For the past few years Stephanie has been featuring the best in early jazz and popular music from the 1920s to the early 1960s.
On today’s show we listen to music from the 1930s through to the 1950s. We’re joined by the big bands led by Artie Shaw, Billy Butterfield and Woody Herman. Enjoy our singers today, who include Helen Forrest, Frank Sinatra and Anita O’Day.
