What's love got to do with it? It's about values, attachment styles, knowing yourself and communication.

In this episode we speak to our guests about what they look for in relationships, things they value and how they believe you can find balance in your relationships. Our guests share their perspectives on relationships and understanding your own needs. They share things about their own relationships and we talk about whether they feel pressure as women.

Our guests range in age and in experience which allowed for different perspectives to be represented in this one. We explore all things relationships, when to draw the line, what red flags to be wary of and what to look for at the beginning.

Our guests share things about their journey and their perspectives on honouring one's own divinity. Our first guest is, an intimacy couch, healer and entrepreneur from Birmingham. She speaks to us about spiritual practices that have helped her and helps understand divine feminine energy in a different way. Our second guest is Christine, who is a multidisciplinary artist for London. They speak to us about the ideas of honouring your divine or masculine energy, and how they interpret these as a non-binary person. The first guest is Belinda Kaur, a youth mentor and entrepreneur from Birmingham. She speaks to us about her experiences as an ambitious young woman in the working world and what led her to being an entrepreneur.

Our second guest is Jack, who runs an account called @positivelycerebalpalsy on Instagram and works with young people via the National Citizenship Service.
