermon, we discuss the importance of walking with God everyday and using His Word to reshape and reform your mind.
2 Corinthians 3:18
But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.
Have you ever heard someone talk about the power of thought? Our mind has a remarkable influence over us. What is on our minds influences the way that we act. Reflect on this for a moment: When something makes us angry, the more we think about it, the angrier we get. When we are sad, it can seem like our mind is a dark room full of sad thoughts. Anyway, our thoughts influence us a lot.
The LORD has been impressing in our hearts the battles of the mind that have increased exponentially over the last few months. Today we shall begin a short series on understanding the mind. Welcome and share this sermon with someone who you think needs to hear it.
Jonah is unique among the books of the prophets, which are typically collections of God’s words spoken through a prophet. This book doesn’t really focus on the words of a prophet; rather, it’s a subversive story about a prophet who resents his God for loving his enemies. The prophet Jonah appears only one other time in the Old Testament, during the reign of one of Israel’s worst kings, Jeroboam II. Jonah prophesied in his favor, promising that he would win a battle and regain territory on Israel’s northern border (2 Kgs. 14:23-25) Now, it’s important to know that the prophet Amos confronted Jeroboam II and that, through him, God specifically reversed Jonah’s prophecy (Amos 6:13) You who rejoice in Lodebar, And say, “Have we not by our own strength taken Karnaim for ourselves?” 14“For behold, I am going to raise up a nation against you, O house of Israel,” declares the Lord God of hosts, “And they will afflict you from the entrance of Hamath To the brook of the Arabah.”). Amos promised that Jeroboam II would lose those same territories because of his sin. So before Jonah’s story even begins, we’re already a bit suspicious of this character.More on this? Ezekiel 22:30 NKJV
So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one.
God is looking for a man to stand in the gap. He is looking for an intercessor; a prayer warrior who will stand up for their generation, their family, their relatives and their friends! Are you going to be that man, that woman who won't settle until they come to see the will of God come to pass in their lives and in the lives of those around them!
The human heart, in its natural condition, is evil, treacherous and deceitful. Jeremiah 17:9 says, “The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?” In other words, the Fall has affected us at the deepest level; our mind, emotions and desires have been tainted by sin—and we are blind to just how pervasive the problem is. We may not understand our own hearts, but God does. He “knows the secrets of the heart” (Psalm 44:21; see also 1 Corinthians 14:25). Jesus “knew all men, and had no need that anyone should testify of man, for He knew what was in man” (John 2:24-25). Based on His knowledge of the heart, God can judge righteously: “I, the LORD, search the heart, I test the mind, Even to give every man according to his ways, According to the fruit of his doings” (Jeremiah 17:10). Jesus pointed out the fallen condition of our hearts in Mark 7:21-23: “From within, out of men’s hearts, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality..More? Listen in to this sermon.
Proverbs 13:12
Hope deferred makes the heart sick,
but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life.
To defer means to delay or postpone something. Therefore 'hope deferred' means hope delayed or hope postponed. From this explanation, we can now understand the context verse better. Therefore 'Hope deferred makes the hear sick' means that once you've put your hope on someone and they delay to make good on what they said, you will lose heart.
Matthew 26:22-23“The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eyes are unhealthy, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!
Eph. 6:10-13 [NIV]Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
"The gifts of the Spirit are meant to benefit the entire body of Christ."
~Pastor Bob
The gifts of the Spirit are not meant to be used to manipulate others, or to get our way. They are meant to be used with love. Whenever the Holy Spirit administers a gift to you, it is not for your own benefit; it is for the benefit of your fellow brethren.
1 Cor. 12:4-8
There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all:for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit,
The gift of word of knowledge is an utterance gift. In the above scripture, we see that it is WORD of knowledge, not WORDS. What is a word? It is a FRAGMENT of a sentence. Therefore, a word of knowledge is a fragment of someone's knowledge. This gives us the definition of the gift of word of knowledge; it is a fragment of the knowledge of God.
1 Corinthians 12:1-3Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not want you to be ignorant: You know that you were Gentiles, carried away to these dumb[b] idols, however you were led. Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.Paul says that concerning spiritual gifts, he does not want us to be IGNORANT. It is our responsibility as Christians to not only learn about the gifts of the Holy Spirit but to also manifest and walk in them. Get to know more about the gifts of the Holy Spirit through this sermon by Pastor Bob Wanjau.
A bondservant is a slave who willingly decides to stay with his master even when he is free to leave. This means that the person will no longer be treated as a slave, but as an extension of the family.
Eph. 6:5-7Bondservants,[a] obey your earthly masters[b] with fear and trembling, with a sincere heart, as you would Christ, not by the way of eye-service, as people-pleasers, but as bondservants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart, rendering service with a good will as to the Lord and not to man,
Paul says here that we are 'bondservants of Christ'. That means that our purpose is to carry out the will of Jesus in this world.
Ps. 84:1-7How lovely is Your tabernacle,O Lord of hosts! My soul longs, yes, even faintsFor the courts of the Lord;My heart and my flesh cry out for the living God.Even the sparrow has found a home,And the swallow a nest for herself,Where she may lay her young—Even Your altars, O Lord of hosts,My King and my God. SelahBlessed is the man whose strength is in You,Whose heart is set on pilgrimage. As they pass through the Valley of [c]Baca,They make it a spring; The rain also covers it with [d]pools. They go from strength to strength; Each one appears before God in Zion.
Acts 9:15-16 [NIV]But the Lord said to Ananias, “Go! This man is my chosen instrument to proclaim my name to the Gentiles and their kings and to the people of Israel.I will show him how much he must suffer for my name.”'There is no glory without sacrifice.'
~Min. Francis
For us to fulfil our destinies, we need to undergo seasons of preparation. Preparation is often painful and stressful. This is necessary for us to be able to bear the fruits that God desires. We need to be willing to push through the suffering and fulfil God's plan for our lives.
A human being is consisted of three parts: mind, body and soul. We are naturally predisposed to follow our body's instincts. That is why things such as eating and sleeping are so easy to do. However, from the word of God, we learn that we are meant to be led by the Spirit of God.
Rom. 8:14 [NKJV]
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
Therefore, a large part of our work as Christians is training ourselves to listen to our spirit rather than our bodies.
Psalms 91:1-2 [NKJV]He who dwells in the secret place of the Most HighShall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.”Divine protection is real. If God were to reveal to us how many things He has protected us from, our mouths would be filled with appreciation rather than complaining. The closer we are to God, the easier it is for Him to protect us because we will be sensitive to His leadings and nudging. Choose to be led by the Spirit of God, choose to be spiritual. That is the safest place to be as a Christian.

Mt. 5:43-44 [NKJV]“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, The biggest proof of your love is SACRIFICE. Loving people is never and will never be easy. The walk of love needs us to constantly focus our gaze on God and not on men; that way, we draw of God's love then dispense it to others.
This week, purpose to walk in love towards your boss, your relatives, your colleagues and even towards those who hurt you. That is the kind of life we have been called to live as Christians.

Jeremiah 18:1-6 [NIV]
This is the word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord: “Go down to the potter’s house, and there I will give you my message.” So I went down to the potter’s house, and I saw him working at the wheel. But the pot he was shaping from the clay was marred in his hands; so the potter formed it into another pot, shaping it as seemed best to him.
Then the word of the Lord came to me. He said, “Can I not do with you, Israel, as this potter does?” declares the Lord. “Like clay in the hand of the potter, so are you in my hand, Israel.

Luke 16:11[11]Therefore if you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches?'Unrighteous mammon' in this context means money. This scripture states that money is an object that God uses to test whether you are capable of handling true riches. That means that God is interested in how you spend your money! 1 Timothy 4:8 [KJV]For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
Exercise is never easy, or sweet. It involves a lot of pain, sweating and fatigue. But with enough rest, consistency and drive; it will eventually bear fruit. Likewise, spiritual exercise is tideous, painful and oftentimes frustrating; but eventually, it bears fruit! So don't give up on prayer! Don't give up on studying the Word! Push on! Athletes are renown globally for being commited and disciplined. They train everyday and follow a strict diet. They spend majority of their lifetime either on the field or in the gym. Their lives are basically founded on the sport they subscribe to.
I have a question: as a Christian, can the same be said about you? Do you exercise spiritually everyday? Are you on a strict diet of spiritual material? Spiritual songs? Spiritual books?......

"Prayer is communing or fellowshiping with your Father."
~Minister Francis
When we pray, we give God the permission to intervene in our daily lives. Prayer is what connects us to the divine world of God.
"It seems that God can so nothing unless men pray."
~John Wesley
As men and women of God, we ought to pray. It is our divine responsibility to bring God's will to pass in this world. And the only way we can effectively do that is through prayer. Without prayer, we are blind, lost and carnal. But with prayer, we are strong, bold and wise.

What is the never-ending endeavour of every new creation believer?
Every new creation believer has the obligation to renew their mind. How do you renew your mind? By reading the Word of God. Whenever you read the Word of God, your mind begins to turn away from the system of the world and turns to the system of the spirit.
In this sermon, Minister Ken explains how to 'Unwrap your Mind' by beholding the Word of God.

The old was done away with and you were born anew. Because of this, you should no longer define yourself by who you used to be, but who you are in Christ Jesus. The challenges that we face as Christians is majorly because we do not understand our identity in Christ. In fact, he should've made losses rather than a profit. But from the Word of God, we can learn that God's instructions often do not make sense in the logical world. God will lead you to do things that won't make any sense to you, but all He is interested in is your OBEDIENCE. In the Christian context, discouragement comes from the devil. And it is used by the devil as a weapon to get us to stop serving God or stop praying. How prayer helps us be more like Christ, how God deals with our weaknesses and sins in the place of prayer and how prayer ultimately changes the course of our entire lives.

One of the things that you and I should ensure we do every now and then is to reflect and take stock of our lives…
One of the downsides of life is to alwaysthink you have enough time and you are young and have many more years. Truth, is you don’t. Every day you are spending destiny whether in a good way or bad.
Every wise businessman will occasionallyhold a stock-taking, when he will examine his accounts, consider what he has onhand, and determine clearly whether his trade is prosperous or declining.
Proverbs 27:23-27 MSG Know your sheep by name; carefully attend to your flocks;
(Don't take them for granted; possessions don't last forever, you know.) And then, when the crops are in and the harvest is stored in the barns, You can knit sweaters from lambs' wool, and sell your goats for a profit; There will be plenty of milk and meat to last your family through the winter.

John 3:16 (NIV)For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
The Love of Christ is a never-ending topic. It spans the whole length of the Bible. In this sermon, Minister Mike covers the topic of the Christian's perspective of God's love.
1 Corinthians 13:4 (NIV)Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
As Christians, we are meant to walk in the love of Christ. Walking in love is not easy, but God provides us with the grace to do so. I pray that this sermon ministers to you.
Have a merry Christmas!

Ephesians 1:3-5 (NKJV)3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, 4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, 5 having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will,God predestined us to be saved from the beginning of time. His will to give us salvation through the ultimate sacrifice of His dear Son, Jesus Christ, has been evident from the book of Genesis to the book of Malachi. In this sermon, Minister Francis explains how Jesus Christ was the principle message of the 37 books of the Old Testament.

Hebrews 6:13-18
13 When God made his promise to Abraham, since there was no one greater for him to swear by, he swore by himself, 14 saying, “I will surely bless you and give you many descendants.”[d] 15 And so after waiting patiently, Abraham received what was promised.
16 People swear by someone greater than themselves, and the oath confirms what is said and puts an end to all argument. 17 Because God wanted to make the unchanging nature of his purpose very clear to the heirs of what was promised, he confirmed it with an oath. 18 God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope set before us may be greatly encouraged.
Immutability means the ability of something or someone to stay a long time without changing. Therefore, the immutability of God's counsel means that God's purpose through His counsel/Word never changes. It is eternal, it never fails nor changes. It remains the same throughout eternity.
"What is this will of God for my life?" You may ask. The will of God for your life through His Word is: goodness, love, charity, abundance, long life and so on and so forth.

Do you realize that the desire toimprove your life with each new year began in the heart of God?
As each year draws to a close, people often reflecton what they intended to achieve during the past year.
Some may look back feeling satisfied with whatthey accomplished, while others may feel quite dissatisfied.
Typically, those who look back with satisfaction also look forward to greater accomplishments inthe upcoming year.
However, the same can be true for those dissatisfied with last year's achievements. These people can make a New Year's resolution to improve in the new year that lies before them.
Like most people, you have probably made NewYear's resolutions to lose weight, exercise regularly, eat better, get a new job, start investments, or somehow improve your quality of life.
But do you realize that the desire to improveyour life with each new year began in the heart of God?

To be holy means to be cut off, or separate, from everythingelse. It means to be in a class of your own, distinct from anything that has ever existed or will ever exist. QADOWSH means a secondthing: to be holy means to be entirely morally pure, all the time and in everyway possible.
When you put these two elements of holiness together, you'releft with only one conclusion: that the Lord of hosts is the sum and definition of what it means to be holy. He occupies a moral space that no one has ever occupied before, and as such, we have no experience or frame of reference to understand what he is like because there's nothing like him.
There's even more to be said. God's holiness is not anaspect of who he is or what he does; no, God's holiness is theessence of who he is. If you were to ask, "How is theholiness of God revealed?" the only right answer would be, "Ineverything he does." Everything God thinks, desires, speaks, and does is utterly holy inevery way.
God is holy in every attribute and every action: He is holyin justice. He is holy in love. He is holy in mercy. He is holy in power. He is holy in sovereignty. He is holy in wisdom. He is holy in patience. He is holy in anger. He is holy in grace. He is holy in faithfulness. He is holy in compassion.
He is even holy in his holiness!

What does it mean to revive?
It means to restore to life or consciousness, it means to regain life, give new strength or
energy. REVIVAL IS THE ACT OF BEING REVIVED, RENEWED ATTENTION TO OR INTEREST IN
SOMETHING.
It’s like a rebirth or a re-awakening, an invigorating experience where the Holy Spirit moves
freely among believers, setting their hearts on fire for the Lord.
It is interesting to note that after our LORD Jesus was crucified, the Apostles actually went
back to their earlier trade. Peter went back to fishing. Until he again encounters the
resurrected master who calls him back to his call.

Philippians1:3-6 (NKJV) 3 I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, 4 always in every prayer of mine making request for you all with joy, 5 for your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now, 6 being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day ofJesus Christ;
When Paul penned these encouraging words, he was shackled in a prison in Rome. He had been locked away for two years and during that time church leaders in Rome turned against him. They were so jealous of Paul they refused to accept his pastoral care. At times these leaders ignored Paul.
At other times they circulated vicious gossip about him. They even harassed Paul, stooping to the point of intercepting his mail. According to the apostle, these sinful men “preach(ed) Christ of contention” and with “envy and strife”
Yet through all of these trials, Paul maintained a joyful andforgiving spirit. He was saying to the congregation at Philippi, “Some of these men are so envious of me they are distorting the gospel they preach. They preachcontention and division.

Creativity Is the Search for Solutions.
Let me illustrate. In large gatherings of the past, speakers could not be heard clearly. So, microphones and public address systems were created. Eyeglasses were created for those who have difficulty seeing.
Problems are the catalysts for creativity. When an inventor—whether it is Thomas Edison or whomever—invents something, his creativity is based on an existing problem.
He solves the problem, and he is rewarded accordingly.
Why did you buy your car? Because it solved a transportation problem.
Why do you watch the news each evening on television? It solves an information problem.
So, every part of you has an Assignment, a problem to solve. Your eyes have the Assignment of seeing. Your ears solve the problem of hearing.
Adam had a problem. So, God created a solution, Eve. “Andthe Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him,” Genesis 2:18.
Each one of us is a solution.

What is destiny?
According to the dictionary, destiny is defined as the events that will necessarily happen to a particular person or thing in the future.
Now there is a difference between FATE and DESTINY
While 'fate' and 'destiny' are often used interchangeably, they have subtle differences in meaning, with 'fate' implying inevitability and lack of control, while 'destiny' suggests purpose and personal agency.
'Fate' refers to the idea that events are predetermined and cannot be changed. It implies a sense of inevitability or a lack of control over the course of one's life. Fate is often associated with the idea of a higher power or supernatural force that shapes the course of events. As such, it can sometimes have negative connotations, as it suggests a lack of control and a sense of resignation to one's circumstances.
'Destiny', on the other hand, implies a sense of purpose or direction in one's life. It suggests that there is a goal or destination that a person is meant to reach, and that their actions can influence the course of events. Destiny is often associated with the idea of personal agency or free will.
Now the biblical definition of DESTINY is the purposes of God concerning your life and their fulfilment.

Whether or not believers are victorious over the devil depends on what view they have of themselves as the Church — militant, defeated, or triumphant.
The militant Church depicts a body of believers who arenot yet seated in heavenly places in Christ and are still“battling” to try to gain the victory over an enemy that hasn’t been defeated yet by the Lord Jesus Christ.
The defeated Church also gives us a picture of a Churchwhich is ignorant of the fact that they are seated with Christ and that theyare supposed to be reigning in life through Jesus Christ. Because they areignorant of their position in Christ or they’ve never used the authority theyreally possess, these believers are constantly ravaged by the wiles of Satanand are in a state of continual failure and defeat.
But the triumphant Church is the biblical perspective ofthe Body of Christ seated with Christ in heavenly places far above allpowers and principalities (Eph. 1:3; 2:6). The triumphant Church scripturally portrays a Body of believers who not only know but exercise their authority in Christ and therefore reign victoriously in life

The infilling of the Holy Spirit is the greatest experience that a new creation in Christ should constantly yearn habitually.
If then we need to constantly be filled with the Spirit, it means there are times we as believers can go about life “less filled” with the Holy Spirit.

How deep are you willing to go with God? Ankle deep, knee deep, waist deep or
over your head? There are several references in the Bible about rivers and their
spiritual significance in both the Old and New Testament. In this case the
reference signifies the flow of God’s Spirit taking us deeper and deeper until He
has full control of our lives.
Water is generally a type of the Spirit of God in the Bible, whether it in reference
to the well of living water in John 4 or rivers of living water in John 7. In Ezekiel’s
vision we see a river flowing out of the Temple of God, which Jesus addressed in
the Gospel of John as rivers of living water that would flow out of us. "...so

Ask Not What Your Church Can Do for You, but What You Can Do for Your Church
Do you remember a statement similar to this one made by President John F. Kennedy? In his inaugural address on January 20, 1961, he said, “Ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country. My fellow citizens of the world: ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man.”
I remember learning that famous quote in school. I think more people would be saved and ministered to if Christians had that same thinking in the Church today.
Many times, we have a tendency to look for ways to be blessed rather than looking for ways to be a blessing. Of course, you know as well as I do that the best way to have joy unspeakable in our lives is to be a giver. Real joy is in putting others first instead of ourselves.
Acts 20:35 NKJV "I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.'"
If you really want to be blessed and get the most out of your church, start looking for ways you can serve. Just imagine what your church would be like if everyone’s goal was to be your pastor’s biggest blessing. It’s going to take all of us working together and each one of us doing our part in these last days to usher in the great harvest of souls.

There are many transitions happening in the Spirit in this season and major shifts especially this June and July. Spend extra time in prayer. This will really help you understand the times and position or align yourself for what the LORD is doing. IF YOU ARE REALLY SENSITIVE in the Spirit you will realize that we are in a season of shaking, sifting and shifting and you and I cannot afford to go through life without becoming more spiritual than ever before.
We are getting into seasons of transitions that will affect relationships, associations, mindsets and every other thing that we hold dear for it is meant to work for our good. A time of “much” testing to see whether we are really made of what we claim of.
I believe we are getting into the epitome of all the prophetic words that have been spoken over our lives and this church and we must therefore seek the LORD in much prayers so that we can be in sync with His heart beat.
This will call for more separation and alone times with the LORD and only those who will purse him with everything they have will walk the path of victory, success and order

God hates slander Proverbs 6:16, 19. It is evil. That’s why Paul lists it as a behavior of those who hate God Romans 1:30 and why James calls it demonic behavior James 3:15–16.
Slander occurs whenever someone says something untrue about someone else that results, intentionally or unintentionally, in damaging that someone else’s reputation. And when it occurs, it becomes a divisive, discouraging, and confusing weight that often affects numerous people — sometimes many, many people.
Proverbs 18:8. TPT The words of a gossip merely reveal the wounds of his own soul, and his slander penetrates into the innermost being.
It is interesting to note that the words of a gossiper actually reveal wounds in their souls. SELAH!
Because of its poisonous power, it is one of the adversary’s chief strategies to divide relationships and deter and derail the mission of the church. We must be on our guard against this closely clinging sin and frequently lay it aside in Hebrews 12:1.
The fruit of slander is that it damages the perception of another individual in the mind of one or more people.
Sometimes slander is obvious and at other times it flies beneath the surface and is not easily detected.
Sometimes the heart of one person is not pure and due to jealousy, one friend slanders another person to keep their close friends from becoming close to the person being slandered.
Sometimes saying something untrue and damaging about someone is bold and blunt. But often slander is insidiously subtle, especially since we have heard slander all our lives in almost every context and grown accustomed to it.

We are creatures of habit. If we don’t find ways to remind ourselves why we do what we do, we’re prone to just go through the motions, if not adopt some new underlying motivation altogether. Which can be especially dangerous in worship.
It is possible for a church to run flat on worship and be caught in the motion and end up forgetting our reason for worship is Christ.

Apostle Paul went on to say, “Now there are diversities of gifts” The word “diversities”simply means “different.” In other words, Paul was saying, “Thereare different gifts but the same Spirit. And there are differences ofadministrations, but the same Lord. And differences of operations, but it isthe same God which worketh all in all.”
There are two theories on this particular Scripture, and I can see merit in both ofthem.
One line of thought says these gifts are administered to different ones indifferent ways. They say diversities of operations means they operate indifferent ways and not always the same way in different individuals.
On the other hand, there are those who believe that there are diversities ofgifts, so there are different gifts, there are differences of administrations, and there are diversities of operations.
They say Paul is talking here about three different things, not just gifts: He istalking about gifts, administrations, and operations. “But the manifestation ofthe Spirit is given to every man to profit withal”
Notice he is calling these gifts “manifestations” — the manifestation of them is givento profit withal.
They are given to profit the whole Church, not an individual. Then Paul went on tosay, “For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the wordof knowledge...," and he goes on to list nine manifestations.

What is Word of Wisdom?
DEFINITION: The gift of the Word of Wisdom is an instantaneous anddivine revelation of the sovereign mind, will, purpose, plan, or counsel of Godconcerning things of the past, present, or future.
It is not the "gift of wisdom" but the "word ofwisdom"
A word is a fragment of a sentence. A word of wisdom therefore is afragment of the total arena of God's plan and wisdom. A word of wisdom comes tominister to the NEED. It is much the same as a lawyer. He doesn'tgive you all of his knowledge, just that which is necessary for the case athand.
The gift of word of wisdom is a part or a piece of the whole counsel ofGod allowing us into his sovereign mind, will, purpose, plan, or counselconcerning things past present and future.

The importance of the GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT to the essential functioning of the Church of Jesus Christ cannot be over-estimated. Without them, the Church lacks the spiritual equipment outlined in the first Epistle to the Corinthians Chapter 12, which is so necessary for an aggressive conflict with the powers of darkness; she is also deprived of that edifying enrichment derived from themanifestation of the Holy Spirit’s presence and power in her midst.
The Bible is full of God’s supernatural dealings with His people. The experience of regeneration, whereby we become new creatures in Christ, is supernatural.
Christians also readily admit that the devil is supernatural in his person, power, and activities; yet the same Christians are inclined to shrink from the thought of a supernatural baptism in the Holy Spirit, with supernatural signs attending it, and the ensuing supernatural gifts.

Matthew 13:24. TPT Then Jesus taught them anotherparable: “Heaven’s kingdom realm can be compared to a farmer who planted goodseed in his field. 25. But at night, when everyone was asleep, an enemy cameand planted poisonous weeds among the wheat and ran away. 26. When the wheatsprouted and bore grain, the weeds also appeared. 27. So the farmer’s hiredhands came to him and said, ‘Sir, wasn’t that good seed that you sowed in thefield? Where did all these weeds come from?’ 28. “He answered, ‘This has to bethe work of an enemy!’ “They replied, ‘Do you want us to go and gather up allthe weeds?’ 29. “ ‘No,’ he said. ‘If you pull out the weeds you mightuproot the wheat at the same time.30. You must allow them both to grow togetheruntil the time of harvest. At that time, I’ll tell my harvesters to make surethey gather the weeds first and tie them all in bundles to be burned. Then theywill harvest the wheat and put it into my barn.’ ”
This scripture can be viewedfrom two different perspectives. First, it talks about the enemies’ activitiesin the life of men, when they are asleep. Secondly, it gives an illustration ofwhat will happen at the End Time, which is the dispensation we are in now. Truebelievers and unbelievers shall be seen growing and living together in oneplace, and we shall not be able to differentiate them. But at the last day, there shall be a separation. Our focus for this study, however, shall be on thefirst perspective.
Sleep here in the physicalstate, is to lay down to rest and oftentimes, you get some dreams. Sleep canalso be viewed as a spiritual state of slumberness. The second thing toconsider is the enemy and there are certain things to note about his mode ofoperations. Micah 7:6 tells us that a man’s enemies are members of his ownhousehold. This means that oftentimes, the person who sows the evil seed iswell known to the victim.
Micah 7:5 NKJV Do nottrust in a friend; Do not put your confidencein a companion; Guard the doors of yourmouth From her who lies in your bosom. 6 For son dishonors father,Daughter risesagainst her mother, Daughter-in-law againsther mother-in-law; A man’s enemies are themen of his own household. 7 ThereforeI will look to the Lord; Iwill wait for the God of my salvation; My God will hear me.
Similarly today, some of theproblems we experience are introduced by persons well known to us.The second thing about the enemy’s mode of operation is that he comes into do evil, when the victim is unaware. Many people, today, wake up anddiscover a problem because the enemy sneaked in and planted a seed.

Giving is the LIFELINEof the Kingdom of God. The kingdom starts from the place of giving and issustained by this very principle. As basic as this PRINCIPLE is if the LIGHT ofthe word concerning giving is not shed well, then the principle in itselfseizes to work and believers are left at a great disadvantage.

Bob Biehl, in his book“Masterplanning,” tells about a conversation he had with a man who trainsanimals for Hollywood movies. He asked him, “How is it that you can stake downa ten-ton elephant with the same size stake that you use to restrain this babyelephant?”
“It’s easy,” said thetrainer. “When they are babies, we stake them down. They try to tug away fromthe stake countless times before they realize that they can’t get away. At thatpoint, the elephant memory takes over and for the remainderof their lives they remain convinced that they can’t get away from the stake.”
Like elephants, humans havelong memories. Often when we are young, some unthinking, insensitive personmakes a negative statement about us or me, and we happen to hear it. Maybe theysay about us, “He is not as smart as the other children” “She always makes amess of things,” or “Her personality or disposition is terrible,” or “He hasvery little leadership ability.” Often at those moments, a mental stake isdriven into our subconscious. Years later when we are adults, those stakes arestill holding us fast.
Most of our limitations areself-imposed. Often during our childhood years, we pick up unrealistic fears and unreasonableinsecurities. By the time we reach adulthood, we may have littleself-confidence and lots of fears.

Hebrews 11:1 NKJV Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 For by it the elders obtained a good report. 3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

1 Corinthians 12:1 NKJV Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not want you to be ignorant: 2 You know that you were Gentiles, carried away to these dumb idols, however you were led. 3 Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit. 4 There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5 There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. 6 And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. 7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all: 8 for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, 10 to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. 11 But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.
The Apostle Paul tells us in the beginning text that he does not want to be IGNORANTconcerning spiritual gifts. The ROOT word translated here means AGNOEOwhich means lack of information or intelligence, a lack of understanding or knowing.
In other words, God wants you to walk in the light of knowing, understanding and working these various gifts given to the church.
Ignorance is the breeding ground for the devil’s theatrics. It is in that place that he thrives against us.

God through redemption has called us from darkness into light.
Ephesians 5:8 KJV For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:
There is a walk that God has called un into and He expects us to do so by the Holy Spirit.
Notice that the Bible says in Him was life and this life was the LIGHT of men. In other words, the LIFE of Christ is the LIGHT of men.
There is a different kind of life that we have been called into. We must be conscious of this TYPE of life, embrace it and live it no matter what the physical eyes see.
Apostle Paul says in 2 Corinthians 5:7 KJV (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
In other words, there is a life given to us, that is so different from the biological life that we have.
James says in James 1:18 KJV Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

God has established prayer as the means by which we receive his supernatural help. And without supernatural help, we cannot live a life worthy of the gospel. Everything that distinguishes Christians from the world in a Christ-exalting way is a work of God’s supernatural grace. And God has ordained that this grace flows to us through prayer. That’s why prayer must be central, not peripheral, in our lives and families and ministries.

PRAYERS IS NOT ONLY TALKING TO GOD, BUT TALKING LIKE GOD.
The BIBLE talks about being strong in the LORD. This is not a suggestion, a feeling or a thought. It is a commandment from the LORD himself.
What does it mean to be strong?
To be strong means having the power to move heavy weights or perform other physically demanding tasks:

It seems as it were that before GOD DOES ANYTHING HE FIRST GETS MEN PRAYING.From the Scriptures in the OLD into NEW TESTAMENT, God is seen to first get MEN PRAYING BEFORE HE CAN USE THEM or BEFORE WE CAN SEE THE AGENDA, HE USES THEM TO ACHIEVE.
Prayer burdens means God wants to use me to pray and birth something. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A STIRRING, A LEADING, A HUNGER TO PRAY it may very well mean “God is not using you”
We shall revisit this point later but understand this again, “GOD DOES NOTHING UNTIL HE GETS MEN PRAYING FIRST”

That said, this mandate and the way to do it can only be done by the vehicle called prayer.
Everything the LORD will demand of you will first demand from us principle of prayer. Before you can embark on “doing it for the LORD” you must get first on your knees and get the blue print and template of how to go about it and what you need to do.
After the mess caused Adam all the way to cain, we are introduced into a simple yet profound scripture.
Genesis 4:26 KJV And to Seth, to him also there was born a son; and he called his name Enos: then began men to call upon the name of the LORD.
This basically means saints, inbuilt in our own DNA is the ability to know we are limited and that we need divine help. Contrary to what many people think, prayer is not for the weak, the have nots, the lost, rather prayer is for the one who recognizes they are limited and they have limitations and they need supernatural intervention.
I hope by now you know that you shall not get results in the miraculous because you know who you are in Christ, this is the entry point, the passport to the supernatural and the miraculous, you only get results by diving into the den of prayer.

In this journey, you are either led by the Spirit or by the flesh. You and i are primarily the creatures of influence.
We see Solomon began in the Spirit but was now perfecting things in the flesh. Such is the power of influence.
1 Kings 15:1 NKJV In the eighteenth year of King Jeroboam the son of Nebat, Abijam became king over Judah. 2 He reigned three years in Jerusalem. His mother's name was Maachah the granddaughter of Abishalom. 3 And he walked in all the sins of his father, which he had done before him; his heart was not loyal to the LORD his God, as was the heart of his father David
NOTICE something, just because you have a bad example does not mean you should follow it.
We are products of influence and that is why you should check to see who around you are influencing you.

We serve a King who is invincible from the naked eyes, who lives in our hearts. Who knows us very well than we know ourselves, There is nothing hidden in his sight, He know all, he sees all.
Hebrews 4:13 NKJV And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account. On this episode we look at the flesh or the spirit.

The anointing is the enablement that God adds his super to your natural and you begin to operate in supernatural dimensions far above your ability. It is the power that makes you do things you cannot do on your own. It enables you to lift more load and do exploits though you are frail. The anointing blinds you to the ‘heaviness’ of the assignment ahead of you because it equips you and makes you ready. The anointing gifts you for your assignment.
The anointing of God is His enablement upon you to serve his agenda and not yours!
Remember that God can take substandard weak frail, imperfect vessels and perform supernatural feats. That way you may know that it was his enablement that was at work at you and that you could not make it on your own. The anointing cannot be bought, imitated, photocopied. You either have it or you don’t.

2023 is the YEAR of the Spirit.
Romans 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
Get ready to befriend the Holy Spirit more than ever before, you cannot try do things on your own.
You cannot make steps on your own neither can you move ahead or lag behind the Spirit of the LORD.
It is the year of much prayer especially in the Spirit. It is the year of much discernment and getting even closer to God.

What is commitment?
The state or quality of being dedicated to a cause, activity.
Some things to note about commitment.
"If you show commitment only when you're less busy, you're not really committed."
“Commitment means either you do or don’t, there is no middle ground”
“Unless commitment is made there are only promises and hopes but no plan”.
“Commitment is an act not a word”
“Commitment is a VERB not a confession”
The reason why most of us are not committed to any cause is because we have never gotten ourselves to the level of being CONVICTED in our hearts over any cause or activity.
Your convictions are built on convenience.

Backsliding, also known as falling away or described as "committing apostasy", is a term used within evangelical Christianity to describe a process by which an individual who has converted to Christianity reverts to pre-conversion habits and/or lapses or falls into sin, when a person turns from God to pursue their own desire.
An old preacher used to say that if you are not moving toward Jesus, you are moving away from Him—there is no middle ground, no drifting. "Backsliding," in Christianity, is moving away from Jesus after being near Him.
My best description of backsliding is Backsliding simply means to lose God and not to miss Him.
Know this: backsliding doesn't mean a person loses their salvation. The Bible makes it clear that once we are saved, that is, we've put our faith in Jesus as the Son of God who came to die on the cross in our place and rise from the dead, we are saved for good

Familiarity means to know someone or something very well and in such a way as to cause you to lose your admiration, respect and sense of awe and reverence.
Familiarity is the source of many problems in our lives. The problem however is that familiarity is not too familiar to many people such that they do not know its effects on their lives.

Matthew 5:43-47 MSG "You're familiar with the old written law, 'Love your friend,' and its unwritten companion, 'Hate your enemy.' I'm challenging that. I'm telling you to love your enemies. Let them bring out the best in you, not the worst. When someone gives you a hard time, respond with the energies of prayer, for then you are working out of your true selves, your God-created selves. This is what God does. He gives his best—the sun to warm and the rain to nourish—to everyone, regardless: the good and bad, the nice and nasty. If all you do is love the lovable, do you expect a bonus? Anybody can do that. If you simply say hello to those who greet you, do you expect a medal? Any run-of-the-mill sinner does that. 48 "In a word, what I'm saying is, Grow up. You're kingdom subjects. Now live like it. Live out your God-created identity. Live generously and graciously toward others, the way God lives toward you."
In this Episode we look at what it really means to grieve the Holy Spirit by contextually looking at Ephesians 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
PRINCIPLES OF SUCCESS.
Few decisions you have to make;
Make a decision to be serious with God.
Nothing comes in life when you seat down and wait.
Make a deliberate decision to be transformed.
Make a decision to have integrity.
Make a decision to be valuable.
Make a decision to be generous.
Make a decision to have the right friends.
Make a decision to be empowered.
While we may get discouraged from time to time, we must never allow discouragement to get a hold of us. There is a difference between you having discouragement and discouragement having you.
When you are discouraged, you are still in control, but when discouragement has you it has control.
So, we must never allow discouragement to get a hold in our lives. We must recognize it for what it is and deal with it through God’s word and God’s help under the leadership of the Holy Ghost.
Let me define discouragement in my own words. Discouragement is losing the desire and motivation to continue doing something that brings purpose and satisfaction to one’s life. As we apply this to the Christian life and the church it simply means that one has lost the desire and motivation that they possessed win they first gave their heart life to God.
There was a time when people were thrilled about going to church and working in the services of God. They derived a great deal of pleasure and satisfaction from attending church and ministering to others. But as years went by they lost their desire and motivation to attend church any longer.

Some people struggle mightily with this. They wonder, “When will my [marriage, relationship, job, career, etc.] be better than it is right now?” For many of us, we have a view of the future as a bed of roses. We want the good life without doing the hard work to get there. Waiting isn’t an end to itself. The Lord often makes us wait to refine our character and prepare us for what He has for us next; not what we want of Him.
You may be waiting on God right now. What should you do? Here is my counsel:
Do not fret against the Lord.
Do not panic.
Do not take matters into your own hands.
Do your duty each day as God shows it to you.
Surrender your life to the Lord—” Thy will be done.”
But what should you do while you wait? Ah, what a perfectly noble question that is. We want to do something, not just sit in silence. Very well, before you get out bed in the morning, pray this prayer: “Lord, help me to do my tasks today with joy. Amen.” Just do your job and do it with a smile while you wait on God.
Nothing is free in life except the gift of life in Christ. There is no free lunch anywhere. For every gain, there is always a measure of pain that precedes its realization. No pain, no gain! For every prize a winner takes, there is always a corresponding price to pay. There are conditions to meet, costs to bear, requirements and qualifications that must be satisfied in winning any great prize. Similarly, the race to destiny fulfilment is not without its associated price to pay.
Every faculty you have, your power of thinking or of moving your limbs from moment to moment, is given you by God. If you devoted every moment of your whole life exclusively to His service, you could not give Him anything that was not in a sense His own already.

The Bible shows us processes that we may use in our building projects- in the examples of Noah as he built the ark, Moses as he built the tabernacle, or in example of Solomon as he built the temple. Today, we shall use Solomon’s model of the building, and we shall glean from its principles that can guide us in the process of building our projects.
Proverbs 24:3 NKJV Through wisdom a house is built, And by understanding it is established;
GOD, the Master Builder of the universe, created you in His image and likeness, with a similar ability to build, and He wants you to imitate Him by being a builder.
And the question is, “What are you building?” Others are building companies, ministries, mentoring others, building businesses ……. What are you building?
This message is not meant to make you to feel condemned but to encourage you to start building something worthwhile. However, some people say “I don’t have money to build anything” …. BUT
Principally, it is not money that you need to build. There are other more important things that you need to be a builder, and the first one is WISDOM.
The Bible says “Through wisdom a house is built”
You will notice that at the beginning of the year we make resolutions to change our minds, change our eating habits, become better people, and so on but we fail to go through with our resolutions because we do not have a mind to work.
The genesis of your life becoming better will begin when you set your mind to work on yourself. God will not do it for you. God has created the necessary environment but you will have to do the work for yourself.
In this world and walk of faith you must learn to encourage yourself in the LORD in this teaching Pastor Bob shows us practical ways to do so.
in this episode, we see the necessity of adding to our faith certain key things that the Apostle Peter talks about in 2 Peter 1:8 For if these things are in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Mark 11:24 NET For this reason I tell you, whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
If God does know everything, why does He ask questions? Asking questions is often a helpful way to find out new information, but did you know that questions serve purposes other than helping you learn something? Questions give people the opportunity to learn, share, think and grow.
in this post cast we get wisdom nuggets for everyday life from the life of Joseph, the do's the don't, and the what to do.
In this episode, we look at the subject of God the refiner. God is more interested in the process of making you than in becoming what he has called you to be.
In this episode we get to talk about consecration and prayer, consecrations means to be set apart and this is vital in our journey of faith. More? have a listen

Isaiah 43:25 CEV But I wipe away your sins because of who I am. And so, I will forget the wrongs you have done. 26. Meet me in court! State your case and prove that you are right.
Proverbs 16:2 NCV You may believe you are doing right, but the Lord will judge your reasons. People pay attention to what you do but God is looking at your heart! God is always seeing what people will never see. Imagine how God feels when we serve Him with wrong motives? This teaching is meant to bring clarity in this area and much more.
The root of all sin is a vice inherent in all human beings called "Self Centeredness" the Apostle Paul says in 2 Timothy TLB 3 You may as well know this too, Timothy, that in the last days it is going to be very difficult to be a Christian. 2 For people will love only themselves.... This teaching brings more clarity to us and how to unmask this particular vice.
In the Episode Pastor Bob takes us through a journey of discovering how believers can be caught up in the lies of the enemy and accept the status quo. There is a place for waiting and there is a place for delay. Refuse to accept delays.

In this sermon, we have an in-depth study of what these 4 are, their major differences, how they correlate, and how we are meant to implement them. Take your time listening and seeing how each of them affects your life.
We hope this message blesses you, and We love you.
Words have tremendous power. Before you begin to have an effective prayer life, watch your words.
We hope this message blesses you.
In this sermon, we are taken through what prayer is, the root cause of not praying, the effects of prayer, the purpose of it, and how to pray with scripture. It gets pretty wild at some point so prepare yourself. This sermon will bless you, and if you allow it, it will strengthen your prayer life.
You are loved, and may this message bless you.
What is the purpose of prayer? Why is it important? What does it do for me?
These questions and more are answered in this sermon.
This whole month we will be learning about prayer.
We hope this blesses you
In this sermon, we are taught how the grace of God empowers us, how many of us are called but few are chosen, and how all of this affects our service to God.
You are loved, and may this sermon bless you.
Service in church is a hot topic. Many people have been hurt in their service. However, in this sermon, Pastor Bob takes on an aspect of service that solely focuses on your relationship with God and how you value Him. When you serve, it is not about the people or the spiritual authorities, it is about you and God.
Listen and Be Blessed.
Did you know God is a good good father. The father figures you had growing up greatly affect how you see God. If your father was a giver you will see your Heavenly Father as a giver. If he was absent you will believe God is absent. In this sermon we are shown the character of our Good Good Father with biblical references.
Listen and be blessed.
We have been looking at built to last lessons from David, in this sermon we looked at "is there not a cause?"
THE ASSIGNMENT. Everyone of us has an assignment from God and what matters at the end is how faithful we were to the assignment. Have a listen and God bless you.
This sermon continues on the lessons from David. It focuses on the importance of service and stewardship and the realities of process.
God builds to last. He has an inter-generational mindset. However, to get into this you need to follow His leading and His call on your life. May this message bless and change you.
Today we looked at the principle of Scriptures interpreting Scriptures. The Bible has the ability in itself to interpret itself. God is not an author of confusion the same applies to the Bible.
"The love of God is what draws us in, but fear is what keeps us there."
This sermon teaches on the Fear of God. What it is and why it is a good thing. Also, it touches on good and bad fear.
Listen and Be Blessed.
In this sermon Pastor Bob covers, quite literally, the definition of 'figure of speech' and its relevance to the bible and bible interpretation. Listen and be blessed.
Though only one main point was covered, this sermon goes in depth on why it is very important to study the bible in the given context. It's better heard than explained. So enjoy.
In this sermon we are taken through the basics of the bible. What is the bible? What is the structure of the bible? What is the purpose of the bible and how does it relate to God and man?
In this sermon, we are taken through hearing the Holy Spirit. What can limit us, and what can help us.
This sermon continues on the limitations we give God. Such as worry, and lack of trust- just to mention some. And how we can overcome these limitations. Listen and be blessed.
In this sermon, we are encouraged and shown that God is indeed limitless. And that it is our perception that often limits Him.

14Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
17And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
18praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—
19and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel,
20for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
