This podcast is about finding, exploring, reviving healthy love relationships for the Grown, Gray and Groovy, seasoned and mature minded. It's both journey and journal, but envisioned and shown through the eyes of the matured, experienced in heart matters, traveler. It'll probably be funny, amusing much of the time, challenging, and thought provoking. It's a seeking and a finding the inspiration and encouragement to live both in love and out of love, no matter if the love is in season or out of season. It will definitely be a lot of self-love.

If living life is like playing a game, then surely relationships are like dancing. Sometimes, the only way to dance like grown folk should dance, the only way to save your reputation and keep you from looking foolish or from hurting your dance partner, is to study and know, the logic of the dance. Now who is ready for dance lessons? Join me in the Grown, Gray, and Groovy space.

To tell it or not to tell it. That is the question. What happens when you tell something in secret, and the person you tell it to turns around and tells it too? Nothing good, believe me. After all is said (pun intended) and done. Do you just forgive that person and move on like it never happened, or is it okay to walk away and shake the dust so to speak, on that friendship? Walter Winchell said a mouthful with his quote, "I usually get my stuff from people who promised somebody else that they would keep a secret" We can all identify and relate to his words. My mom used to say, if a dog brings a bone, he will also carry a bone. If only we can follow that wise advice. Let's talk about this mouthy (pun intended) subject. And y'all don't take it personal. I'll see y'all over in the Grown Gray and Groovy place.

Well stuff got a little grown in the Grown Gray Groovy place this episode. But listen, "Grown" is in the name right.? I'm not going to apologize for always stepping and repping for the old G's... The Grown Gray and Groovy, particularly my sexy senior Old G,'s as in old gals. I'm all about my sexy senior sisters and I had to spank on a young buck who tried to tell me we are just a bunch of "Stella's" trying to get our groove back. Get the popcorn, its going to get real grown up in here. I'll see y'all over in the Grown Gray and Groovy room.

Listen! Some of us Grown Gray & Groovy folks are ready for that grown folk relationship. But Guess what? Covid is running amuck and mucking up how we meet or meet up with others these days. How's anyone to find someone with all of this social distancing, and or shutdowns of businesses, or even make it known they are looking to be found? So we are talking about digital love. My guest today, knows a thing or two about online dating because she met her husband, my son on an online dating platform. So yeah, in this episode, we are going to talk about digital love. Is this the new norm? Is Covid changing the game up, making online dating a real viable option for meeting prospective partners, vs the cheesy stigma that was once associated with it?.. There will eventually be a part two because there's so much to talk about with this one. See y'all inside of the Grown Gray & Groovy room.

Hello! I am Denise J. Delaney and I just did this! I'm actually doing this!!.AH! it's here!!! I am so excited. This is huge for me, and will absolutely be the most frightening thing I have yet to do, in my entire grown years. Other than the time I zip lined in Florida while on a family vacation in 2018, but I feel like me launching this podcast is the scariest for sure. I can tell you as would people who know me, this would be a stepping out of the box for me. I am doing it afraid Dr. Joyce Meyer. Because I can do this, and the hardest part will always be to just begin it. I'm super excited to challenge myself to stay courageous, encourage my self to have fun, and hold myself accountable to keep it together, and hopefully I can encourage and inspire other listeners to show up, get in the game and to be their best grown, gray and groovy courageous selves. Let's figure out this "Grown Folks Love" thing, together. In the introduction, I'll talk a little bit more about this podcast. If you have found me, and you are watching. I appreciate you, and I'll see you on the journey.
